I am extremely impressed with Dr. Nashed and his whole staff. Everyone has been nothing but kind to me. Every time you walk in you are greeted by the amazing, hardworking staff members. The office is also extremely put together and organized. I have known Dr. Nashed for years and he does an amazing job! He accommodates me and informs me every step of the way. I recommend him to anyone and he brightens my day 🙂

Dr. Nashed is the best, period. Don’t listen to those negative reviews; he’s a very honest and humble orthodontist, and I never once went in feeling like I was going to be cheated. If the waiting room is packed sometimes, that’s only because of how sought after he is. It’s happened to me once or twice that he only had 5 minutes with me, but he explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on before seeing the next patient. My entire family and I have been with him, his assistant Julia, and the entire office staff for almost 15 years, since his days in the old Arcadia office on Huntington Drive, even after we moved to Riverside and the drive became a modest 50 miles one-way, because of how much we trusted them. My case was one of the more complicated underbite cases, and I needed to have two jaw surgeries to correct my underbite. I saw several orthodontists before coming to Dr. Nashed, but none of them were straightforward like he was. He explained my treatment plan clearly to me and my family from day one. Surgery is expensive, and Dr. Nashed tried many different orthodontic treatments to alleviate my underbite so that I could avoid the surgeries, but as I got older my underbite got a little worse and I ended up requiring the two surgeries to get it completely fixed. I’ve been out of surgery for 4 years now, and I’m so grateful to have had Dr. Nashed as my orthodontist during this time. My comfort and convenience were always the top priority of him and his staff, and they never greeted me or my family without a smile. They were always upfront with us, and never gave me or my family incorrect information regarding payments. The politeness and kindness of Dr. Nashed and his team are what drove the rest of my family to come to him, including my cousins and other friends. He is the best, and he has my wholehearted recommendation.

Having braces in your 40s isn’t fun but Dr. Nashed and his staff helped me make it a pleasant experience….. so much that I also took my teenage son to the same doctor to get braces . The friendly front desk ladies, the Doctor and  his staff took great care of me and my son throughout the treatment. Now both of us have  teeth that are  perfectly lined up…..thanks to Arcadia Orthodontist & Pediatric Dentistry !

Dr. Nashed is amazing! He gave me perfect teeth and provided then best care for me. Everyone there is so gentle, and the quality of their work is great. I went to Dr. Nashed for braces, and he fixed my horrible teeth into a beautiful smile. I am so grateful to have had him as my orthodontist because he works wonders! My brother and sister also went to him for braces, and all of us had great outcomes. From time to time, I also go there to get my teeth cleaned, and he fixed my cavities. The procedures are quick and easy; a clean job. Julie and Mary, who work at the front desk, have excellent customer service skills. Overall, it’s a great environment and they take care of you!

This is truly a sincere review and I couldn’t be happier to review Dr. Nashed because I am very pleased with his services. I make no exaggeration when I say that I had the most challenging smile to work with. Myself and my two teenagers all got our braces done by Dr. Nashed at the Arcadia location. My son had several crooked teeth on his bottom mandible and my daughter had a few on the upper. I on the other hand, had missing teeth, crooked teeth, and an extreme over bite. Dr. Nashed had to work with two other dentists to collaborate my overall dental needs – the bone graphing and implants. He was very collaborating in that area. From inception, Dr. Nashed and his staff was quite pleasant and friendly. They worked with us very courteously when making appointments, even though my kids and I school schedules were often hard to work with. Couple times, I was a bit late on a few payments but catch up later and it was never a big issue. They understood. Based on my 2 plus years experience with Dr. Nashed & his staff, I truly believe that they care about creating great smiles. My son and daughter got their braces off over a year ago and are in awe with their new smiles. Although my smile isn’t yet complete (still in the process of bone graphing and implants), I can truly say that I have seen major changes from my Orthodontics treatment. My crooked teeth are now straight, and my over bite has been minimized. In addition, I had an emergency situation where my crown had fallen out and the dentist that placed it was unavailable. Upon request, Dr. Nashed immediately saw me and cemented the crown. My son also had his four wisdom teeth extracted there and that went smoothly. Finding a dentist that is really good is a difficult thing especially when you have a special case like mine, I couldn’t be more happier with my choice. Darold, Mary, Julie, and Kathia are simply awesome at what they do! Dr. Nashed, well, you’re the best! Keep up the great work.

My daughter had to have some dental work done. She is young and has been very afraid of the dentist. We visited several before we came here – they were not able to get her to let them work in her mouth. Dr. Nashed and his great staff was excellent and handled my daughter with gentle care. She even wants to go back now for more work – and she doesn’t even have any to be done. They treat their patients with great care and compassion. My daughter got to watch TV right after her procedure in her own bed area and I was able to go back with her at that point. They give the kids toys and stickers. If my kids are happy, then I am happy.”

This is for Julie and Susanna at Dr. N’s office. We had to go back and forth for treatment, but finally had a date set in December. Although the appointment was missing for our child, they had no issues moving us forward. He had broken a tooth during school recess earlier this year. The main issue was that he’s a foster kid, and the court authorization was not clear, although the email chain with the social workers and attorneys were. So Julie was patient as we went through the calls with nonprofit attorneys and social workers. Which is very hard during the holiday season and everyone’s on vacation or having holiday parties. After a few phone calls, the next steps were set. Susanna worked with our boy to blow up balloon animals and then also with the sedations, gels, and nitrous. As far as I can tell, our boy had no issues with next steps to get his 1/2 front tooth for Christmas! PS – make sure you ask about the Papoose. I know it is not for all kids. Each parent needs to make the prudent choice about it. And it likely is not covered by dental insurance.

I’ve been coming to this ortho for 3 months and have been impressed by their customer service. Dr. Nashed is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest.  I had a horrible experience at another ortho office where the office manager took my money and requested her dental assistants to prep me for braces . On my 2nd visit there, the ortho was upset bc I needed professional consultation. Overall, I was ready to seek a new ortho.  This dental office is by far amazing.  Dental assistant Belinda was so fast, gentle and professional.  Everyone in the office is caring and by far provides great service. I love that they send text reminders for upcoming scheduled appts. I highly recommend this place..
