Dr. Klauser and her staff are exceptional and outstanding in every aspect. Her office uses cutting edge technology and best practices. I was initially referred to her for an implant, which was done with much care, thoroughness, and gentleness. She provided a calm and serene environment which was very relaxing. I have had two gum grafts since performed by her and her team with the same high professional standards. Dr. Donna K. Klauser is the absolute best at what she does. I was referred to see her for a dental exam and x-rays for my medical clearance to serve as a volunteer for the Peace Corps. i have been going to this Periodontist for over 10 years. I have found the office extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I have my teeth cleaned three times a year, lately with Louie. He takes the time to review my health, look carefully at teeth and gums, and is gentle in his cleaning process. I have had several oral surgeries throughout the years. Dr. Klauser always explains every procedure, often showing pictures too. She makes sure you are comfortable, gives you your choice of music to listen to, and dark glasses to restrict the bright light from bothering you.

I am one of those people who love to go to the dentist because I value a great smile. I got referred to Dr. Klauser, and I have to admit, even I was nervous. I had never gotten a bone graft and it sounded painful and scary. At the office, all my fears were put to rest. Dr. Klauser was very competent, but beyond that she gave me all the information that I needed to ease me into the surgery. I felt prepared for it as well as taken care of. The day of the surgery included a pep talk to get me mentally prepared, music to soothe my anxiety, and a blanket for when my body got cold from laying on the chair during the surgery. Dr. Klauser had the magical touch as I barely felt a thing, and the bone graft has healed perfectly. I was so impressed by her and the office that the following day at work, I raved about her to everyone that asked about my bone graft. Thank you Dr. Klauser!

I have been a patient of Dr. Klauser for over 5 years and I drive 45 minutes to see her since I moved to OC. I have complicated overbite and periodontal issues from the overbite. From the beginning she has made me feel very comfortable and done an excellent job with my teeth/ gums. I cannot recommend her enough. Saw multiple periodontist before her but they were not able to help me due to how complicated my case was. I think my biggest compliment for Dr Klauser is that I do not fear dental appointments since meeting her. Great bedside manner and she make an otherwise scary procedures, pain free! I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to her.

I saw Dr. Klauser a few years ago for my receding gums. I was driving my hygienist crazy trying to give me a good cleaning with the sensitive areas. Dr. Klauser took tissue from the roof of my mouth and grafted it to the receding areas of gum. I used nitrous oxide to relax me, and time passed quickly and painlessly. I went home expecting at least some discomfort but to my surprise I only needed a few Advil before bed to take the edge off. I avoided brushing and eating in the area for a week, then the stitches were removed, and saw the great results! I even returned over the next two years for additional areas, and now have pain free trips to the hygienist! Luckily my insurance covered part of the treatment, and they office interest free payments for 12 months thru Care Credit. A pleasant experience.

I don’t know what it is about Arcadia, but first, my GP, Dr. Alice Lacy, is the best GP I’ve ever had. And then in something that I thought I’d rather stick a branch in my eyes than have a gum graft done, Dr. Klauser makes it a really GREAT experience. No wonder. My dentist said that I had gum disease and needed to see a periodontist. I was referred to Dr. Klauser by a good friend of my boyfriend. She is fantastic! I had visited a periodontist a few years ago, a young man who was more interested in his ski trip than anything else. (LIke his patients.) In contrast, Dr. Klauser charted my whole mouth and the gum loss on each tooth. She explained what the loss on various teeth meant. She is very professional, yet warm. I felt in good hands, confident that I was receiving excellent care. I have had scaling and root planing and a very seamless extraction done. Will have an implant in the future. My insurance is HMO and didn’t cover the treatment, but there is CareCredit that you can apply for. It’s like a credit card for dental care and there is no interest if you pay it off in the first year. I am very happy to have been referred to Dr. Klauser!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 15 years, and I was in danger of loosing my front lower tooth. My dentist determined that I would need to have a gum ablasion to save my tooth, and referred me to Dr. Donna Klauser. Dr. Klauser’s credentials are extremely impressive, she is board certified in perio-dontic care, and is on the faculty at the UCLA Dental School. I was immediately impressed with her extensive knowledge and her willingness to answer all of my questions. Dr. Klauser explained the procedure to me, and I knew she would be the only one I would do this procedure. Dr. Klauser took tissue from my lower gum tissue, and from the roof of my mouth. The surgery took two hours, and I was given the “laughing gas,” and Dr. Klauser was very methodical and cautious with getting me numb properly. Dr. Klauser is truly a skilled surgeon, but artist as well, she insists on perfection, lucky for my tooth. I had stitches after the procedure, and my pain was extremely manageable. The gum tissue is completely growing over my lower front tooth root that had been exposed. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else but Dr. Klauser to perform this procedure on me. I used to loathe dentists, and dental specialists, but no longer. Dr. Klauser is so friendly, and professional. Dr. Klauser’s staff is also first class. The ladies in the office keep things moving along, and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr. K. The whole organization is first class, and so professional. They accept most dental insurance I believe.

what can be said about this wonderful periodontist??? not enough that is for sure!! my daughter is her patient and she is 15 and in need of gum graphs. she was hesitant at first, when we got to the office and met dr. klauser she was so happy and excited to know that this wonderful dr., lady, mother would be taking care of her, she no longer was afraid. surgery day came and she had brought in the wonderful dr. quin as her anesthesiologist. they allowed me to be in the room with her until she was really sleepy, and my daughter was smiling as she went to sleep and woke up the same way. both dr. k and dr.q helped us out to the car and were fabulous. they called later that day to make sure she was doing good and if we had any questions. we had a follow up to remove the stitches and my daughter was upset that she would no longer be seeing her!! now that is wonderful doctoring!! thank you to you dr k!!!
