Dr. Jorgenson and his staff are great! I went to him about 2 years ago for braces and he and Jayme (his assistant) were amazing. They take their time speaking with me, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. After trying other dentists I had to go back to Dr. J. I had a chipped tooth and the other dentist couldn’t get me in for a month! I called Dr. J’s office and they got me in the following day! He has a bigger staff now and although they are busy, they always have time to be courteous and the wait is never long at all. I was so happy to see that Jayme is still there and I also met Misty. She is the dental hygienist and she is amazing! The office is very clean, they have TVs, and lots of parking. I can’t say enough great things about this dentist. I even started taking my 8 year old daughter to Dr. J. and the staff was great with her too. Thanks to the staff at Dr. Jorgenson’s, my daughter can’t wait to go back 🙂

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. All of the girls were extremely nice and gentle and comforting. Dr J was very informative and helpful and just a great doctor. I will never go to another dentist and I already have my next appointment scheduled (and I used to hate going to the dentist). I love coming to Advanced Dental they always work around my busy work schedule and when I come in I’m always greeted and never wait more then 5 minutes in the lobby.
The office is always clean and welcoming . They also have extra tooth brushes and mouth wash to freshen up before your appointment.
I’ve had all of my dental work done at this office for the last 3 years and I’ve never felt any discomfort during my treatment the doctor is knowledgeable and his bedside manner is exceptional.

I’ve received the best service and treatment at Advanced Dental Care. I went in first for a consultation and had a million and one questions that I wasn’t sure would even be answered considering it was a free consultation. To my surprise, Dr. Jeremy answered all of them. He was very thorough and happily took the time to provide detailed and full explanations. It was great!
My next visit was with the “new patient deal,” which was at an unbelievably great price. I got a full cleaning by Misty who had the most gentle hands (I’ve gone to offices before where the cleanings were so rough I was scared I would chip a tooth, but this wasn’t the case at all with Misty). I even got to watch my favorite show and was completely distracted during the whole process. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had.
My favorite thing about Advanced Dental is the friendliness of the entire staff. Literally every single person there has the best, most inviting attitude, I love it!
Oh and this office is super clean and cute with the most up to date technology, it’s pretty impressive 🙂

My whole family been going Dr. Jeremy for over 3 years now and we never once felt pressured into any treatment or procedure that was not necessary.
He is an excellent dentist, very kind, understanding and plasent to be around. He always adresses the issue right on point and you are done with all of your teeth peoblems as soon as humanly possible.
Also whenever Lisa cleans my teeth, my teeth look like they have been professionaly whitened. I get compliments all the time about how white they look. She is amazing.
Other than that the whole staff is really nice never had any problems with anybody who works here.

Haven’t been to the Dentist in a very long time. Moved from West LA back to my home town in San Dimas. Finding a dentist is very personal and difficult at times.

Dentists usually aren’t on the top of the list of doctor types I’d like to see; but everyone who works here makes the whole experience good. No scare or push tactics; they only recommend what really needs to be worked on.
I visit them quarterly for my regular dental cleaning and every now and then we fix whatever needs attention at that time. I also had my Invisalign treatment at this office a couple of years ago and I’m still very happy with the results.

I was a Sensation Dental customer. I wasn’t exactly happy with the previous dentist. However, after coming into the new office over a year ago, I soon found out that the new owner, Dr. Jorgenson, was not just your standard dentists. Something was different. It wasn’t just about finding a tooth to fill, or up-charging his clients. It was passion. That’s what separates Dr. Jorgenson from other dentist. He actually wants to preserve your teeth.

I had called around for emergency services for my mom after having a horrible experience with the only office in Costa Mesa that accepted her insurance. Their out of pocket pricing brought us here, their customer service, staff, technology, and Dr. Jorgensen made us stay. I had been seeing the same dentist for 15 years who was good but if I needed anything other than basic dentistry I had to go elsewhere. So, I transferred my whole family to the office. This office does everything, reasonable pricing, greet you by name when you walk through the door, remember previous conversations about trips, events, your kids. It’s really nice to have that extra personal touch. I haven’t been disappointed yet and we are regulars for over 2 years now.

Coming from an old family dentist this place was like breath of fresh air!
The staff are young and professional. They text you to confirm your appointment and send you a reminder also. I loved that!
Checking in and starting the new client application was quick and easy. Everything was online. They bring you to a room to enter everything online and you e-sign everything.
The new process for X-rays were a series of 18 x-rays. I thought that was crazy! But it didn’t hurt like how the old school way of biting down that plastic thing and it didn’t take too long.
The dental hygienist came in and was very professional and welcoming. She measured my gums, which I never done before which I thought was pretty cool. Recommended a deep clean which I always wanted and asked my previous dentist which he never agreed to do. The dr came and said the same thing.
The process of the deep clean was interesting. They do one side first because the numbing does last a while (5hrs for me) and when they give you the shot they used a technique that didn’t hurt! Very impressed with Kim, my dental hygienist, how she shot me up and I didn’t feel a thing! Also the dr and her kept asking if I needed more during the process of the deep clean and my one cavity I had -__- but everything went smoothly!
At the end of check out they give you a travel kit with floss, a toothbrush and a carrier! So cool!
Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Young and professional and the decoration of the office was so clean and modern!
Also a few days later I received a handwritten thank you note from the office! So sweet!

I found Advanced Dental Care as my dentist retired. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is newer technology out there for cleaning they my prior dentist didn’t use. My visit was informative and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We don’t have insurance and I found their prices competitive and fair. Unlike some other dentist we have been too, Dr. Jorgenson only recommends what you need. He’s not there to sell you the newest treatment like I have experienced with prior dentist.
