It has been YEARS since I have felt so good about a dentist and his office. The entire staff is so welcoming. The billing is done perfectly and Theresa is so accommodating. For example, I was urgently in need of a crown before moving up North. They got me in right away. They also had me in and out with a new crown within 2 hours. Dr. Kluss was a perfectionist when creating my tooth and he showed me every step of the way in its developing stages. I was so impressed. I will now drive down to San Juan Capistrano to continue going to Dr. Kluss. Thank you so much Absolute Smile, you are so true to your name.

I can’t say enough about this dental office, they are all awesome! From Thersa who greets you at reception, to Patty helping assist and making you feel comfortable, to Dr. Kluss who explains everything in perfect detail. I had a crown replacement and they had the technology to build my crown right then and there. No waiting for the lab to get my permanent! I will surely be telling everyone I know about this honest, and thorough practice!

(…)Dr. Kluss is very professional. I don’t usually need much work or anything, so he just comes in after the cleaning to look around and make sure all is well with my teeth. He filled a cavity for me once and was so super gentle that I didn’t need to be numbed. I’ve never experienced “up selling” from anyone at the office. I love that! NEVER have I heard the words: “you could use braces”, “you could use whitening”, “you should get xyz done for a bunch of money”. Never ever have they tried any of that. The office is in a great location. A nice little shopping center close to the freeway. And, it is superbly clean! The whole place is really nice and modern without a spec of dirt anywhere. I feel like they are extremely hygiene conscious. I hope I can keep coming here for a long time!

What a dentist and what a great staff. All so professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I needed a crown and usually it could take weeks and a couple of visits. However, Dr. Kluss has this new amazing 3 D system that allows you to see exactly what is going on and makes the crown the same day. It was amazing. I went it and within one hour I had my new crown. I highly recommend Dr. Kluss to anyone needing dental work.

Truly a fantastic experience….
Starting with Theresa and the logistics end of getting my appointment and payment handled with ease. There were no unnecessary hoops to jump through, nor any surprises at time of payment. She is a fantastic communicator, which is important to me because, I am someone who has avoided appointments with other dentists because of the lack in “people skills” by the receptionists in their offices, and if anything Theresa makes the opposite true, I now want to keep coming back.
Dr Kluss is undoubtedly a highly skilled professional, that is evident in the existing reviews. But I want to suggest to readers of this review, that the intangibles of his practice, like honesty and integrity as a professional, allow you to leave each and every appointment knowing that you were treated with dignity as a client, and had just experienced care by an individual with your health/well-being in mind, rather than their wallet.

A dentist you can trust! Love coming here knowing that they will not recommend something that doesn’t need to be done unless it absolute has to. I have heard and experienced horror stories through my wife of other dentist doing the opposite. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I live in (a different city), and I drive here because of the people that work here and the experience that I get. I’m sure I could find a dentist local to (where I live) but ever since I have entered their door 9 years ago, I would never go anywhere else. And Theresa is so genuine and welcoming it makes me feel like I’m their only patient!!!

this was the first time going to a dentist in 5 years !! I’ve only gone to the place where I went as a child for teeth cleaning so I was a little nervous!
BUT I had no reason to be the staff here is fantastic !!! They take excellent care of you, from when you walk in the front desk lady is so nice! she is so personable and really wants to make your time here perfect!! So let’s talk about the cleaning!!! well who likes the scraping, not me haha but they have this amazing new tool that cuts the scraping down by at least 50% !!! It took her about 25 mins to clean my teeth with the new tool and I was very grateful!
Needless to say I will be coming here even if I have to drive far!

Who likes going to the dentist? I can actually say my visits to this office is very pleasant. The staff make you feel very welcomed. Teresa and Patty are great to work with and acknowledge you as a person rather a number. The Dr has extensive knowledge with up to date procedures and addresses your every concern. A graduate of USC School of Dentistry, Dr. Kluss earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at UC Davis. Shortly after completeing his graduate work in 1987, he started his dental practice in Mission Viejo. Dr. Kluss keeps up with the latest advancements in dental care through continuing education having undergone several hundred hours of additional training in all phases of dentistry. A participating member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry(one of the most prestigious organizations in cosmetic dentistry), he is also a current member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society. Dr. Kluss incorporated Cerec technology into his practice six years ago and enjoys being able to make and deliver crowns in a single visit. He says, "My patients are amazed at the process and are excited to watch their crowns being made all say that they would never have a crown done the old way again!"
