Always a wonderful experience, came in for a regular cleaning as usual… Zen is close by to my office in downtown, so it’s super easy for me to just stroll in. The office staff are very polite and personable, suggested some useful dental insurance programs I could jump into… (Have some pretty serious cavities I’ve been procrastinating on.) Anyway! I’d highly recommend, especially if you live within proximity. Super comfortable to visit and I always leave feeling far more confident about myself. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Will likely be in touch soon.

Thank you Dr Alessandra Raschkovsky! I had a filling fall out during Pandemic and my regular dentist wasn’t available.  I searched online for a top rate dentist in Downtown LA and Zen Dental was at the top of the list.  Giselle and the team treated me so nicely and confirmed my appointment. Dr  Raschkovsky called me to go over my tooth prior to the appointment and walked me through the process. I’m so pleased with my experience and the results of the work that she did on my tooth. No pain I feel great no swelling and Dr Raschkovsky checked in the next day to make sure I was ok.  Zen dental was there for me in a crisis and very professional and kind.  I recommend them to any urban professional seeking great care.  I have decided to switch dentists to Zen as a result of this great friendly professional team.

I absolutely love Doctor Alessandra and her whole staff. They make me feel very safe and always do an amazing job on my teeth. Doctor Alessandra has filled multiple cavities for me now, given me 4 crowns, and has been with me during 2 of my root canals. I started seeing her after my teeth needed more intense procedures and I am really glad I found her. When she told me I needed a root canal she referred me to a specialist,  who I also love and trust very much. I really hate getting work done on my teeth but Doctor Alessandra makes it painless and makes me feel at ease. She has great bedside manner, she is super talkative and lively during the procedures– taking your mind off everything. Doctor Alessandra is also very genuine and cares about all her patients. You can tell she is passionate about her work, patients, and staff. If I ever have a concern she tells me to call her personal cell. I appreciate that so much, tooth pain is not a joke! I love her willingness to make her clients feel comfortable and supported. I also appreciate how much her and her staff always explain what they are doing while they are doing it– not knowing what is going into your mouth can be frightening and I think explaining what you’re doing is important during procedures where the patient is awake and aware and maybe even not numb. I’ve had a lot of shy dentists or dentists who don’t explain much and I find that unsettling. And one last thing– I love how her staff are all women! I would 5/5 recommend Zen Dental to anyone. Especially if you are afraid of dental work. They do a great job, always follow up, and are very genuine and attentive to your needs!

I’ve always had a good experience at Zen Dental. Dr. Alessandra is very nice, thorough, and makes sure you get good care. They’re good about making sure you’re thoroughly numbed when drilling–there’s no need to feel anything. The office is clean, staff are friendly, and they always remember you and there is rarely a wait when you have an appointment.

Went in to have my 4 wisdom teeth extracted due too complications. I was nervous and skeptical, super afraid of the pain and the results.Dr Alessandra made sure i felt comfortable enough, made me laugh a lot, made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain before she even started the procedure, also gave me an AWESOME 3D glasses to watch Netflix while she worked on me. All in all, it was an amazing and super quick procedure, decent price and NO PAIN! Im so glad I’ve got to cross paths with such a professional Dr, feels like I didn’t even had a surgery!!I recommend and will be getting back any time i need to visit a dentist again. 100% trust! Thank you thank you thank you!

My worst nightmare happened a few days ago, I was chewing gum and into something hard. Low and behold, the gum had pulled out a filling! I called ZenDental for an emergency visit and they fit me in right away. Dr Alessandra was great! She was very nice and personable. She fixed my tooth in no time and did a great job! Thank you so much for saving my day. Already recommending people over! They offer great services and reasonable pricing!

Alessandra and the staff have been so great this past year since my cycling accident. After knocking out a few teeth we’ve been slowly working on rebuilding my smile. I’m forever grateful for their patience with me (the biggest wimp on the planet). Their pricing is consistently fair as well. I drive 2 hrs round trip to Zendental and the fact parking is free with validation really makes things less stressful.

Honestly, ZenDental delivers dental care on a whole new level. They use the state of the art technology to deliver the best for patients. They don’t skimp. Even something simple as teeth cleaning is given attention to detail. Dr Raschkovsky is very detail oriented and caring. I had a crown fall off and Alessandra and her staff were amazing. Not only did they take me right away, she fixed the chipped part of my crown and evened out some asymmetry so my smile looks better than ever. I have lots of crowns and sometimes dentists try to up sell me lots of things I don’t need, but Alessandra was honest, funny, and did the best work. She’s definitely an artist of teeth. Thank you!

