I just took my daughter to Alamo Springs dental and it was a very nice experience . We waited 10 minutes in a nicely decorated reception area. The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful . The hygienist put my daughter at ease while she cleaned her teeth . My daughter enjoyed the massage chair during her cleaning . I was offered Netflix and coffee while I waited . Dr Anderson was so nice .She discussed all our treatment options . I decided that this will be our dentist for the entire family . When I checked out we were given the payment schedule for our future visits . I felt totally at ease from the time we walked in to the time we left .

Awesome experience. I had not been to the dentist in years and I mean YEARS! So I obviously was not going to hear that I was problem free. Dr Anderson was kind, caring, and very informative. During the exam everything needed was explained and also a recap of what was discussed during the exam was again explained. Dr Anderson also broke down the steps to be taken and in what order. A week later I went in for a deep cleaning with my dental hygenist Nancy. She was AMAZING!!! Can not say enough about this young lady. She was thorough and gentle.. as well as extremely detailed..she double check then triple checked the accuracy of her work.. My mouth has never felt cleaner..The entire staff is caring and amazing!! Do not make the mistake of going elsewhere.. this is the place for all your dental needs!

From the first time I met Dr. Anderson and Dr. Moreno at an event in my neighborhood, I felt a sense of comfort and ease around them that was a nice change for me! Going to the dentist can be stressful but from the time I walked in and was greeted by Margie and a friendly smile, I knew I was blessed to have such a great dental atmosphere close to my home. The thing I appreciate most about Alamo Springs Dental is that they don’t pressure me to fix cosmetic things. They let me decide how and if I want to have any procedures done. Who doesn’t love a dental office with netflix access too?! My only issue has been an insurance discrepancy I experienced with the purchase of an electric toothbrush that turns out was not covered. We ended up owing more on our insurance because of inaccurate estimation of cost. Other than that, their flexible hours and friendly faces keep me coming back

We had a great experience during our appointments today. The staff and Dr. Anderson were knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very accommodating and patient since we were switching off with the baby. They put on a movie to keep her occupied. Their equipment was modern and more updated than any other office we’ve been to. The massaging chairs and tablets were a plus. They also have free wifi and complimentary coffee/tea. Looking forward to our next appointment!

What a beautiful office, and the staff is phenomenal! I have health issues that have caused me to avoid the dentist like the plague. I will definitely visit Alamo Springs Dental again. Dr. Anderson made me feel as though I were talking to a friend about my dental health. She recommended methods for me to straighten my teeth after I told her I am not satisfied with shifting that’s occurred since I wore braces more than 10 years ago. She was also honest about pricing options to straighten my teeth. Her hygienist did a thorough cleaning of my teeth and permanent wire. Also, this is the first dental office I have visited where the chairs give you a message and you can pick either a Netflix flick to watch or a Pandora station during your cleaning. The whole experience felt as though it was about my wellbeing as a patient. I really appreciated this. I was not rushed out the door. They actually cared.

I have no words for the amount of gratitude I have for this office, and each and every staff member. My boyfriend was experiencing extreme pain due to a broken tooth, and not only were they able to fit him in today on VERY short notice, but also perform the procedure to help him out of pain. I’m new to the area, and all my previous dental work was done back in Northern California.. These ladies today broke EVERY stereotype of going to the dentist, Cindy was AMAZING, Dr Anderson was so professional and pleasant, I enjoyed myself immensely (then again, it wasn’t ME in the hot seat) but the way they treated my better half, and how quickly they were able to solve his issues, they definitely got a couple new patients today. If I could give them TEN stars, I would!!!

I live down the street and when I noticed a new dental office being built so close to home I was nervous/excited. I have been going to the same dentist in Pleasanton ,Tx for 20 years and even though I live on the northwest side of town I would drive there twice a year for cleanings because I could not find another dentist in San Antonio that was good enough. Dr. Anderson was amazing!! She built a great rapport with me and was very knowledgeable with a gentle hand.I would recommend her to everyone! As soon as you walk in the ladies make you feel so comfortable. I won’t be driving an hour away for cleanings any more I found my new home! The office is even open on Saturdays so convenient!! (They even have massage chairs!!!

I have had two traumatic experiences with different dentist which unfortunately has left me with quite a bit of anxiety. I went to this office on the recommendation from a current patient who also had anxiety which has since been relieved since she started going here. Today was my first cleaning with them and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The front desk greeted me and made the intake process simple, the hygienist was very delicate and made sure I was not just comfortable but also relaxed through the entire process (and the heated massage chair was a pleasant surprise!). The dentist was just as thorough and kind, and gave me options that made me feel in charge of my dental health, rather than just being told “do this do that.” Once the treatment plan was agreed on, I was shown back to the front desk who had everything ready, including showing me all of my benefits from my insurance to include the next visit. As someone who also works in the medical field, this office was impressive on all accounts. Highly recommend!

