I’m usually not the type to write a review but I had to now. All I can say is that this place is like no other. I’m usually frightened to going into dental offices, but when I arrived at this specific office I was greeted with an amazing atmosphere, individuals who kept me calm and relaxed throughout the whole process. The office is beautiful and soothing the Dentist is highly professional and super caring. Thank you all so much for all you helped me with. I really really appreciate it, I will most definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you!

The x-ray technician was kind and professional. She took a complete set of x rays and made sure to get a good shot of the areas that was causing me pain. Nobody gets excited about going to the dentist. It’s worse when you’re forced to go to a NEW dentist (thanks, stupid insurance.) So perhaps it was my minimized expectations that made my visit to All American Smile Dental Studios (for the record, that’s a TERRIBLE name) so great. Everyone I spoke to on the phone leading up to my visit was super nice. The women at the front desk (their names escape me) were SUPER nice. Dr. Benjamin was super nice. But the real star of this show was my hygenist, Tamora (I could be remembering her name wrong). With her burgundy hair and delightful Belarusian accent, she was beyond nice; she was sweet and reassuring and thorough and has the hands of an angel. It was the most gentle (yet effective) cleaning I’ve ever had. When I commented that the staining she was attempting to clean was likely the result of a heavy coffee consumption, I was told “live your life. Enjoy your coffee. I’ll be here to clean your teeth.” I mean, come on. One thing of note is that the things they saw and pointed out were completely consistent with my previous dentist (I have a cavity that everyone loves to “watch” and I’m constantly getting nagged about having a particular wisdom tooth pulled), so that in and of itself was reassuring.

I always had a bad experience with any dentists I used but I finally found a dentist that I will stay with for a long, long time. Colleen at the front desk is wonderful to deal with, the hygienists Lana and Tamara are so gentle and you will leave with a sparkling smile. Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Black are also professional and excellent when it comes to your teeth. They explain all the details if any work needs to be done. I am so confident with this office that they have become my family’s dental office. From my daughter’s invisalign, my son’s cleaning and checkups, my husband’s dental implants, my fillings – we are very pleased with all the services they provided. My family have been with this office since 2013.

I hadn’t seen a dentist in four years since my dentist closed his practice. I was very reluctant to find another. All though I was not in any pain I realized it was the prudent thing to do would be to find someone I’m comfortable with. After visiting three other dentist I won’t mention, I found Dr.Benjamin and associates. The staff, upon greeting put me at ease. Needless to say I am a permeant patient at Dr.Benjamin office. I’ve been going here for years – I think I see a different dentist/hygienist each time and all have been great. I am a BIG BABY when it comes to the dentist and I have no problem admitting that I am probably a huge pain as a patient, and the doctors and hygienists are consistently kind, patient, and efficient. Also, the staff at the front desk? So kind and funny. I had a complicated billing issue and not only did they solve it, they made me laugh throughout. I send lots of friends to this place and no one has ever been disappointed. Plus, the first birthday card I get each and every year is from the office 🙂

By far, the best dental office that I have ever encountered in the five boroughs. Dr. Benjamin and his team are superb and so are his prices and the quality of his work. The level of professionalism and care that I have encountered in my dealings with this office is outstanding. When I found his office in midtown, I just came from dealing with another dentist who was signficantly over charging me for an implant and other pricey cosmetic procedures. When my friend recommended Dr. Benjamin and he personally gave me his quotes for the same services, I was immediately floored. For an office a couple of blocks away from the Empire State Building, located right on Madison Avenue, his prices were so affordable, it put all of the other dental offices that I have dealt with to shame. If anyone is looking for a great doctor, a wonderful and corteous staff that will call you to check on how your doing after a visit, look no further because you just found the best Dental office in New York City. Have been coming to Dr.Benjamin for years and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I receive at the office every single visit. Anything from cleaning to regular check-ups to cavities to tooth extractions, they have me covered! I do trust them to the point that I send all of my friends to this office. In fact, I had my wisdom tooth removed there this week, and I was beyond afraid for the procedure based on everything I heard from other people. Dr. Benjamin completed my evaluation, took care of numbing, and the tooth was gone in a matter of 60 seconds. I’ve been a big baby regarding the procedure and everything took around 15 minutes before I was on my way home. Highly recommend this office, nice front desk staff, professional hygienists and dentist that you can totally rely on for any procedures you need to take care of. Call them and give them a try!

I decided at the last minute that I wanted to do Invisalign and whitening before my wedding in December. I had a consultation at another office that said it would be a few weeks turnaround time before I could start. Dr. Benjamin’s office has digital impressions that are sent to Invisalign instantly so I was able to start my Invisalign treatment sooner and the entire process was really simple.
