WOW! I am extremely impressed with A New Smile advanced technology and excellent service. I went to Dr. Salomon Nahon’s office on 5/16/17 because one of my teeth broke and I needed a crown. Dr. Nahon explained that now the crown is created in their office in Miami, using a top-of-the line 3D printer with the precise level, design and details for my specific need. All on the same day! This new technique eliminated the need for a temporary crown and saved 2 weeks of my time to go back for the permanent crown.  The procedure was simple, easy and smooth. Adding to their caring and dedicated services, this new advanced technology only adds points to the reasons my family and I go to them for so many years. We love Dr. Nahon and his incredible New Smile team!

Dr Solomon is absolutely amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and had a lot of work to be done,. Dr Solomon was extremely honest and created the best plan for me. He is super gentle and kind and does not rush through appointments. I never thought going to the dentist would actually be a pleasure 🙂 His whole staff is very kind as well. Thank you Dr Solomon and the whole staff for making me feel comfortable and making my smile beautiful again!

It is a very family friendly office. It is professional, kind, caring and always running on time. This is truly the first dental office that cares about their clients. It is about excellent care and the patient is always their priority. I am a nurse so, these reviews do not come easily. I highly recommend New Smile!!!

Today was my 3rd visit to the office for my deep cleaning teeth follow up and I feel so happy and grateful for my Hygienist Vanessa excellent job. She is super nice and so professional, we were both very satisfied when she verified that my gums improved a lot since my first visit after her great job and my follow up on the instructions and advices she provided to me. Thank you Vanessa! Great service in general, they are all professional and nice and you never have to wait more than 2 mins to be assisted. Also, the communication channel is excellent specially when you contact them by text message, the answer is quick, concise and kind and they are flexible and always willing to help.

I had a crown pop out so I called looking for an immediate appointment and they fit me in. The customer service is excellent as described, and they are very diligent about checking insurance coverage up front and letting you know what the charges will be. More importantly, Dr Nahon’s dentistry is top notch. What should have been a simple re-cementing of a crown became complicated because of a broken post in the tooth. Dr Nahon went out of his way to find a solution. He could have just blown me off saying I needed a new crown. Instead he found ways to make the existing one work and hopefully stay in place for a long time. He remained patient and personable throughout the 90 minutes, extra x-rays, etc, that it took to sort this out, even though he knew I was a first-time walk in who had another regular dentist. His assistant Carlos is also more knowledgeable than most. At the end of all this, they only charged me the minimum deductible on my insurance despite all the extra time my problem took to solve. My regular dentist (who is excellent) is retiring soon and Dr Nahon will definitely be my new dentist going forward.

I have to give an update with another 5 stars!! After finishing all of my filling replacements and having my 3 remaining wisdom teeth extracted 2 days ago – let me just say WHOA!! I cannot believe how great this office is. As I previously mentioned – I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to dental things. So naturally I go in and just try breathing calmly, I still get sweaty palmed and shaky, but every single time I leave there, all I want to do is smile and skip away or something! How the heck? They have the magic touch! I’m healing up well, I’m following their instructions to avoid any complications, my pain is actually very minimal and I haven’t had to take the stronger medication prescribed. I even received a text asking how I was feeling the following day. Let’s just say I’m trying to convince my boyfriend to switch his dental office … I would try to convince anyone! Lol. They’re that good!

One of the most amazing dentist I have been too! I am from California and I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, I was here on vacation and needed to have my lower sutures removed. I went in and it was so smooth! They took some pictures then removed my sutures, and finally to an X-Ray to confirm I was all good. Great prices! Great people! And an amazing place! Thank you so much Dr.Salomon!

I was looking for a new dentist and read so many wonderful reviews on here about A New Smile Dental Center so I decided to make an appointment to fix a broken veneer. Office was very clean and organized. The office staff was SO nice, professional, and efficient. Dr. Nahon was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to any of my friends or family !

Arrived about 10 minutes before spot date (was a former pt so I didn’t have to fill out paperwork). Was already in my room by 11:10 (20 min wait total, appt was at 11am). Walking into my room, was told I could wash my hands if I wanted and then to take a seat. Quickly began with an introduction (first time with that hygienist) and we started xrays. At one point a little component that was near my mouth, not even one that goes in my mouth, fell onto the X-ray jacket and she without hesitation said she was going to get another one and switched everything out for newly disinfected items. Felt very at ease with how she progressed. I had some questions while she was working because she was making comments to another staff who was writing down info and my mouth was being worked on. But as soon as she finished she approached the computer and explained what she was saying and showed me visuals so that I could see for myself. It was such a relief to not even have to ask, she put me at such ease. When I originally chose this place, I did so because the prices were good enough that should I not have dental insurance, I would be able to pay out of pocket. I’ve had two major dental procedures my insurance didn’t cover and they’ve been very helpful with organizing payment. Always recommend them.

Dr. Nahon and his staff are the sweetest! It takes a lot for a person to say they really love their dentist but he’s wonderful. I had a lot of questions and he took his time to answer them and reassure me. I’ve been recommending Dr. Nahon to my friends and coworkers!

Just finished my cleaning with Dayana and she was AMAZING. Her cleaning and care was the most comfortable, painless cleaning I’ve had in my life. I was so happy that I specifically will be asking for her going forward.  I’ve been very happy with A New Smile the past few years. Dayana made my experience even better.

Ok, here we go…  my family is officially a “new smile” family. My sister in law recently had her appointment and she loved her dental experience. She had been going to her old dentist for years. And being a creature of habit she never took the plunge to try other dentist. However after my hubby went to see Dr. Nahon she finally decided to see for herself what the excitement is about.  I had told her how amazing this dental office is, from the moment you call in to the initial visit it’s an experience like no other. She was so happy she voiced her delight with me.  And I cannot be happier to have her also be a patient here. Kudos to the entire staff at a new smile….