Just went in for the first time today and I had a great experience. I thought Dr. Raschkovsky and her assistants were all lovely- my teeth feel great and I’m so glad to have my dentist so close to where I live and work.For comparison- I went to another dentist years ago for a cleaning (back when I didn’t have insurance) – and they told me that my teeth were in excellent condition- but also that I should definitely fill some grooves that were forming on the top of my teeth for $1500.00 out of pocket. I was broke, so I declined.I brought up the grooves and worries about my gums to Dr. Raschkovsky today, fully expecting her to recommend I get some work done- but though I gave her the opportunity- she only did what was necessary and didn’t try to up-sell me on any extra work beyond the cleaning. It would have been easy to do and I would have never been the wiser.Glad to support a kind, efficient and honest small business in DTLA.Thank you and I’m happy we found each other!

CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AND, OUTSTANDING SERVICE I have no complaints regarding this office. I was referred by a co-worker and because it is downtown..I didn’t know what to expect but HOLY SHIT I was very surprised. It had a very zen vibe ” like the name lol” and everyone was so friendly and on point. I didn’t have to wait at all. They explained everything to me throughout my cleaning and the next steps going forward. They are very transparent!!!!! The parking, however, is awful!!!! The parking garage next door is recommended because the office will validate your parking. I don’t know if it’s 5.00 when validated on zero, but I paid nothing. Usually, parking in that area is 10.00 all day. If you do park in the parking garage next door DO NOT TAKE THE STAIRS. use the elevator or walk down the garage where the cars drive. I forgot to do the paperwork online, so they allowed me to sign all the documents at the front desk. BEST PART OF VISIT: THE HOT TOWEL DUH…Little things like that make me want to come​ back! The disposable hot towels are mini and come packaged. They also give you a branded bag that includes your toothbrush and toothpaste​! Thank you so much Zen Dental

Coming to Zen Dental is more of a spa experience. Such a beautiful office. I was offered to go into the Zen Lounge before my visit and that itself was very relaxing! I’m very happy to have been recommended this place. Staff is very accommodating. But most of all, Dr. Raschkovsky means business when it comes to keeping your teeth looking and feeling pristine!! Update: Currently in the process of my Invisalign treatment. In just a matter of months the gaps between my bottom teeth have closed and my bite has improved as well! Invisalign consultation is free at Zen Dental. So that’s a plus! 🙂 Thank you Dr. Raschkovsky.

Dr. Alessandra is awesome! I’ve been going to her for years now for regular dental care and recently started Invisalign.  She goes above and beyond and truly cares about her patients.  She’s easily accessible and has open communication.  It’s a really nice office, but in downtown LA so the surrounding area is less than ideal.  There is a parking garage located right next to them, and they do validate.  My visits are usually pain free (literally) and quick! I highly recommend!My prior review was related to an issue with a staff member, who no longer works there FYI.  Everything has been great so far! Very nice, friendly, and accommodating

I don’t write reviews but I have to share my impeccable experience. I came here because I had a dental emergency and received the most amazing treatment in a state of the art facility. They were quick fast and didn’t treat me like a number but truly as a pampered patient. I am a single parent on a budget and they helped me with all of my options. The doctor truly provided me with a plan to remediate my dental issues and didn’t make me feel bad for not going to dentist. I am so happy to feel like I am part of their dental family (so to speak). The office is immaculate, state of the art, clean, and has a spa atmosphere. The Dr. Is quick, fast, smart, and personable. I recommend this office for parents who want to take your teens to the dentist.

ZEN DENTAL IS THE BEST! From my very first phone call scheduling an appointment (next day appointment available!), to figuring out insurance (several attempts to my insurance company to ensure everything was ok!), and finally experiencing my first appointment with Dr. Alessandra Raschkovsky and staff in person (best dentist experience I’ve ever experienced!)  – 5 stars++!!!Everyone made me feel comfortable and at home and their level of professionalism was also outstanding! Dr. Alessandra and all her staff really go out of their way to make you feel like you’re in good hands. Great vibe going on with everyone there. Extra perk on top- 3D Netflix movie experience. Zenned to another world during the drilling! 😉Thank you Dr. Alessandra and staff! Can’t wait to see everyone again at the new location! Until then, hope to maintain with the water flosser!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a couple years, due to a bad experience. I finally had the courage to go see a dentist and my wife introduce me Dr. Alessandra, I can’t begin to say how grateful I am.From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed (thanks to the receptionist!). There’s a nice cozy feel to the office.Once you’re in the dreaded “chair” Dr. Alessandra and her team of hygienists make sure you feel comfortable a ready. They are clear to communicate what they are doing and pause when the occasional break is necessary. For those looking for a distraction during longer sessions they even have headsets paired with Netflix!Personally I had a lot to be done, cavities, crown and cleaning. All it took was two visits and were near painless and they reached out to me after each appointment to see how I was doing. In addition, Dr. Alessandra was also concerned with other aspects of my oral health and helped me create new routines and action plans to help prevent further damage in the future. The hygienist I had was great. She took her time and wasn’t rough with me. Dr. Alessandra is seriously the best! To the way she went over my teeth with me and just chatting. She really helped me have an enjoyable experience!After my first cleaning in 2 years I was surprisingly looking forward to the next time I would be in the office. Never thought I’d say that!Just an amazing experience overall!!!
