Dr. Lyons has been our trusted adviser for our son’s treatments for several years. My son’s baby teeth were very crowded and Dr. Lyons gently moved them early on so that by the time his “big” teeth came in, only minor adjustments were needed. This avoided the requirement to pull several teeth to make room (like I had to do when I was little.) In addition, Dr. Lyons and his staff are warm and friendly. It must be a great place to work because they have very little turnover. This is in contrast to the experience we had with a different orthodontist we went to for my daughter ten years ago. It felt like a training facility for new dental assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Lyons and his team for a wonderful environment, good value, wise counsel, and beautiful teeth!

Dr Lyons, is such a nice guy, and great at his job, the staff is so sweet, and so great at what they do! I would absolutely recommend this orthodontist, if you need braces. The first orthodontist I had a consultation with horrible told me my son needed head gear and that he would have them on for a few years, and that meant lots of $$$, Dr. Lyons told me they don’t even use head gear anymore and it would only take 18 months, I live their honesty and had to rant on how awesome they are!

In the midst of COVID the office does an excellent job making you feel safe. Everyone I have interacted with has been nothing but transparent, helpful and incredibly friendly. On the last visit, the woman had a difficult time putting in the last spacer, she went to get someone else to help and after several minutes Dr. Lyons noticed we were waiting and hopped in and did it himself. I was very impressed with that level of care.

If you’re looking for an incredible, caring, and exceptionally skilled orthodontist then stop looking and make and appointment here. The staff are truly amazing, they take kindness to another level. I’ve never had a single issue with this office whether it dealt with insurance, finances, or making appointments. I can’t stress enough just how flawless and smooth everything went. We stuck according to schedule, the staff always knew what they were doing, and I was in and out in no time. Dr. Lyon and his staff have perfected the art of orthodontics. The best part is that I LOVE MY SMILE SOOOO MUCH. I’ve always been self conscious about my teeth and would shy away from smiling too often. I’ve been going to Dr Lyons for my orthodontic needs since jr high / high school. His services are premium with genuine care and attention to detail. He and his team want the best outcome and will not settle for anything less. The staff is so wonderful and treats you like family. The office is very clean and modern, with cool areas for kids to play. They also have some really cool technology that I haven’t seen at any other office. I just was seen today to get a new night guard and I am always greeted with a smile and positive experience. I have been going to Dr. Lyons for over 15 years now. I had braces as a kid, didn’t wear my retainer and got them again as a young adult. Leaving this review because I broke my built in retainer last night. Not a big deal except I leave for Asia tomorrow! They got me in same day to get it fixed. His wonderful staff always knows who I am without even looking up my file. I was shocked to see anything other than 5 stars when I googled him for the number. I’m sure he isn’t the cheapest but he is the best! Do you drive the cheapest car you could find? No, and this is your mouth! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thanks again to the best team in ortho!

I got braces done with another dentist, and he wasn’t really attentive. He let small problems get bigger, and many times had his secretary diagnose my problems. My gut told me to walk, and I started making calls. One office recommended Dr. Lyons, and he was able to squeeze me in for a consultation. Dr. Lyons solved all my problems that day, while the original dentist took 6-7 months to create the problem in the first place, to then say the exact same thing Dr. Lyons said on Day 1. Dr. Lyons is great, and I wish I came here first. I wasn’t even asked to write this review by him!

My daughter has been going here for a couple of years. The staff are great and very helpful. Dr Lyons is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, patient and flexible. My daughter travels internationally throughout the year and only pops into town on quick, occasional visits. The staff and Dr Lyons are very helpful and flexible in order to get her in for an appointment on short notice. Dr Lyons has gone out of his way to accommodate her unusual schedule and situation. He has always figured out a way to make it work, rather than saying it can’t be done and he does so cheerfully. We really appreciate the amazing service here and my daughter is very happy with the changes that Dr Lyons has been able to make with her teeth.

