ABQ Dentists has the most amazing and caring staff members and Dr’s. It all began with my first phone call to the office. The girls up front were so caring and really paid attention to all my needs. I never had to repeat any of my concerns and they got all of my information right away. When I arrived I was greeted immediately. My insurance had already been verified and all my new patient forms had been uploaded. That was the easiest arrival I’ve had in the medical field in a long time. I then met Dr. Reachi in her office and was able to discuss my previous dental and medical history in private. It was so nice to get to know her first rather than being seated in a dental chair right away. As the appointment continued, Dr. Reachi walked me through the office and I was given a tour and I met a few more staff members. My assistant was wonderful. I have always disliked taking x-rays because the tool they use hurts my mouth and I did advise her of that. She was very attentive to the structure of my mouth and made it so that I didn’t have to keep it in for so long and she never had to re-take the x-ray. Very painless. As we waited for the doctor to come back in, the assistant sat in the room and we went over my x-rays and intra-oral photo’s. Boy, you’d never guess what your mouth really looks like when you get a camera in there. It was such an eye opener for me. Now I want to get my teeth cleaned three times a year. Dr. Reachi then came back to finalize my appointment. As I already knew I needed some work done, she sat with my side by side and educated me about my situation. I wasn’t scolded and never did I feel like I was being judge. I appreciated her approach when diagnosing the treatment and advising me about the steps that needed to be taken. My appointment ended with a wonderful hand off to the front office ladies and I was asked to come back for a consult with the financial manager. That was another easy appointment. There was a folder all ready for me as I walked into her office. My treatment was phased out into steps, my insurance estimate was ready to go for the first phase, she went over all of my benefits in detail and in a way that someone like me could really understand. There were no little fine prints anywhere. So with all the being said, THANK YOU Abq Dentists for support and dedication to dentistry for all of us. All of your women are topnotch and your continuing education is impressive. Keep up the amazing work and I will be sending my friends and family to you!!
