Dr. Saxton and his entire staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. I was referred to him by a friend over 2 years ago and I’m so thankful for her recommending me go see him. Dr. Saxton and his staff are very thorough with me when I have any questions. And believe you me, I tend to ask a whole lot of them!! They’re always quick to answer and never get annoyed by my many questions…at least they don’t show it lol. I have never once had a negative experience in all of my many visits. I’ve always been very nervous about how a dentist might react to my dental hygiene. Dr. Saxton and his staff make me feel very comfortable with their great attitudes! Not to mention the phenomenal work that he and his staff perform. If you’re looking for an amazing dentist, I highly recommend you contact Dr. Saxton!

I love my dentist Dr. Saxton! I’ve been going for a year or so now. They make my life and the task of seeing the dentist pretty easy by scheduling Saturday appointments. I usually see Michelle, the hygienist. She’s very friendly, very kind and she actually makes my visits enjoyable. The office staff are generally pretty friendly and polite. The office itself is impeccable and comfortable. They’re located at Hilltop which is convenient for anyone located near NAS Oceana like myself. I enjoy my twice-yearly visits to the dentist!

Office was very neat and clean. Front desk greets you when you enter. Everyone is warm and friendly. New patient hygiene visit was very thorough and hygienist was gentle with x-rays, photos, probing and cleaning. Dr. Saxton introduced himself when he came in and shook my hand to welcome me to the practice. His exam was very thorough including an oral cancer screening. I highly recommend this office to everyone. You are never rushed and treated with the best possible experience. Carol

Dr. Saxton’s entire staff is professional, courteous and makes your experience a very pleasant one. From the front desk staff, to the assistants in back, they are incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Dr. Saxton explains everything in detail and truly cares about his patients. I am extremely impressed with this practice and glad my family’s dental care is under his supervision. We have had some really bad experiences else where, so we were skeptical when this office was suggested to us by a friend. We could not be happier that we decided to give them an opportunity.

I have been coming to Dr. Saxton for a few years now and he’s the best! I followed my lifetime hygienist from her previous office because she’s also the greatest! Dr. Saxton and his team have taken incredible care of my family and we couldn’t be more thankful! From routine cleanings, to fixing up old dental work to getting me all set with a mouth guard, I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Saxton and all of his staff are genuinely so kind and truly care about their patients and the care they are providing!

I have had such a wonderful experience with this office and every staff member that works here, which is saying a LOT when you’re talking about going to the dentist! I needed many, many extractions and I was terrified of the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. But everyone took their time with me, listened to all of my concerns, and did everything possible to make me as comfortable as I could be. The whole time I felt as if I was a priority here and they truly cared about me. Dr. Saxton was gentle and took a LOT of time making sure I was completely numb and not feeling anything that was happening. He never made me feel rushed, in fact, he made me feel like I was the only patient he had for the day! I cannot thank them enough, I’m actually excited to go to the dentist now. If you’re lucky enough to come across this office, GO HERE! You will not find a better office!

I had a great visit with Dr. Saxton and his staff today! It was my first time here and everyone was awesome! From the friendly front desk/scheduling staff and clean, comfy waiting room to the very efficient, through and fun Hygenist Anita as well as Dr. Saxton of course, the visit went well! They have state of the art equipment to make the X-rays and cleaning stress and pain free. They take digital color photos of your entire mouth and all teeth for you to see on a screen as the doctor explains what is going on with the teeth, enamel, possible problem target areas, etc. I left knowledgeable, and determined to continue to take great care with my oral hygiene. The goody bag I left with was full of all the essentials and I made two follow up appointments for the future! Highly recommended!!

I have had fears of dentists since I was a child, raised poor, you kind of get what you can. As I got older I was able to start fixing what was wrong. Until one encounter with a horrific dentist that sent me running. And my teeth suffered. Let me tell you about the team here and a dentist that really listens and doesn’t give you that cheesy try to make you feel better type. They actually care. I have had exceptional service from their whole team, and the hygienist that took care of me, Lila, she rocks. Plan on taking my youngest there for her appointments and my oldest is already transferring to them.

We had an extremely good experience with Dr. Saxton and his team. We took our son to several places for advice on releasing a tongue and lil tie and they were the first team who check all of our boxes. Lila at the front desk was extremely professional and patient and answered all of my questions. She even took it upon herself to run my insurance pre-appointment to show us our estimated costs. Dr. Saxton and his assistant (Hygenist) Sarah we’re incredibly patient in answering all of our questions. It was apparent right away that they have kept up with research on this subject and were able to speak to us in a way that made us feel comfortable to go with the procedure on the first visit. My wife and I couldn’t reccomend them more. Thank you so much for helping our son with your patience, knowledge and understanding of our unique situation.

This Office is amazing, the staff is amazing, my twin Chasity assist with office (same names) is always helpful with health advice for healthy teeth, cool chat and smiles. They are great with my kid as well when he needs his teeth done, always patient and always making sure he is comfortable. Dr. Jacob is great with my teeth which I had alot of of work done from all 4 wisedom teeth to deep cleaning and fillings. Also front desk is nice and flexible with a payment plan that is right for me. I’m glad my family joined this amazing dentist family office.
