Dr. Farnsworth and her staff are amazing!!! My older son had braces in our hometown and our experience was less than optimal. When my younger son needed braces we were very apprehensive about the experience. Since he is in college, our options had changed. We evaluated several Orthodontist in the Louisville area and after careful review we decided upon Dr. Farnsworth. We are ecstatic with our choice!! Although we cannot say enough great things about Dr. Farnsworth, it is her staff that continue to stand head and shoulders above the rest. From the receptionist to the clinical staff and billing department all provide exceptional care with such a great attitude. I would highly recommend Dr. Farnsworth without reservation.

I would highly recommend Dr. Farnsworth if you need an orthodontist in Louisville. The staff are great, very friendly and professional. The transformation of my teeth and mouth structure was phenomenal. The office is very clean, well kept, and they know what they are doing. They also do a great job catering to your needs and taking care of the things you may worry about when having braces so that you feel confident and comfortable. My teeth look AMAZING!

I searched for the perfect orthodontist for months. Every other place I went to was either extremely overpriced or had awful staff. (Talk on their personal cell, ignore incoming customer calls, gossiped in front of the customers, never around, etc.) I finally found Amy and all of her wonderful staff. They made the process so easy and were very patient with me when explaining the process. They offered me the best deal and gave me a small discount of $150 when my insurance didn’t cover $300. You can really tell that these ladies aren’t just in this industry for the money, but to really benefit their customers and improve their day. If you’re looking for the perfect orthodontist, like I once was, I highly recommend these ladies.

I just had my initial appointment and braces application with Dr. Farnsworth and her team. I knew I was in the right place from the moment that I walked in the door! The office is beautifully decorated and everyone that I came into contact was so nice and made me feel so welcome. I particularly appreciate the fact that Dr. Farnsworth recognized (without me having to tell her!) that I have very sensitive teeth. I thought that was awesome that she not only recognized it but took care to cause me the least amount of discomfort possible. I have never had that experience before. The dental assistants were very gentle with tasks, kind, and knowledgeable as well. I felt like I was in the care of experts the whole time and I can’t wait to see how pretty my smile (and bite) are once my treatment is finished! Not to mention, she is the only orthodontist in Louisville that uses SureSmile… for the health care geeks out there, it is some pretty cool technology! If you need braces, I have zero reservations and nothing but praise for Dr. Farnsworth and her team. Come here and let them make your smile the best that it can be!! Not to mention… who doesn’t like a milkshake when they are done getting their braces on?? The vanilla is deeeeeelicious 🙂

This review is being written by Will’s mom. He just got his braces on yesterday and I could not be more pleased with this office. It feels like we are all on the same side — to help Will be successful with his treatment. From the financial side to the treatment, everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with. I have had multiple interactions with the business manager and have found her extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Dr. Farnsworth is outstanding — really is focused on ensuring the patient gets through the process with the best results. I cannot say enough great things about this doctor and her outstanding team! Look no further — this is the place for you!!

Dr. Farnsworth and all the staff are amazing here! Could not recommend them more. Everyone is so friendly and warm, especially the office manager Sherry – one of the sweetest, most helpful people you’ve ever met. She always finds a way to squeeze me into the schedule, and they have been more than flexible since I am an out of town college student who needs appointments on my breaks. My results have been more than satisfactory! Dr. Farnsworth is super professional and great and what she does. My family and I have been on/off patients for about 10 years and will continue to return if we ever have the need!

Dr. Farnsworth and staff are exceptional! I had my braces on for 15 months, true to date. The staff has been nothing but accommodating to my work and school schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Farnsworth for anyone that is in the market for ortho services. This is the best decision I have EVER made!

I’ve got to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I’ve had. Nine months ago, I had braces put on, many people asked why I did it- my teeth weren’t terrible. Today, a few weeks after my top braces were removed and I did some whitening, my teeth were carefully perfected and bonded by Dr Price and Dr. Carmel Price Gleis — I feel like a million bucks! My orthodontist- Dr. Amy Farnsworth did an incredible job getting my bite fixed, and my big jaw back in place. I had no idea going into this process what a collaborative project this was going to be between dental and orthodontist teams.. It takes a village! For anyone needing a orthodontist – you need not look further than Dr. Farnsworth! I’ve never seen a doctor more caring and committed to my positive outcome!

I moved to Louisville and needed an Orthodontist to take over my treatment. Dr. Amy Farnsworth and her staff made it easy and pleasant to transfer my case over. The ladies are very professional and attentive to details, the treatment is reasonably priced. What else can you ask for..? Kudos to Ms. Chery who kept me appraised of every detail along the way.
