Selected Affinity with no prior knowledge. On the very first visit I was welcomed, introduced to staff & proceeded to have a through exam. In a very short time I was presented with a action plan. The procedures necessary were explained to me & I had everything I needed in this first visit. I was impressed with the modern office & equipment & felt welcome by all of the Staff. I am so pleased that I chose Affinity & look forward to having future work completed.

I started going to Dr. Smythe’s office about 10 years ago because I was told he did not believe in pain. Well they were right!! He is now our family dentist to include all of my boys, sisters and my mother. Appointments are timely and staff personable…can’t ask for better than that. Highly recommended going!!

I was in to see Dr. Smythe office today July 2, 2018. If I could give 10 STAR’S I would, absolutely amazing Dr and staff. I was comfortable the entire time from start to finish. I was there getting a root canal, which was a 3 hour process but I am so glad that I chose Dr. Smythe. He very informative in everything he is doing and he makes you feel very comfortable. His assistant Brooke was very gentle and also informative of everything she was doing. I will recommend Dr. Smythe to everyone. Im so glad that I found Dr. Smythe for future cleanings and if needed dental work. Again thank you Dr. Smythe and staff.

My 11 year old daughter has been a child who dreads hearing that it’s time for her dentist visit, until now! I have been taking her to a pediatric dentist for years, and decided it was time for a change. Dr. Smythe’s office was a GREAT decision! My daughter now looks forward to her dental visits, and the staff! Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor is friendly, caring, and patient. The office is always beautifully decorated and welcomes me with friendly staff, who remembers me. I love the massaging chair, blanket (forgot and wore a dress to the appointment) and watch tv while I have my teeth cleaned it makes things so much more comfortable and less awkward. OMG! this dentist office by far the best one yet. the customer service is phenomenal. The whole staff was very friendly and every one had a smile. not only was the customer service great they have a TV in the room for people like me with bad anxiety to keep your mind off of things i am Not sure what the assistants name was that helped me but she made my experience so easy and comfortable. They give you a game plan for a beautiful smile and that is what i loved. The dentist lets you know that he is on your time and does not push you to get a service you wont need. I could go on and on. they are Great!

Dr Steve and his whole team are great. I have really really bad dental phobia….noise, needles the whole thing from bad experience. In 2013, I had to get partial upper denture, they did a great job with me and My fears and it fits great. Lost a tooth in front of my partial in August 2018, he had one that worked in his lab and had it repaired in a day. Last week had to have crown and old feeling removed 3 hours or so of dental work….I was scared still he said He would make sure I was comfortable and sleep through most and again he took care of me. Thanks so much for taking my dental fears seriously and making me comfortable. If I woke up and said something crazy….sorry about that…hope I made you laugh. I have been going to this dentist since I was a kid and I’m 30 now. They are absolutely wonderful and work with you to set your appointments and pay your bill. They even offer early appointments the week or two before your scheduled appointment. They are very good with cleaning my teeth and I have never had a problem with them. Top Notch!!! Best I’ve ever encountered. I walked in not knowing much, looking for a good dentist. I was greeted, respected & waited on so quickly. My 1st visit was so amazing, and I’m a big chicken. I had xrays, consultation & molds for dentures done with no pain, where in my past with another dentist that was not the case. Great office. Very friendly. I had a tooth that needed a root canal and crown (filling was altered). While I wasn’t happy that my portion was $717 and my benefits were maxed for the year, Dr. Smythe and staff did a wonderful job and I never felt a thing. I’m hoping they will take it easy on my pocketbook if anything else goes bad this year. LOL
