The whole team at Zen Dental Carlsbad was absolutely AMAZING! Specifically Alex, Kari, Oliver, and Caro. They were all SUPER nice, open, and welcoming. I’ve never been more thrilled and comfortable with a dental office in my whole life -and I’ve lived in many states. I’m here for work for a short time visiting and out of my current home state of NYC. I am thoroughly pleased with the work they’ve done and it makes me I wish I lived here to make them my regular dentist. GO HERE! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Zen Dental for about a year now and I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Souza is very thorough and she explained what I needed really well without the sales push that I experienced before in other offices. The procedures I had done were painless and so was my pocket at the end. 🙂 I highly recommend them!

Zen Dental made it possible for me. That’s what i found so unique and pleasing about this office. Where I was disappointed at other offices due to delays on their end or told impossible from another office- Zen dental made it happen for me. My smile was being affected, because of an open root canal and temporary filling. This office allowed me to come in only about 24 hours notice, and got the ball rolling for me immediately. Then allowed me to work in a few errands then seeing me a second time that same day. i’ve never seen that type of flexibility from a dental office especially when they had other patients but despite that made it all work. Dr. Souza and her RDA were professional, poised and understanding. Carlsbad is an hour drive for me but I will continue to do so if it means this type of support and efficient treatment from my dental office. thank you so much Zen Dental for changing my smile and allowing me to feel myself again

Staff was amazing! Came in to do my treatment and Dr. Souza and her assistants Kari and Carolina were great! They play the music I like and the Dr. was very gentle. I’m sticking with Zen Dental for all my dental work. Go check them out!

Haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, so I was feeling nervous. Dr. Kim and everyone working there made me feel so much better! They are all professional! From Barbara taking care of us right when we stepped in to Shanel the practice manager helping us right after, all with great friendly attitude! Once we finish signing, I then met Taylor who did the X-ray exam and she inform that everything will be alright and I’m in good hands, everyone is helpful. Laura, the dental hygienist came after and was super helpful! Everything from scanning my teeth to cleaning it, she took her time and was very professional and friendly about it! Dr. Kim came in after to make sure everything was great and made sure I was feeling great and gave me a detail conclusion of what they did and what will be done. So appreciative of their professionalism and work. Definitely made the visit great! 10/10! Thank you Zen Dental Carlsbad. Will definitely refer you guys to friends, families and acquaintances!

I was there last week with Dr. Chan for a full exam and cleaning he and his assistants Kari and Caro took great care of me. Such nice staff and zen environment! Highly recommend this office it’s really great!

The team at Zen Dental are incredible! The prices are affordable, setting an appointment was a breeze and the staff could not be more kind. Kari, Sergio and Doctor Chan took wonderful care of me and were personable, quick and informative. I would highly recommend!

I’m not big on writing reviews but felt this office deserved one. I just had my first visit to Zen Dental and had a great experience from the start. I was greeted with a smile and offered coffee or tea the moment I walked in! The staff at the front desk acted like they were genuinely happy to see me. The dental assistants Elijah and Steven were great. Never felt an ounce of pain! All my questions were answered thoroughly and Dr. Kim gave me a detailed account of the condition of my teeth. everything was extremely professional with my comfort a priority. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her staff.

I had a fabulous experience from making the appointment over the phone to going in and having x-rays. Everyone in the office is super helpful, caring and so attentive to my needs. While I was there for my initial appointment we made an appointment for my husband so he already went and had his initial appointment.

Dr Marcelo was awesome!! He was careful w my sensitive teeth!! The cleaning went great. I especially like working w everyone in the front office as they always call for reminders and always let me know exactly how much my insurance will cover!! Highly recommend this office for your dental needs!
