I recommend the friendliest promptness and quality of Mary’s Crystal Clear.  I had their team come out to our home today to clean and they did a spectacular job. Not only were they thorough and efficient but they exuded friendliness and courtesy like no other cleaning service we’ve used.  Reasonably priced too. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Stacy is very friendly and enthusiastic, and it’s evident that she knows and enjoys her job, excellent care (the entire staff is friendly and welcoming, from the time you walk in, to the time you sit down to receive your treatment ). Oh, I can’t leave out AJA, she has super patience when it comes to working with my teenager (she can be challenging). She does an excellent job explaining your treatment plan. There is nothing negative to say about my visits to Alpine and Rafetto, I am very pleased with my results and service. Thank you!!!

Just got my braces off after 2 fun and amazing years of tormenting Dr. Rafetto!!! My teeth look amazing, and it’s because of the awesome hands at Alpine and Rafetto. I felt extremely welcomed from the moment I walked in for my consultation, to the moment I grabbed my victory pack of skittles. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate them. Great experience for my first orthodontic visit since getting my braces off as a child. I was able to get in the next day for a last minute replacement of my lingual retainer after it broke off. Asia and Nikki were extremely kind and accommodating to not only make sure the fit was perfect but that my follow up appointment fit with my schedule. With all the precautionary measures they are taking to protect against covid I felt very safe and secure during my entire visit. Definitely recommend!!

I love the Alpine and Rafetto in North Wilmington, (Concord Pike). The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Marlie and Erica at the front desk are awesome. I always see them first when I walk in and am always greeted with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. It is the same when leaving. Alpine and Rafetto gets a big thumbs up and kudos in my book.

honestly, This place has changed my life. i’m not one to exaggerate ever and i’m definitely not exaggerating with this one. A year and a half ago I was known for never smiling. Not during conversations, while taking photos, having a good time or anything. I came here and got my invisalign thinking it was a long journey of nothing but pain and stress. I was wrong in every way. You’d be surprised with how much a smile can change your life. To start off, it only hurt for no more than two days when I first started and that’s a great thing. I got used to them faster than expected. Once I had realized that my teeth were changing (which happened really fast), I started smiling. Simply letting out a smile gave me an opportunity to have better conversations with both friends and people i haven’t met before, it gave me my first job, it allowed me to feel comfortable with taking pictures, etc etc……you got the idea. This place made me feel very welcomed the entire time and i’m more than grateful for their work. I love this office. Every time I’ve had an appointment I am greeted with a smile. My appointments run on time and usually have no challenges in scheduling appointments. I especially appreciate how the doctors and staff go out of their way to explain everything. I highly recommend Alpine and Rafetto orthodontics. I love my smile.

Braces can be a traumatizing experience for a child, or anyone, but the people at Alpine and Rafetto are amazing. Instead of a dreary office, the office is open and bright with fun designs. The staff took an interest in my son, listened to his questions during every visit, and explained things in a way that made him feel comfortable with every new procedure and adjustment. Throughout his visits, the staff provided consistent professionalism, some laughs, great stories, and a lot of confidence building. My son now has a great smile and had a great experience at Alpine and Rafetto. And it wasn’t just my son. I listened to the staff as they interacted with others, and they made everyone feel comfortable. They truly are special people at Alpine and Rafetto.

I loved this orthodontist office, my teeth look great! They were always super nice to me and very friendly. My appointments were always on time, if not, they were early! I would refer all friends and family to the Alpine and Rafetto Orthodontics. The staff were always extremely friendly and understanding, if for some reason I was running late, they would be very understanding and competent!

The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is filled with joy. I hate going to the dentist but I think it is how happy the staff are that make me feel more comfortable about going to the orthodontist. My brother went to this orthodontist and my mother is very pleased about the results. They always make me leave with a smile on my face.
