My co-worker Refered me to Dr. Eliza. I was dying from a tooth ache. I can’t begin to say how this entire office made me feel from the minute I walked in. First of all the office is absolutely beautiful and it felt so warm and comforting. Since I had called in last minute and explained my situation of how much pain I was in pain, as soon as I walked in I was taken care of. They have the latest up equipment in their office and the Doctor herself was so humble and sweet and took care of my problem instantly. My entire experience at the dental office was unbelievable. Loved the entire staff and Dr. Eliza is just the BEST!!!!

Dr. Eliza is the best dentist I’ve been too. Every member of the staff was informative, polite, and patient to help. Their technology is current and super advanced compared to other offices. This was my first dental experience where I felt calm. I had a crown done yesterday and today I don’t feel any soreness. Office is super cozy, everyone on her team was very professional. I had a pleasant experience going to the dentist which hasn’t happen to me. I was referred to her by a good friend who said I would love her and I did. I definitely will be going in for my routine check ups.

Smiles on Olive takes really good care of me. I appreciate that a lot. The doc and the staff are really nice, caring, skilled and passionate. One if the things I like is that they don’t wait for me to ask and provide answers in anticipation of a question. Their passion shows through in many ways. For example: The hygienist put me on notice for having stained teeth. She said “stained teeth make it easier for particles to adhere to the surface of teeth” (paraphrasing) so I need to take better care of that. We talked about what could be causing the staining and how to resolve it with ease and on subsequent check-ups I got her approval.

My wife made a cleaning appt for me with Dr. Eliza. I really don’t like going to the dentist but this time I really had a great experience. I had my cleaning, they took X-rays and discovered I had a couple of cavities. Great  experience with both my appointments. Had to go back to get the cavities filled. I even made an appt to go back in 6 months for another cleaning appt. Finally I found a dentist with a pleasant and professional staff!!! I almost forgot to mention their prices are very reasonable especially if you don’t have dental coverage.

I previously wrote a review for this dentist’s office, but feel it’s of the utmost importance to provide something a little more in-depth, and I finally have the time to do a new one: Short on time? Dr. Eliza Yazichian has built a dental practice that’s equivalent to the service and environment you’d receive at one the world’s finest Forbes Five-Star hotels, but it isn’t pretentious, overpriced, their work is impeccable, and you’re always treated like a member of their extended family.” Have more time? Their lobby is soothing and immaculate, and you’ll never hear anything but a fountain and musical workings that are curated to put your mind at ease. As for the person that greets you, everyone has always been incredibly polite and professional to me, but Jarmen takes customer service to an entirely different level. I’m pretty sure she went to a classically trained school for service excellence, but I’ve never asked. Studious and beautiful, she makes sure you’re comfortable, having a great day, and assures you that you’ll be seen “on schedule.” And then there’s everyone who works behind the scenes – again, nothing but service excellence. “Are you comfortable in the dental chair? Can we adjust it for you? What type of music can we put on for you? Would you like to watch TV? How are you feeling today?” The questions are all perfectly timed and designed to make your appointment flow with ease. And at the helm of it all is Dr. Eliza Yazichian, another beauty (inside and out), who greets you and picks up the conversation from where you last left off, even if your last appointment was years ago. I saw her yesterday and we were talking about a time when she first saw me a long time ago. But who remembers that stuff? She does, because every patient is important and special, and she never loses sight of that ideology. This, then, is what makes her practice so special and so worthy of every accolade it receives. But what about their work? Impeccable. From extractions, to cleanings, to general cosmetics, I’ve never walked away feeling anything less than elated. Yes, there’s something extraordinary about being about to walk out “pain free,” but there’s also comfort in knowing that you won’t have to return again for the same issue, because all of their work is done right the first time. Yes, Dr. Eliza Yazichian and her team are exactly who’ve you’ve been looking for, so you can quit your search right now and make an appointment — you’ll smile once you do.

So I hadn’t been to a dentist in a number of years, and when I recently got my new insurance, I knew I needed to go take care of my mouth. I found these guys based on stunning reviews online and in short, I agree 100%. They helped me prioritize which teeth I needed to take care of without breaking my bank. Just about a year later, I think I’m through the worst of it (*knocks on wood*), and I cannot recommend them highly enough.  The people are friendly and accommodating, the office is well decorated and very clean, plus they have parking! Dr. Eliza is the by far the best dentist that I have ever been to! The whole team at Smiles on Olive is friendly, helpful and absolutely professional. I have been going to this Dr.  for 3-4 years now and wish that I had been seeing her since I was a kid. I used to hate going to the dentist, literally Dr. Eliza has completely changed that.

It’s difficult for me to express just how amazing Dr. Eliza and the entire Smiles on Olive staff is and how much they mean to me, but I’ll try! 🙂 The top-notch, cutting edge, and high-tech dental care at this office is balanced seemingly effortlessly with personal attention and warmth. From the moment you walk through their doors you never feel like a patient, Dr. Eliza and her entire staff treat you like family! They are compassionate, professional, caring, knowledgeable, affordable, and will go above and beyond to make sure your dental (and emotional, lol) needs are taken care of! I cannot say enough good things about Smiles on Olive. I know it’s odd to love not only your dentist but the entire office staff, but I do! I love you Dr. Eliza, Jarmen, Martha, Arturo & Sako! Thank you for taking such amazing care of me and my entire family!

My friend referred me to Dr. Eliza. I was in a lot of pain and needed to see a good dentist asap. I was able to get an appointment right away. The staff is extremely nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait when I got there and once I filled out the new patient information the Dr saw me right away.  Turns out I had to have a root canal. My experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Her prices were very reasonable and I will definitely go back for routine cleanings.

Thank you Smiles on Olive!!! My 3 kids and I love going to see you all and we all love you! The whole staff are consistently kind and thorough.  Even when my kids were fussy when we first went there you all were so patient with them and went to great efforts to make them feel comfortable.  I also love how you all are always current with new technology in dentistry – it makes it so much better to fix a cavity with your laser!! Outstanding dental experience plus the best oral care professional equals a happy client!!! Dr. Yazichian is an extremely knowledgeable expert in her field. She demonstrates high quality service with the ability to successfully meet each client’s needs. Thanks to her I now have all my dental issues resolved and am able to make regular visits for cleaning (without dreading the process). She is gentle with her touch and uses top notch equipment! She is able to directly transpose and communicate (with patience) all the information necessary for her clients to understand the procedures they are about to participate in or to simply address an inquiry. If need be, she also has videos that explain/demonstrate all the steps that she will go through to meet your very needs. Both my family and friends are also clients of Dr. Yazichian and we couldn’t have been more proud to be clients of hers. I have never left her office without a smile on my face and have always been more than satisfied with her work. I would highly recommend Dr. Yazichian because she is passionate about her work and she possesses all the positive traits that you would expect from an ideal dentist. ***FYI this office is the most hygiene friendly setting I have ever known (outside of my own home). When you first walk in you don’t even realize you’re in a dentist’s office. The contemporary make-up is soothing to the eye and the overall vibe just makes you feel at ease. Plus, she has an amazing staff!

Dr. Yazichian is an expert and she has always successfully completed my complicated dental work with ultimate professionalism and confidence. Nowhere else, I would expect to get such extraordinary results!
