WOW! I am still in shock about how amazing my experience was with this office. I was treated like family! From the 1st appointment to starting my braces and doing my monthly adjustments. I am always made to feel like a VIP patient and treated like my time really matters. My teeth are already looking amazing and I cannot believe how accurate Dr. Mangiarelli was about my treatment. The office staff is so incredibly kind and make me feel like I am so important to them. They worked with me on the out of pocket expense and discounted my treatment. I could only afford a certain amount a month and they matched it! Will be taking my children here and recommending to my friends, neighbors and church members!

My daughter got an amazing treatment here. She used to get hazzle free appointments or reschedules for her monthly adjustments or quick fixes. The location is very convenient and I love the beautiful new premises. She mentions about the care she gets in her visits. Dr Mangiarelli is efficient yet gentle. You can really tell her and her staff are passionate about thier work. They have a patient first approach, which I love! She really made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best dental care possible. Ive been to both of her locations, they are clean, state of the art facilities. I recommend Accent Orthodontics to all my family and friends!

I have been going to this office for a while. I am getting my braces off in 2 months and I am super excited my teeth look amazing. I love Dr. Mangiarelli and the girls there are always awesome, Angelita rocks, she knows exactly who I am when I call. I would recommend to anyone looking for a office with caring people and a Dr. that is awesome with Braces.

I love this office, everyone in the staff is so kind and so helpful. I absolutely love coming for check-ups. Hope, Billy, Vanessa, Lisa and everyone are great to work with. They will give you an honest opinion on what you really need and are always available when you need them. Scheduling appointments are easy, and they also give a friendly reminder when you have an upcoming appoint which I love (since I’m very forgetful sometimes) I did the Invisalign treatment and my teeth look amazing now! I am beyond happy. Now that they added a Dentist as well, I will be scheduling my dentist appointments here on how great they are.

My son graduated from Central Pointe Christian Academy in 2019 and was just enjoying a sports scholarship while being a boarding student. It was always his desire one of these days to correct his smile. On one of those visits we made to him for January 2018 we found Accent Orthodontics. Dr. Mangiarelli, Vanesa, Stephanie and the rest of the staff provided high quality service and attention. The school staff tooked him to his appointments and we never, but never had any problems or isues. There were times when my son had to go outside of his appointments to be able to attend and they always looked for a way for him to receive medical attention. It was not easy for us from a distance in Puerto Rico to be able to assist our son in his appointments but they never had any objection to us. The treatment was excellent and for May 2019 in record time they could remove his bracers and thus be able to graduate from High School with a beautiful smile !!! We will always be grateful to you and may God bless you always !!!

I recommend Accent Orthodontics without thinking it twice. I’ve only had braces for two months and can already see results. Everyone at the office is nice and they all have a positive attitude thats contagious, not to mention every time I go I get treated with respect. Dr. Mangiarelli is very professional and you can tell she knows what she is talking about. She explained to me everything in depth so that i knew everything that was going to happen, and that made me feel like I was in good hands. If you are looking for a local orthodontics Dr. Mangiarelli is definitely the one you want.

I had an amazing experience and am very satisfied with my results. Everything from the pricing and timing, regarding my braces, was better then other orthodontic places I had consulted. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. They would also attend almost right away, which I really appreciated. I would recommend 100% to anyone.
