Let me start by saying that I have visited several dentists in my time (around 7 or 8) and Dr. Snyder is the best dentist I have ever visited. I recently chipped my front crown and was under the assumption that I would have to get my entire crown replaced. I was obviously stressing over this since this would have cost me thousands of dollars in dental work to get the result I was looking for. However, Dr. Snyder was able to give me multiple options for repairing my crown and was actually able to repair it for a fraction of what I would have had to pay to replace the entire crown. His work was outstanding and now you cannot tell AT ALL that I had ever had an issue with that tooth to begin with. However, his amazing dental work is not the reason why he is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Yes, his dental work is the best I’ve ever experienced but, in addition to that, he and his entire staff made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the office. Mindy at the front offered me a bottle of water and even offered to play music of my choice while I waited. Once it was time for my appointment, Miranda in the back walked me through all the procedures, played my favorite music, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what I could expect from my visit. Finally, Dr. Snyder thoroughly explained my options and let me decide what plan of action I’d like to take without the slightest hint of a ‘salesman’ demeanor or attitude. The entire experience was so pleasant that I am now looking at options to switch my insurance plan so that I can make Dr. Snyder and his team my permanent dentist. If you need any type of dentistry done PLEASE make a visit to this office. You will not regret it!

There is not a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff than the staff at ADS. Dr. Snyder is a master of his craft – and is a total perfectionist! Who doesn’t love that in a dentist? He’s just THE best. And, his assistant Miranda is so personable and upbeat and friendly – she naturally erased any nervousness that lingered. The veneers process from start to finish was amazing and pleasant. I am also happy that I can go to ADS to get my cleanings, too. Very nice and professional. Replaced my crown that had fallen off from work done by different dentist several years ago. Used my old crown after polishing it up and didn’t pressure me to do extra work on my teeth. First time I’ve been to a dentist that just did the job without telling me how awful my teeth and gums are and how I need this that and the other thing adding up to thousands of dollars. I appreciate that and as a result will go back to Dr. Snyder and start doing some of the treatments I have been putting off for years. What an amazing dentist! I first met Dr. Snyder about 6 months ago when I came in to have him look at re-bonding my front tooth. He was very thorough and professional during my examination. He answered all my questions and was very upfront with everything! Dr. Snyder is not one to charge you for things you don’t need. I had visited a few dentist before Dr. Snyder and they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for unnecessary procedures! Not the case with Dr. Snyder. In my case we decided bonding would be better then veneers. Fast forward 6 months, I was able to finally make time in my schedule to get my tooth fixed. I was excited and nervous at the same time. Dr.Snyder and his staff made me feel so comfortable I couldn’t wait to get started. They always offer you water when you walk in, and his assistant puts on whatever music you like, just to make you more relaxed. Dr. Snyder has been my dentist for the last seven years, and he is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. Like another reviewer here, he was the first to adequately explain why I had a problem with my jaw sometimes locking. I’ve heard him over the years discuss with me, and also overheard with other patients, the importance and desire to keep your natural teeth whenever possible. Where other dentists might want to do root canals, implants, crowns or whatever other dental procedure might make more money, Dr. Snyder always encourages patients to keep their teeth as long as they can. In other words, he’s more concerned about your health than making money. He’s professional and relaxed, and is also a very good communicator. He always explains in laymens terms what he’s doing and isn’t bothered by answering numerous questions about possible procedures; in fact, he seems to enjoy it. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a dentist. In fact, I recently moved to Arizona and am willing to keep him as my dentist, even if it means driving out to CA a couple of times a year.

For my first visit, he was very thorough with his examination of me and his review of my records/files/X-rays forwarded from my last dentist. I also came in to repair a chipped tooth/filling. I went to Dr. Snyder after a root canal gone bad. I was hopping from dentist to dentist wherever the military referred me. Each one agreed I needed a lot of work done, not only for health reasons but for aesthetics as well but none explained why. It was always a numbers game. I was trying to choose whether or not to get the work done or live disgusted with myself forever when a friend INSISTED I see her dentist Dr. Snyder. I did and I have never looked back. He got rid of all the broken, stained bonding, the silver feelings, the coffee stains and the pain I was experiencing both physically and emotionally. In one (FREE) meeting I had a work up done and was told not only what I needed but WHY I needed it. Dr. Snyder explained what he would do and how he would do it and what the materials he would use were made of. He eased my fears about the cost and the pain. I was able to afford to get everything I needed done. I got 4 veneers, 4 crowns (one on an existing implant that he had to order a new part for), Zoom, laser treatment, fillings. I couldn’t look in the mirror without cringing for 25 years and now I am obsessed with lipstick because I love drawing attention to my teeth. Absolutely nothing hurt and I was done in a matter of weeks. Would have been sooner had it not been for my implant needing a new part but he seemed to even put a rush on that. I have never had to wait for an appointment. If I had to cancel due to my kids, or anything there was always availability for me the next day. Miranda is so sweet and friendly and knowledgeable as well. Upon entering the office I knew I was going to experience the real deal. We move constantly with the military and I never know what I am going to get. I couldn’t have dreamed a better experience. My teeth are so comfortable. Its like they’ve been my teeth all along. They look so natural. No gaps indicating crowns, no shadow above my implant. They are smooth, white, and natural looking. They feel amazing. THANK YOU DR. SNYDER!!!!

Dr. Snyder is a true expert in his field and is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I initially found him when I was grinding my teeth and in pain. I had purchased a cheap, over the counter guard at CVS and it was causing me even more pain. A friend referred me to Dr. Snyder and he resolved my issues right away. He conducted a very throughout exam of my bite, custom fit me for a guard and now I am pain free! I wear it nightly and it fits like a glove. My guard is so precious to me that when I travel it doesn’t leave my sight, it goes with me in my carry on. It’s one of my most valuable items and I would die if I lost it! I now live in Las Vegas, but I come back to his Laguna Nigel office for my regular dental care, because no one is better. I wish I had found Dr. Snyder sooner. Unfortunately, I had my veneers done by a dentist who wasn’t nearly as skilled. As a result, I ended up having some problems that Dr. Snyder had to resolve. My experience with Dr. Snyder compared to the first dentist is like night and day. First, Dr. Snyder is honest and will never “sell” you into getting more work done than you really need. His conservative approach is what will save you money. Not only that- he is meticulous with his work. I am very happy with my smile. I can also vouch for his skill at giving shots! I had to get some anesthesia for sensitivity during the procedure, and it was amazing how I just felt the smallest pinch. If you’ve ever been given a shot by a dentist with a heavy hand or just has no compassion for a patient & their comfort level, you’d appreciate Dr. Snyder’s skill. Absolutely the best!

The receptionist was so friendly and answered many questions and offered to let us come in as soon as we could get there. Dr. Snyder attended the University of California at Riverside, forgoing his last year for a Bachelor's of Science degree to enroll early into dental school. Dr. Snyder received his D.D.S. in 1994 from UCLA. He then completed a General Practice Residency at the V.A. Medical Center, La Jolla, CA. In 1995, Dr. Snyder returned to UCLA. As faculty in UCLA's Center for Esthetic Dentistry (CED) he co-developed and was co-director of the first and only two-year postgraduate program in Esthetic and Contemporary Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Snyder is also a faculty member at Esthetic Professionals training facility in Los Angeles. Dr. Snyder distributes his time between private practice, teaching and research. Dr. Snyder has authored articles for various dental journals and writes correspondence courses for home study continuing education. Furthermore, Dr. Snyder is a consultant and clinical evaluator of materials and products for many prominent dental manufacturers.
