I came here as a new patient here earlier this month, and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Thompson and her practice! It’s tough looking for a dentist when sometimes all you have is a list of names on the internet. Dr. Thompson’s beautiful website actually drew me to her practice, and her staff responded to my appointment request within the next day. Then, I was in the office seeing them the next week. Her office is in a multi-use building with lawyer offices and other places of business. I saw a dog walking through the halls too. Bonus star! There is ample parking, but it did take me a few minutes to realize where her office was located. The waiting room was clean, and I didn’t have much of a wait at all which I appreciated. Once I went inside, the hygenist did a full mouth x-ray and a very thorough teeth cleaning. She was so sweet, and did a wonderful job! Next, I had my dental exam with Dr. Thompson. Quick and painless! I set up my 6 month appointment with them as well and hope to continue coming here for many years!

I have a hearing deficiency so it is difficult to understand the Dr. and her staff when they speak with their mask on. I know it’s very frustrating for them to have to lower their mask and repeat things. However, they handle it very well without showing their frustration. First and foremost I believe that I am receiving good and proper dental care. Secondly, they are good people that treat their patients well.

This was my daughters first trip to the dentist. Dr. Thompson and her staff were FANTASTIC!!! Obviously I was the nervous one and tried to talk to my daughter during the process but, they were so great I backed away and let them work their magic. Our entire family and extended family use Dr. Thompson and we will forever be fans and patients.

Had a crown done a couple of weeks ago… It was still kinda bothering me so they worked me in the day I called and had it fixed in no time… AND made sure that I knew that ANYTIME my tooth was bothering me to get back with them immediately, not in a couple of weeks. I wish I had gone back to see them sooner. Dr. Thompson fixed me up just like that. Great people working there.

Dr. Thompson is the third dentist I’ve used since I moved to Birmingham 10 years ago. The first was a guy who was fairly rude and a terrible dentist. The next was a lady who took my money, let her hygienists do everything, and did nothing more than say hi and bye. Then I started seeing Dr. Thompson. Dr. Thompson is awesome at her job. She’s very technical and up to date in her field. She and her staff are all informative, talkative, and humorous. The office has a very comforting feel to it. But she’ll get after you if you aren’t taking care of your teeth like you should. I respect that. I’m trying to pull my wife away from her dentist so that she can start seeing Dr. Thompson as well. She and her staff are first-rate!

Dr. Thompson and her staff are outstanding! My favorite dentist ever <3 The office environment is warm and friendly and the care is excellent. I found Dr. Thompson many years ago when she helped me with a dental emergency while “on call” for my previous dentist. I liked her so much we switched over and have been completely satisfied. I love me some Dr. Thompson and her staff. If I didn’t do you think I would still be there after 15 years and get my teeth cleaned four times per year. She and the staff are genuine caring people. And, if you like shoes – Dr. Thompson can keep you up-to-date on the latest trends. I always have to ask her to show me her latest shoe purchase. Truly lovely people!
