We’ve been with Marilou some years now and my kids came of age where they could use braces. Marilou had previously referred us to a local orthodontist, but after about a year, we had still not gone. Then she told us about a new service she was qualified to perform called “fast braces”. OH MY FRIGGIN GOODNESS. I was a little reluctant to try something I had never heard of before, but did some research, learned the process, and found this had actually been around for quite some time. We decided to try it on my eldest (least favorite son) with the worst grill Mother Nature could have designed. Only six months later, his teeth are straight and braces will be coming off soon. We’ve been super happy with the process and would recommend to anyone in need. I’m totally doing this with my other, more handsome son, now that we know how how quick and easy this is.

I went in because I was having pain from my wisdom tooth and out although you usually do need an appointment to see the dentist. Out of all the places I called this was the only place that told me if I was in pain, they would take me in. All the staff was super friendly and professional. One of the best dentist that I’ve been to for sure

I was referred to Dr Toquero for my post implants crown on the front tooth and Lower molar in July 2016. What an amazing staff and customer service. Dr. Toquero is definitely a perfectionist and wants nothing but the best for your one of kind smile. Every time I arrived for my appts they were ready for me. The staff was very professional. They all have a great chemistry making the experience top notched.  She made sure the color and translucency of my front tooth was up to par and when we were not satisfied she returned it to the crown maker to make it more detailed and specific to my original color and translucency. Today she performed bonding on my other teeth so that it can compliment the beautiful implant crown giving me a more beautiful smile. She also noted that I had a cavity on my right bottom tooth which was not noted by my dentist (another dentist company) at yesterday cleaning. He assured me I had no cavity. Unfortunately, I have HMO insurance and cannot change it until open enrollment in June 2017. But as soon as open enrollment opens I will be changing my insurance to PPO and will be switching to primarily seeing Dr Toquero and her staff. They have earned my trust and will be referring her to everyone ESP those who lives in Long Beach area.

I haven’t been in the dentist for over 4 years. I never went because 1st it is so expensive second just hate going to the dentist. I just went today because I am concerned that my teeth might start falling one by one if I don’t take care of it. So I found Aesthetic Smile Dental online through Yelp.They have a special for first time patients which is affordable; it includes the cleaning, xray & exam. I was in a hurry and the staff made sure I get out of time. The dental hygienist is not there so the dentist cleaned my teeth. I hate any grinding sound, but Dr. Toquero is so gentle. My teeth and mouth in general feels so clean. Long story short I will be bringing my husband here and she will be my regular dentist. Thank you Dr. Toquero and rest of the staff.

I loved my experience at Marilou’s dentistry. It’s been some time since I’ve been to the dentist and always tended to hang on to my old dentist for comfort issues but the distance became a hassle so I decided to look near home. I was hesitant because I had tried a another place. Well Marilou and her staff was great! They where get attentive and gentle with every procedure. It also seems like she has a great relationship with her employees. I didn’t feel like my work was rushed, everything was explained to me, and my concerns where acknowledged. Before my initial appointment I was told my coverage so I didn’t feel like I was being over charged or tricked into paying something. This place is also very professional and they work with your schedule. I would recommend anyone around this area to go here! Also the actual office is very clean.

This place is hands down the best service I have ever received ever.  Its difficult to express how much appreciate Aesthetic Smile.  They are funny, inviting, friendly I imagine going to this dental office what it must have been like going to the bar in the sitcom “Cheers”, only you get to go maybe 2-3 times a year tops.  3 for me cause I have neglected my teeth and im trying to get them back into good shape.  This place is amazing.  Every single person in there is absolutely perfect in my mind.  I just over heard someone say “you aren’t going to yell at me?”  they don’t judge you there, they just smile crack jokes and make you feel warm inside.  If you have been neglecting your teeth and are afraid of going to the dentist give Dr. Toquero a call seriously.  You will be so glad you did.  It will be the easiest way for you go get your mouth back into a healthy state.  Honestly this dental office is absolutely brilliant.  (seriously thank you everybody at Aesthetic Smile, I think im going to start adding you into my Christmas shopping list, absolute best)

As a resident of the local area for over 30 years I unfortunately ended up with a dentist that I just did not like,  which in turn resulted in my not liking to go to the dentist!  I had a dental emergency and called at 8:00 am on a Saturday, after deciding to use YELP to find a new dentist.   They squeezed me in the very same day.  I went back for some follow up work a few days later and could not be happier with Dr. Toquero and her entire staff.  Decorations aside (the office is beautiful and super clean) the service and treatment were top notch.  I found my new dentist just a few miles from my home and am glad to be able to share my good fortune with others.

My mom’s front tooth fell out today (Sunday).  As you can imagine, trying to find a dentist on a Sunday is nearly next to impossible.  I called around and left a ton of messages with a few dentists.  Dr. Toquero called back within 10 minutes and said that she would be able to see my mom.  Hooray!  When we arrived, she was very accommodating and personable and she was able to take care of my mom’s tooth.  I was really impressed and am considering making her my regular dentist.
