Dr. Patel and his staff are truly outstanding. I came in after a very, very long time of not seeing a dentist. Needless to say, I’ve needed quite a bit of work to get back on track. Although I was embarrassed about letting things go for such a long time, Dr. Patel was extremely kind and took a great deal of time to discuss treatment options with me. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he’s also very practical and personable. This rare combination really gives him an edge and makes visits pleasant. His staff is equally competent and personable. I could not recommend him and his practice more highly. A few appointments in, I’m almost on a regular maintenance track again and my teeth look terrific!

I am fairly new to the area of Aliso Viejo so i have been looking for a good dentist for a few months now. I visited Aliso Smiles yesterday and i was quite happy with the service that was provided. My appointment was at 1 pm and i was in to see the doctor at 1:10 which is about the time i finished writing all the patient information paperwork. Dr. Patel is a great dentist, he took the time to explain everything in detail and i was really happy with the attention i received during the routine cleaning. overall, the staff was friendly, the doctor was competent and it was a really good experience.

My first visit was great. I had to find a new dentist quickly because I had broken a tooth and they accommodated me. I’ve been looking for another dentist since I wasn’t too fond of the one I found earlier and I don’t normally switch provider unless I have to. I would say that the staff are great, friendly, and professional. The office is clean, modern, high-tech, and inviting. Dr. Patel is down to earth and did a thorough job and explained to me what happened with my tooth. He also informed me some of the things he noticed with my other teeth. I will definitely stay with this group for my dental needs. I would definitely highly recommend Aliso Viejo Smiles to anyone looking for a great dental office.

I have been going to the same dentist for over 25 years- but with his schedule changing, it was becoming too hard to try and take of time from work to schedule appointments with him. Enter Aliso Smiles- I had heard awesome things about them and my experience last night did not disappoint. I love the fact that they are open late one night a week as it allowed me to make an appointment after work without the hassle of getting time off approved. I was a little nervous just because I really do love my past dentist and didn’t know what to expect. Well- I was blown away- The entire staff, from the front desk, to Dr. Patel and Cindy- everyone was so nice and made me feel great. I had xrays first and Cindy was awesome explaining everything to me, then Dr. Patel came over and introduced himself and went over my xrays- he has a great bedside manner and made me feel extremely comfortable. The cleaning was SO nice- I love having my teeth cleaned and they used a totally different technique that was 100 times faster than my last dentist. The entire appointment less than an hour and I left with super clean and polished teeth. I cannot wait to go back in June- I HIGHLY recommend going to see Dr. Patel! Both my fiancé and I love him and his entire staff!

I’ve been going here for a few years now, and I love the service that I have received each time. Dr. Patel is fabulous and easy going, and his staff is a treat to see/work with.
They have TVs to entertain you at each station while you wait or have work done, and also the little touches like the sunglasses they provide so that you aren’t blinded underneath the lamp while they work on you are much appreciated. Dr. Patel is always thorough and quick – my biyearly cleaning took less than thirty minutes, and I felt well cared for.

Dr. Patel and his office Staff (Gina and Jenna) are absolutely amazing!! i have never been to a more caring Dentist or Dentist Office before and i would highly recommend them to anyone.. in fact i have recommended them to my BF and numerous co-workers to date. The skill and knowledge Dr. Patel has is great and he makes sure you know as much as he does about your own mouth, which is very refreshing because most barley even speak to you, let alone go above and beyond to explain. The technology and general office environment are also worth noting as the Dr. does everything he can to stay on top of the most recent advances, and the office is inviting and clean. He is ultra gentle and very sensitive to how you are feeling while in his chair/office. Dr. Patel and his staff make the experience of going to the dentist actually enjoyable. He has a very good bedside manner, in which he makes me feel at ease that I am in capable hands. He always explains what is going on with my teeth and how I should work to avoid making them worse between visits. Hands down my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to. Took a couple years off between cleanings and with a new insurance policy I was looking for anyone to help start taking care of my teeth again. Read the reviews and when I called to schedule my first appt.. Diane in the office was super nice and upfront with all new patient information. Dr. Patel was nothing short of amazing. Your search is over. Dr. Patel is your new dentist. Unbelievably professional while also being vulnerable and comfortable.The friendly office staff are your new best friends who will keep you updated at every turn! Honestly, I’ve had (very extensive) work done here in the last 6 months (don’t wait 6+ years to go to the dentist), and EVERY SINGLE visit was divine. I hate pain, and he always made sure I was fully physically separated from it. Two root canals that were seamless and having me play soccer the next day! He was even flexible with my busy work hours to make it happen. Seriously, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t go there at least once to experience for yourself! DO IT. Literally, right this second . . . before eating more candy . . . .

This is the best dental office ever! Every dental or medical office I have been to, I have to wait in the waiting room, which I hate, because I feel I made an appointment to be seen at a certain time. Well, at Dr. Patel’s office, you are seen at your appointed time. Dr. Patel and his staff are not only punctual, but professional and pleasant and personable and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Patel is so great at explaining everything that was going on in my mouth. He showed me detailed pictures and blown up digital x-rays on the monitor, so there was no question in my mind what he was describing to me. He is so patient and obviously intelligent. And he is not pushy about getting all the work done at once, I can take my time, which suits me financially. Dr. Patel is the go to dentist!

He was very friendly and knowledgeable – education IS the best preventative measure. His dental assistant, Melanie, was gentle and cheerful. The front office assistant, Diana, was extremely helpful; she was kind enough to email me all my paperwork prior to my appointment, that way I could just bring it in with me. What I also liked was how high tech their appointment reminders are. You’ll get email reminders asking if you need to reschedule your appointment and or asking you to confirm it. Etc, etc, etc. What can I say? I was impressed.
