Pros: Technology that allows you see your new smile! Location location location! Responsive, respectful and friendly staff/ dentist! I never have to wait to be seen! My experience: I walked in with a goal in mind of how I wanted my smile to look like. The dentist explained to me his recommendations thoroughly. He answered all my questions with a very kind and easy to understand response. He even was patient enough to wait while I took notes down! The staff is super friendly, fast, and responsive! I had planned a 2nd consultation with a different dentist, however, I canceled it as I walked out Advance Dental because I knew I had found the right place for my journey.

Dr. Zamani is very thorough, efficient and a top notch dentist with a very friendly and knowledgable staff. They take most insurances and it is very affordable. I recommend going to Dr. Zamani for your dental needs. He’s very gentle when it comes to any type of work. He also did my invisiline and I am very glad with the results. The convenient hours make scheduling an appointment even easier. Best dentist in Arlington by far.

I have been a patient here for two years. Dr. Zamani and his staff are extremely capable and kind. They’re accommodating to your specific dental needs and respect your time, as you are rarely held past your appointment time. I highly recommend this practice compared to any other dentist and orthodontist that I’ve had previously

Dr. Zamani and his staff are super nice and helpful. I have been visiting him for three years now and they always take good care of my oral health. I also did Invisalign with Dr. Zamani. He helped to adjust my teeth to perfect alignment and even after the initial treatment was completed, he kept checking the alignment regularly and making adjustment. I’m very happy with my teeth now and I have recommended Advanced Dental Care to families and friends.

I had my first visit at Dr. Zamani’s practice today.  It was a great experience; the staff is very friendly, and I got a top notch, thorough cleaning.  I had to schedule for two fillings, and am actually looking forward to going back for them.  I’ll be moving overseas permanently in a few months, but I would happily fly back to the States annually to continue getting dental care with Dr. Zamani’s office!

Warning: the office can be a little hard to find the first time. It’s around the corner from the PBS building in the bottom floor of a residential building. I have been going to Dr. Zamani for 4+ years. He is a very good dentist, and a sweet man. I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist — it is great to catch up with Dr. Zamani and Kathy, his wonderful hygienist.

Dr.Zamani is the best dentist ever. His bed side manner is excellent. He has the latest of all dental technology and beautiful modern office. His staff is very attentive and very nice. I have been a patient since 2010 and as of May 1, 2015 I went in for my most recent appointment only to be further impressed as every time I come in he welcome you and gives the best value and service one could get.

Personally, I like him. He is alway courteous and really cares. I had a root canal, a tooth extraction and an implant. He’s knowledgable and really explains what has to be done. The billing hasn’t caused me any problems, and I was able to help them figure our a minor problem. The staff is always nice and helpful. The first time there is always an issue on finding his office. Great location though.

Now I suppose you could dismiss this review because Advance Dental Care Center is located in the same apartment complex building where we live. But I added only 1/2 star for convenience for us. It really is a 4-and-a-half star office (since no person or business is perfect) no matter how far you have to come for an appointment. Both my wife and I use this office. We have both had work done by Dr. Zamani and Dr. Rueda and have found both to be personal in their manner and professional in their work. The office staff and the hygentists (special shoutout to Kathy) are friendly and always ready to answer any questions. We found this office quite by accident. When we 1st moved here from New Jersey 3 years ago, my wife cracked a tooth. She said she would try Dr. Zamani. She came home and said, “Well, we’ve found our new dentist.” And neither of us has had any regrets since. Look, to paraphrase our President “if you like your dentist, you can keep your dentist.” But if you are in the DC area, and you are looking for a dental change or don’t currently have a dentist, I would urge you to try Advance Dental Care Center. I’m fairly certain both you and your teeth will like your choice. PS: This office recommends Dr. Alfonso Patron of Rosslyn for periodontal work. If there is such a thing as painless periodontist, Dr. Patron is it. And trust me I know. In the past 3 years, I have had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and 3 gum grafts. All work was done perfectly and I only had to take Tylenol for pain.

I was referred to Dr.Zamani over a year ago. Let me start by saying that I was dreading going to the dentist. I used to have great teeth and 5 years ago I went through chemo and it destroyed my teeth. I was almost embarrassed by my teeth. From the very first visit, Dr. Zamani and his entire staff were AMAZING. I needed a lot of work on my mouth and am still in the process of getting work done. Dr. Zamani and his staff go above and beyond to make sure every experience is great. He even called in an oral surgeon top the office so I wouldn’t have to go to another office. The office staff and Dr. Zamani always explain the treatment plans and what the insurance covers so my husband and I aren’t surprised. He is extremely personable which makes the appointments enjoyable. He’s a perfectionist, so the work I’ve had done, is nothing shy of amazing. Overall, 5 stars doesn’t even give enough credit to Dr.Zamani and his staff. My husband, myself and our children all are beyond pleased with our experiences. If that’s not enough to convince you, I should add that I drive an hr each way for my appts.

The visit was great. He started immediately. I was having two old crowns removed and it was quite a process. He never left to see another patient and was cheerful and efficient the whole time. Before I decided to replace my crowns, his office managers looked into my insurance immediately and determined what would be covered and how much it would cost me out of pocket. They recommended appropriate procedures and timelines given my insurance cycle. The experience so far has been GREAT
