By far one of my best dental experiences I’ve ever had. As most adults, I’m still wary of going to the dentist. However, the staff and Doctor Shetty completely changed my dental perspective. Doctor Shetty really takes the time to hear your concerns and educates you on treatment needed. She is amazing provider that really cares and follows up with her patients. She’s not trying to sell you anything, rather addressing your dental needs. Their office is super high tech with everything DIGITAL including a CEREC machine for same day crowns. No need to wait weeks with a temporary crowns. I left same day with new crown (note it does take a few hours). Everyone in the front office is awesome, friendly and very thorough. Vanessa the manager scheduled my appointment and Sam and Jackie helped me with my treatment plan and answered any questions I had. Marisol and Alexis, the dental assistants totally made me feel at ease while getting my X-rays and dental procedures completed. Shavani their hygienist did great job with my cleaning as well. Also all specialties are done in house: perio, endo and oral surgery. No need to travel around.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years, but I needed to go to one because my wisdom teeth were hurting. Only reason I picked this place was because it’s 5 minutes from my house and I see it all the time when I go to Target. I scheduled an appointment online to get an X-Ray because my wisdom teeth were hurting. Unfortunately I scheduled it for the wrong day, but they were still able to fit me in and I was even able to consult with their oral surgeon. I got my wisdom tooth removed on the same day! It was really a stroke of luck. I don’t really like the dentists, sometimes I feel like they can be condescending. Dr. Shetty was very personable, kind, and just easy to talk to. She even followed up with me hours after my wisdom tooth removal. I have never had a doctor of any kind do that for me personally. I haven’t been to the dentist is years, but to me, the place looks state of the art. Digital X-Rays that show up in a TV screen that’s attached to the chair you sit in. The TV screens even have DirecTV! They give you glasses to protect your eyes from that big light they shine down on you. Only thing that I don’t find state of the art is their lack of wi-fi for guests, but that really isn’t a big deal. The receptionists were really great, helping me sort my doctor’s note together. Vanessa showed so much patience with me, and I am very grateful. I forget the gentleman’s name who works at the desk, be he was very helpful finding ways to finance my payment over two years. I definitely would come back again!

I have been coming to Tri-City Smiles since 2011 and could not be happier with having this group take care of my teeth! Dr. Shetty and Tammy the office manager are both very thorough, kind and efficient. I feel like a valued client and it’s easy to be open and honest with them about my needs and concerns. I’ve switched companies (and insurance providers) three times and each transition has been easy to manage and keep up my appointments with coverage. If I ever need a service that is outside of coverage, they tell me exactly what the charge will be so I can approve beforehand and never receive “surprise” bills in the mail later. I think one of my favorite aspects of Tri-City Smiles is that the culture here is very non-judgmental. I don’t think I’m alone with feeling a bit insecure about my dental hygiene (we all have those days/months/years where self-care isn’t always first priority) and I’ve never once felt embarrassed about the state of my teeth. And, now that I’ve made self-care more of a priority, I always leave my checkups cavity-free and with healthy teeth! I’ve recommended Tri-City to many of my colleagues even though it’s 30 miles from our office, it’s worth the drive!

Dr. Shetty was super nice and helpful. My sister and I went in today and it was a breeze. My sister hates dentists and it’s usually a struggle but they were super great. The staff was also very friendly. The place was clean and tools were also clean. Dr. Shetty does a really good job on explaining what’s going on inside of your mouth and if any extra work needs to be done. So helpful. If anyone is looking for a place I would totally recommend this one!

Great customer service right from opening the office doors. The receptionist and office staff are so friendly and courteous. They greet you with, of course, a warm smile. The waiting area is relaxing where you can watch a movie or read a magazine, and enjoy a hot cup of freshly made coffee. The dental staff including the assistants, hygienist, and Dr. Shetty (my dentist) are very professional. They offer comfort and evidence-based recommendations. Overall, the place is excellent, and I would definitely recommend them again to my family and friends.

I am so happy I decided to make a last minute dental appointment with Dentists of Buena Park!
Their office is brand new as of June, incredibly clean and nicely decorated. To begin, the women up at the front desk were very sweet and made sure that they took my insurance before we even began. My X-rays were done by a very friendly gentleman named Johnny and he really helped to calm my nerves while waiting to see the doctor. Dr. Shetty was able to take my appointment within an hour notice and provided incredible service. Not only was she warm and inviting, but very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to me all that she was planning to do during my service all the while ensuring I was comfortable.
The staff stayed late past their closing time to finish and Dr. Shetty even texted me from her personal line an hour after I left to check in on me.
I am ecstatic this office opened and am so happy to have found my new dentists!

I would like to add to my previous review I posted earlier today…turns out my daughter’s tooth was a lot worse than we anticipated. Without hesitation Dr. Shetty resolved the issue by placing the better, more expensive crown on her tooth without charging us any additional. She informed us of her decision after she had done the procedure!! She also provided us with her personal cell phone number is case we need anything further. The personal assistance we received in addition to the understanding and consideration we were shown was a blessing. We are grateful for her and her entire office staff!!!

Raving fan right here! I highly recommend Dentists of Buena Park!! Dr. Swati Shetty and her entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had 2 root canals, deep cleaning, extraction and a bridge so far with very little discomfort. In fact, no pain at all after the double root canals. They even helped out with convenient financing to make it friendly for me to handle the expense and the benefit coordinator and office manager worked with my insurance to get me the most out of the insurance coverage. Simply give them a call and your dental needs will be handled in a very efficient and professional manner.
I put off dental work for years and although I should not have ignored my oral hygiene, I was afraid of the pain and expense! I can now live life relaxed and pain free with the great care received.
Don’t make the same mistake of waiting for dental work like I did. Call them!

Dr. Shetty is awesome. I had a bad experience at my previous dental office. It felt more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. I was hesitant to go to another dental office, but I needed to address my cavities. I chose this dental office due to how close it is to my house.
The facility is clean and modern. They make crowns in house, which is great! It saves time in waiting for a crown to be made. Also, they have an oral surgeon, endodontist, and periodontist in the office several times a month. At the previous dental office, I had to travel to a different office to get my root canal. I find this to be a huge plus.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. From the front office staff to the dental assistants. Dr. Shetty is amazing. I appreciate her taking the time to explain the procedures and reasons why she is doing them. She is conservative in her diagnosis. That made me like this place instantly. She tried her best to keep the amount of treatments I got to a minimum. Unfortunately, I couldn’t avoid a couple root canals, but such is life! The dental assistants there were also very friendly. Marisol would fix my bib, consistently ask me if I was OK, and massage my jaw/cheek throughout my procedures. I was there for a couple of hours, so I was grateful for her attentiveness. The dental hygienist was just as great. The office manager, Vanessa, explained to me thoroughly the cost and asked several times if I had any questions about the fees. I was able to set a payment plan for a year without interest (yay!).
So far, my experience with them has been positive. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a dental office.
