Dr. Kristin and all of her staff made me feel extremely comfortable and very welcome the second I entered the office!! They genuinely are happy to see me and take the time to talk and listen to me. Dr. Kristin and her staff on top of giving me that old friend type of feeling they conduct their office with such ease and professionalism you can’t deny you are in very very capable hands and I would like to thank the entire staff for helping me overcome a very long and ugly dental situation! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dental practice and office staff to everybody I know as they are no doubt the best dentist I have been to so far!!!!

Dr. Soraya is warm and friendly with a great “chairside” manner. She is also very efficient and knowledgeable, which instilled a lot of confidence. She uses the latest technology, including a tiny “camera on a stick” that takes great magnified photos of each tooth, which she took the time to go over with me in great detail, tooth by tooth. I left her office feeling like I was in good hands! By the time I got home, I had a text message from Laguna Hills Family Dentistry informing me that my root canal appointment had been scheduled within a week and I reminder had been placed on my appointment calendar … the latest technology with a competent human touch! What more could you ask for? I am actually looking forward to my root canals! Lol.  That says a lot for someone who dreads going to the dentist! Thank you, Dr. Soraya!

Dr. Soraya was extremely kind and professional with my 6-year-old grandson who is on the autistic spectrum and was VERY scared. She talked to him quietly and tried to calm him down to undergo filling two cavities in baby teeth. Ultimately she recommended a pediatric dentist, explaining that she did not want to have to forcibly hold him down to perform the procedure, giving him terrible memories of dental visits. She explained a pedo dentist would sedate him and he could return to her for cleanings, thereby establishing a relationship for the future. I highly recommend Dr. Soraya and her entire staff who are capable and caring.

Dr. Soraya is a lifesaver! Her experience and knowledge helped to diagnosed an incredibly painful problem that had previously been overlooked. She took the time to explain everything, and she immediately put me at ease. I feel that I can trust Dr. Soraya, and that is exceedingly important in a doctor-patient relationship. Her office staff is also kind and helpful. They helped the whole process to run smoothly. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. Parking is easy to find, as well.

My son and I both came in for a visit, my son is 4 years old and was so comfortable during his teeth cleaning. He told me he loves the dentist after today’s visit! I’m currently pregnant and had issues with bleeding gums and she did a great job with my teeth cleaning and we are overall very happy with our visit. Thank you!

Hard-working and friendly office manager and front desk attendant. Dr. Soraya made me feel like she actually cared about my health and wellness. She was friendly but still professional.

Dr. Soraya was fabulous. After a very negative experience with a dentist, Dr. Soraya was great. She took the time to do a thorough exam and to go over each step of the treatment process with me. She took the time to get to know me as a person and also exactly what treatment plan I was looking for. Her team wrote up a treatment plan that was reasonable and very informative. I would definitely recommend Dr. Soraya if you are looking for a caring, gentle and informative dentist.

My 13 year old son was taken back very quickly for his initial exam and cleaning. He said the visit went well, he was comfortable with minimal discomfort and is motivated to take better care of his teeth and gums.

My experience with Dr. Soraya and her staff – Jordan and Katy was very good! All three ladies were very professional, efficient and friendly. The office environment was new-looking and pleasant with a soothing feel to it. Examination and treatment procedures and options were thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered in detail without rushing through them. I would recommend this practice highly!

Dr Soroya is so friendly and cheerful, right away you know she loves her chosen profession and the people in the community where she practices. Dr Soroya pays attention to details, my crown work was done outstanding. Dr Soroya made sure the lab did a perfect job on their end. Pleasing the patient is very important to Dr Soroya, in my case, Dr contacted my previous dentist to use their lab to match all my teeth perfectly. I am happy for choosing Dr Soroya as my dentist. I found it easy working with the office manager who is efficient, helpful and helps you to feel comfortable at your first visit and all following appointments I don’t write reviews very often but Dr Soroya deserves an outstanding review.

Dr. Soraya is in my opinion an excellent dentist. She is caring, takes time and I never feel hurried. I had a dentist for over 15 years that was the best I’ve ever had but he retired. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Soraya. Elizabeth one of her office assistants is fantastic. She (…) makes an effort to help me and calm me down which I really appreciate. I always feel better after I leave Dr. Sorya’s office and I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

I’m 55 years old and have been to many dentists in my lifetime. She is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. She is super knowledgeable and very kind. Will be happy to recomend my friends and family to her.

My visit was great. My crown chipped need it a new one. Dr. Soraya and her staff where so professional and most of all they make you feel comfortable.

Best dentist experience ever! Had 2 crowns done, one required a root canal, and i couldn’t be more pleased with how they look and feel! Dr. Soraya is all about high quality and has such a nice manner with people. The office manager, Katie, is really nice to work with and is totally knowledgeable. Even Cassandra, the young dental hygenist, is a joy and really cares about people. The whole staff is very upbeat and actually makes their office a fun place to come back to.

Dr. Kristin A Soraya at Laguna Hills Family Dentistry is a wonderful person and an amazing dentist. Great place! Katie is at the front desk always positive, honest and friendly. The dentist filled five cavities and accomplished two root canals with crowns put on. Took weeks to accomplish but the dental work is perfect. Highly recommend. Dentist is great to handle pain management for all dental work.

Kristin is a wonderful dentist, my son is special needs and she is able to calm him and do the work!! Her staff is also patient and professional! The office is very organized and clean. I have been a patient there for some time now and I am very happy with the work! I have always been able to get an appt when needed!
