I have been a patient of Dr Tigrean for nearly 8 years now. I am a person who doesn’t have much to do with social media, but Dr Tigran has made such a difference in my life, that I would like to spend my time letting the world know how wonderful he is. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him, his office and his staff! They provide top quality dental care, the most relaxing dental environment (more like a spa) I have ever encountered, and are the kindest people to boot. I am a patient who requires lots of appointments (bad genes, lots of cavities) and they have never made me feel anything but relaxed, comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. T is not only a gifted dentist, he is a true artist – he takes his time with me and ensures that I have a perfect result – both clinically AND cosmetically. he accepts nothing less than perfection! I could not be more happy to have Dr. Tigran and his staff as my dental team. Their professionalism and patient care are second to none! I will continue to recommend Dr Tigran to everyone I know. Amazing place! I have been going here for the past 5 years now and I have had the best service not only from the doctor but also from the all the staff. From the moment I step in I am greeted and treated like family. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment which makes a tedious task like going to the dentist something I look forward to. Our family have been visiting Smiling Hearth Dentistry for almost 8 years now. We always get the highlights quality service. Dr. Khachatryan always uses modern dental technologies and treatments thus making sure the patients are getting the best care possible. The massage chairs in the waiting room are nice too.

Dr Tigran and his team are focused professionals who are dedicated to making the entire dental experience a great one…from scheduling, billing, preventive care and invasive procedures, ….the entire team does a tremendous job toward ensuring excellent care and positive outcomes.  I have had numerous procedures completed including implants, root canal and the work has been superb.  The entire team makes one feel more than welcome, it is much like a family environment…there is a tremendous amount of genuine compassion.  This is a very special team, one whose daily dedication is role model performance for others to follow.

I have been coming here for years after very poor job done by another dental office. I have very complicated dental problems but Dr Tigran and his team are just outstanding professionals , they have been working on restoring my teeth. I always have the first class service , they use the best materials and always on the edge of the modern dentistry. Their new office is just amazing , it feels like a luxury spa, with tea and healthy snacks and heated lavender infused blankets and truly smiles from their hearts. Top notch with very warm twist. Try it for yourself you are in for a delightful surprise.

Another visit to the Dr. Tigran and Im already waiting for next one! If someone ask me what would I prefer a day in spa or a visit to A Smiling Heart Dentistry i would go to my dentist! Reception area welcomes you with a drinks and a massage chairs. Once you ready for your appointment you will be seated in the dentist chair and assistant will take care of you to insure your comfort and prepare everything for the doctor. Dr. Tigran is so passionate about what he is doing its like being in a master class. You will be amazed by professionalism of Dr. Tigran and his team. Your appointment is never over as even after you leave the office you still have that warm feeling from your visit and the way you was treated! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Smiling Heart – I have been coming here for a few years now and I always have a positive experience. They take care of you. They spoil you. They have a warm, homey, friendly environment. The front desk ladies are very welcoming and caring and very helpful! Their waiting room is cozy, with comfortable chairs (even a massage one), TV, and some chocolates and cookies! Jenny is my dental hygienist; she’s absolutely wonderful as a human being and at her job. She’s attentive and does a thorough job. They have excellent customer service, if you ever need anything, just ask! They have a “complimentary menu” of things you might need (like a blanket or some coffee or snacks). They always offer you a warm towel when you’re done with your appointment and a fresh rose when you leave 🙂 I also love how you can schedule your appointments online instead of having to make sure you call during their hours.

The doctors and the staffs are very friendly. They know their job pretty well and they make sure that the patients are comfortable and well informed. It was my third visit to the clinic and had some issues with flossing in the areas where filling was done in the past, to which the team responded promptly and fixed the problem there itself. It’s really impactful to see the team being so much invested in patients good health.

Had an implant done today at Smiling Heart Dentistry. First thing I noticed when I walked in, was the peaceful atmosphere in the office. It looked very clean and the lobby even has massage chairs. The care was exceptional and practically painless. Tigran (my dentist) was very professional and let me know of what he was doing at every step. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a procedure, or just a checkup.