My son’s teeth were a mess even at age 7. His mouth was too small for his teeth, and he had an over-jet (aka overbite). Dr. Lyons recommended a course of orthodontia that would allow ALL his teeth to come in, be straight, and require NO surgery nor pulling of even a single tooth. Dr. Lyons is absolutely amazing. Both my brother and I have now been twice: once as a teenager and once as an adult (should have kept up with those retainers lol). The first time we did regular braces and this time we did Invisalign. He is so helpful either way you go and his entire office is fantastic as well which is so hard to find. I’m 43 and back to Dr. Lyons because I stopped wearing my retainer when I turned 30. Things were getting crowded and my bottom teeth were starting to get crazy. This time around instead of full braces, it’s Invisalign. 14 weeks instead of 28 if I use the propel device for just 5 minutes a day? Yes, please. It’s so easy, and I really only had any pain for the first two sets. Not only does the propel device cut the Invisalign time IN HALF, it allegedly decreases pain of new trays. I love these Invisalign, they seriously couldn’t be any easier. I also love Dr. Lyons office, he and his staff are the best!

Dr. Lyons and his staff need to be recognized for their utmost consideration to detail. From the coffee, waters, video games to their exceptional professionalism and kindness at the front desk to their expertise in the back no detail has been over looked! The serene atmosphere creates an emotional calm when dentistry can at times be overwhelming. I personally have recommended the to several of my friends who concur. They are especially cognizant of children with anxiety and emotional issues. Never do they show exasperation. Calm to the end. Michele the treatment coordinator is thorough and concise. There is no pressure here. With all of the options offered you feel comfortable making an educated plan. Most importantly is their adherence to quality standards and infection control. Did you know Hep B can live on any surface for up to week and at times longer? All caregivers wear gloves, masks, and eyewear. They don’t catch anything from us and we don’t catch anything from them. All surfaces are cleaned with fast acting germicide between each patient and never is a gloved hand placed in a drawer after it’s been in someone’s mouth! I experienced dental assistants reaching into drawers after being in a patients mouths at a different office. Even after I told the busy Orthodontist about this– nothing ever changed. As an adult my teeth were shifting on the bottom. Dr Lyons introduced me to a new product that he is offering which are Lab made internal braces. They fit on the inside of my teeth and straightened them in just 3 months. I loved this treatment as I knew that I would probably forget to wear an Ivisalign. I can only say positive things about this Dr. and his staff and I hope that if your looking for a great orthodontist– one that you can trust you will call him for a consultation. Save yourself from agony a consultation never means that you are committed. I like this!

BEST orthodontist EVER! My child recently needed braces. I went elsewhere for a consult before being directed to Dr. Lyon’s office. Other orthodontist told us both of my children needed braces, expander and head gear. I brought my children to Dr. Lyons who was A. AMAZING B. has an outstanding staff C. has a clean and fun office D. Just good people all the way around Dr. Lyons looked at both kids and told me only 1 needed braces for overcrowding. Headgear, well that isn’t a “thing” anymore or not his style. This made my son very happy! I am even happier saving the extra $$$$. 😉 He is very knowledgable and is great with kids. Even though the office doesn’t treat my other child, they are always so nice to BOTH of my kids. Dr. Lyons has a 3D printer too which impressed my kids. No more yucky stuff in your mouth to make a mold of your teeth. Other places took a mold and my kid almost choked. Dr. Lyons is just a “good guy”, no nonsense in this office. Not trying to make a buck off of you. We had our consult with his wife on day one and I just love her too! I am so happy that we found this office. The pricing for the braces was a bit less than around town. I am sure he can keep his prices a bit lower because of how much business he gets for just being awesome. They honestly feel more like family to us now. You will not be disappointed by coming to see Dr. Lyons or his staff!

Found Dr. Lyons through a friend and knew as soon as I met him that I had found the right doctor to help me with my smile. I had met with others but Dr. Lyons was the only who gave me more than one option. I was dealing with pretty severe crowding and he said it would probably take the entire 24 months to correct. If I was lucky I would be looking at 18. After a newer, unconventional treatment plan I’m happy to say that my braces should be off at around the 15 month mark. Very happy with my choice. He and his staff are happy to answer all questions and I trust what they tell me. He didn’t sugar-coat what my experience would be and even though it was painful I would make the same choice because he was (of course) right about the end result.
