I’ve been going to Dr. Zarabi for many years. So has my partner. This is a practice that cares deeply about its clients and takes the time to treat them well, holistically, and individually. I have PTSD, and dental treatments, even simple ones often evoke anxiety reflexively. Dr. Zarabi and his staff always take the disorder seriously, which has allowed me to receive exceptional-quality dental and oral care for over a decade. His office also has a dedicated staff person who works with insurance to make sure that bills are minimized, which is certainly critical for me (and most people). All of this would be meaningless, however, if his work weren’t so good. It is. This is old-school quality and care. I have no idea what trouble the other reviewer had, but it I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to! Dr. Zarabi is very gentle and professional! The whole staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable during your whole visit! Patient first attitude! Dr. Zarabi is excellent and his main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. Very clean office and nicely organized. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental services.

Doctors Zarabi was an absolute professional and even though there were complications with my insurance not being accepted, he still addressed all my concerns and allowed me a mini evaluation for my wisdom tooth since I made the trip and there was confusion out of our control. Zarabi was so sweet and kind, I got all 4 of my wisdom tooth out with local anesthesia and was very nervous but he was very patient with me. His staff are all amazing too. They didn’t make me feel like any of questions i asked were dumb. I really love that he personally wants you to ask him questions and not google them haha! I really wish my insurance didn’t suck, that way I could just make him my primary dentist.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and most procedures. Dr. Zarabi could literally not have done anything more to make me more comfortable and at ease for my appointments. I had a relatively invasive procedure that I was not looking forward to and his skills made it a piece of cake. When he’s working it’s obvious he’s paying close attention to what he does and that he has little dentist tricks to make the needles hurt less and the whole situation more palatable. I highly recommend him, especially if you aren’t a big fan of dentistry.

I had a great experience. Dr Zarabi is easy to work with and seems very genuine and honest. He told me what I needed to do to continue to take care of my teeth and was upfront about the prices. He was even willing to work out a discount with me since I have just been laid off and my insurance ends soon. It was one of the few times I have seen a doctor in the city and left not feeling like I might have been “taken for a ride” just so they could make a bit more money offering various tests, procedures etc.

The short: clean, organized and conveniently located dental office in Midtown. Dr. Zarabi and his staff are knowledgeable, kind and seem to genuinely care about their patients. The longer: I found Dr. Zarabi on ZocDoc when I was looking for a new dentist, and the booking process with his staff was seamless and easy. My first visit walked into a clean waiting room that felt very COVID-safe. They’re located on the 8th floor Annex overlooking the midtown third avenue skyline. I got a bunch of X-rays and a thorough teeth cleaning – plus good advice on how to better care for my aging adult teeth (true story: I’d previously only been to my childhood dentist on Long Island). Booking my next appointment was easy, and the team manages the insurance process to make sure you’re maximizing your insurance benefits. This go-round, I got another cleaning, X-rays and fit for a night guard. He also bonded one of my teeth. All of this was done within an hour and change. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for full service, high-quality dental care in the area.

Dr. Zarabi is terrific! He is extremely thoughtful and competent. He always explains the procedures thoroughly and takes time to answer questions. I moved to New York in 2001 and had given up ever finding a dentist as good as the one I had back there, but, after more than a few misfires, I found Dr. Zarabi and I am so glad I did. Treatments have been painless and the results are excellent. The entire office staff is a joy. There is never a long wait, and they are always so pleasant. One note: the address of 150 E 58th is somewhat confusing. The building is really on Third Ave. If you enter on E 58th, go past the first set of elevators, turn left at the cafe and walk through the passageway to the Third Ave lobby. You’ll see two elevators, take either of them to the 8th floor.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Zarabi and his staff! Easily the best experience I’ve had at the dentist for years. The office is beautiful, his staff are so friendly and attentive, and Dr. Zarabi actually spends the majority of the appointment with you and is extremely patient answering any questions, unlike other offices I’ve been to where the dentist sees you for just a minute or two. Dr. Zarabi is wonderful! He was the first person to greet me when I walked in the door! I saw him for a wisdom teeth consultation and unfortunately for me I would need a more complex surgery than what Dr. Zarabi could offer. I really appreciated his honesty and advice on which specialists to see. He also gave me his card so that I could email him in regards to any questions I had, and when one did come up, he answered very quickly. When I returned to his office for a general check-up and cleaning, he remembered my history and asked how my wisdoms were doing. These details made me feel less like a patient and more like a person.