Alamo Springs Dental is fabulous! Their facility is beautiful and very comforting. The dental chair is heated and has a massage feature, and you get to watch Netflix while you wait! The dentist is very thorough and does your cleaning herself, something I was used to a hygienist doing. I’ve never experienced a dentist giving such complete treatment and I really appreciated it. My 2 daughters and I visited yesterday and felt right at home. Dr. Anderson and her staff provide outstanding customer service. We loved getting our teeth cleaned while sitting in massage chairs and watching Netflix. The office is immaculate. Alamo Springs Dental is one of the best dental offices I’ve visited! When we moved, my husband and I selected ASD based on the online reviews and I am so glad I did. I am constantly grateful for their professionalism and how much they care about your teeth and well being. Case in point, during my last cleaning, they asked if I get headaches or pain and wake up with constant headaches due to my teeth grinding/jaw clenching. I said yes, and they suggested a Botox consultation to relieve that pain/headaches. I did not even know that was a thing! I went in for my consultation and Cindy was a rockstar! She shared with me her personal journey with Botox as a teeth grinding/jaw clenching remedy. Dr. Anderson was fantastic with talking me through how the injections will help my pain. She eased my mind when it came to the actual injections. The result has been waking up pain free and headache free for a month now! Highly recommend ASD!

I was excited to see a dentist office opened very close to my home, making it super convenient to get to before or after work, and they offer Saturday hours, which is a huge plus. The staff is consistently friendly, and I appreciate that they call after my appointments to check up on me. I also appreciate that they will offer a waitlist for Saturday appointments in case someone cancels, because it’s not always easy to snag an appointment on Saturday, unless it is months away. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Moreno are both equally knowledgeable and friendly, and don’t pressure you into services you don’t need. The hygienists who have assisted in cleanings and completed teeth whitening services for me are informative and don’t leave me hanging wondering what on Earth it is they are doing now, which is an experience I’ve had with previous dental practices. The office is clean, welcoming, and modern. They offer amenities such as tea and coffee in the lobby, with upbeat music, and even offer iPads for tv during treatments, and massage chairs. They definitely help to take the edge off for nervous patients like myself. If necessary, they also offer sedation dentistry. In all, I HIGHLY recommend Alamo Springs Dental to anyone looking for a top notch, friendly dental practice. It’s a rare thing these days to have such wonderful customer service, and they get it right here!

My daughter and I had an appointment with Dr. Anderson yesterday for our annual cleanings and preventive dental care. Our experience could not have been better. It was my first visit, so I cannot go too far. However, a good indication is that the two dental products she recommended I buy and that I did buy were priced competitively or better. The electric toothbrush options were much better than I saw online afterward, and the specialized toothpaste was within a competitive range. I look forward to being a repeat customer. Update: I’ve had some relatively major work done, now, and can report that I’m still very pleased. I am so happy with my decision to choose them as my primary general dentist mainly because of the great service I received on my very first visit. I told the lady who cleaned my teeth that I was sensitive to coldness, specifically on my bottom teeth, and she considered it the during the entire process. She always asked to make sure whatever she was doing wasn’t uncomfortable, and recommended some toothpaste’s and remedies for my issue. At the end of it all, I was so surprised that nothing ever hurt me, because something usually does. She was so sensitive and profesional. I cannot remember her name but she has brown curly hair. I was blown away by this dentist!! The receptionist was warm and welcoming and helped me right away. I was taken back pretty soon after I turned in my new patient information. I really liked how on the new patient info it asks you if you like talking during your appointment, if you have fear of dentist & procedures, etc. When I was taken back to the room I was offered a blanket if I was cold, told about the massage chair, and told to relax and was told I can watch Netflix, to pick whatever I wanted. Dr. Anderson was SO friendly and nice!! She sat down with me and talked to me like I was a really good friend of hers, but yet professional as well! Dr. Moreno was so sweet and kind! These two make a dynamic team. I am definitely recommending this dentist to everyone I know. Great experience today. Everybody hates the dentist right? Well they go out of their way to try and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Including a heated massage chair during your teeth cleaning and a tablet with Netflix while waiting for the doc. Loved the staff. My wife will be making an appointment this week.
