Dr. Ramtin and his team are the best! They’re very accommodating, patient, outstanding and overall welcoming. I dread going to the dentist in general and get a little anxious, but Dr. Ramtin and his team made me feel comfortable. I had several visits the past month and a half with them. My first initial visit, I came in to have my teeth (2) checked out for a root canal. Sadly one of them had to go. I was checked in for an emergency extraction. He made my extraction pain free. I was prescribed 2 different kinds of meds, antibiotics and ibuprofen. I didnt even need ibuprofen that whole week! Second visit was to just see if socket healed properly. Third visit was for my root canal! I was very nervous to get it done since ive heard root canals can be painful. However, Dr. Ramtin also did an AMAZING job! He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole procedure. I left the dental office pain free! No over the counter meds needed! Last visit was today where I had my crown placed. He made sure if the crown sat comfortably in my mouth and took the time to adjust it. Crown fit perfect after.

Dr. Ramtin was very forthcoming, social, relaxing, patient and welcoming. His staff is amazing, the office is clean and the technology available makes you feel like you’re in a current dental office! The timeframe from sitting down to being complete is absolutely flawless and you you can rely on enjoying the rest of your day! I can’t stress enough how reassuring Dr. Ramtin was and great at making me feel comfortable and confident in the upcoming steps and needs. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who asks!

Dr. Parham Ramtin and his staff are exceptional.  They are kind, caring, and genuinely concerned about your interests as a patient and as a person.  Unlike other dentists I’ve visited, Dr. Ramtin didn’t make it a point to tell me about a whole host of unnecessary procedures I needed to have done; rather, he evaluated me professionally and sincerely informed me about what was necessary at the time.  He was kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable.  He was also very receptive to my questions.  I had been experiencing pain for quite a while, but decided to put it off because 1) I’ve had terrible past experiences with dentists and 2) I didn’t want to spend an exorbitant amount on dental services.  Dr. Ramtin was cautious about both things– He made me feel comfortable and at ease while providing me with a price plan that worked extremely well for me.  I cannot thank him enough for his care and will be sure to visit him regularly from now on!

Dr. Ramtin really cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. He’s always available for consultation by phone and text. The staff are always really nice, professional, and just really pleasant. I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Ramtin makes you feel welcome and is very caring. He takes his time with his patients and I love how he explains treatment to his patients. He makes you feel at home. I am an employee of his, I don’t have much working with him but right away I sow the difference between other Dentist I’ve worked with. That’s why I decided to become one of his patients as well. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Ramtin is the kindest, most gentle doctor I have ever encountered. OK, I should start by saying that I have a very SEVERE fear of the dentist. Even as an adult, I cry when I have to go to the dentist, so imagine my state of mind when I developed a toothache. One word: PANIC! First of all, as soon as I called in the morning, I was given a same day appointment. The office was so accommodating and they worked with me to find a convenient time. I arrived to find a very clean, professional office with ample parking in the back. The front office staff was patient and nice and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The wait was very short and I was taken into a room sooner than I expected. This office is incredibly efficient. The dental assistant took my x-rays quickly and explained everything step by step. Everyone is very professional and nice, but the real star is doctor Ramtin. His gentle nature and caring demeanor alleviated my anxiety immediately. The initial exam was gentle and the subsequent procedure was completely painless. He was quick and very gentle, and overall a very talented dental practitioner. I never thought going the dentist could be a pleasant experience but thanks to this office I don’t have to be afraid anymore. Thank you Dr Ramtin!

I called remembering it was lunch time and hung up. I got a text asking if there was anything they could do via text. I was BLOWN away. I love this dental office. The service is excellent and the people make you feel you’re glad to came to the dentist–FOR REAL!!

I stumbled upon this office as I was driving up to San Francisco and could no longer tolerate the sharp pain in my molar.  I googled a few places in the area and this was the only office with great reviews.  Walked in and to my surprise he was busy.  After explaining my situation the doctor felt very sorry for me and someone managed to fit me.  Dr. Ramtin and his staff were very accommodating and a pleasure to have work on my teeth.  Luckily he helped me out before the tooth was completely gone.  He did very little drilling and fitted me a temporary crown.  Not sure how he did it but he had the permanent crown ready for me the day I was driving back to southern California.  No more pain, no problems, and most importantly, no need for a root canal!  Worth the drive from where I live.  I’ve been back a few times and really enjoy it.

I have been coming to A New Smile for a while now because they helped me overcome my paralyzing fear of the dentist. They have been very understanding about my medical problems and have helped provide whitening information and treatments, along with my bridge work. Thanks to them, I feel better about my dental health in the future.

Dr. Lisa Vallesteros is a Dentist there to, also very knowlegeable, she will take the time to explain the procedure she will do, and put you at ease. The rest of the staff are so wonderful & professional. I like all of them, they are my go to Dental Office !! .. I also highly recommend this Dental Office.
