Ari and his team are the greatest! A friend recommended him to me when I was going through a nightmare situation with one of my teeth, and my experience has been phenomenal. Everyone in the office is warm and friendly (plus they all ride bikes, bonus!), the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and Ari is communicative about his methods and just the nicest ever. Before I even came in for an appointment, I called his office in a panic and he called me right back to talk it out and set up a game plan for treatment, which immediately helped my anxiety. In general I am a fairly neurotic patient with seemingly impenetrable nerves but Ari & Dr. Paly both took great care of me. I’ll never go anywhere else again, thank you Ari & co. for being exceptional and badass! Y’all are tooth wizards and I appreciate you!

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Kramer! I have had dental anxiety for the greater portion of my adult life and have dreaded going to the dentist UNTIL I met Dr. Kramer.  Now, I actually enjoy my dental visits – like when I was a kid – and, yes even if I have a cavity, need a root canal, a dental implant, I need a tooth bonded or I’m just getting a cleaning.  Dr. Kramer has performed it all on me with the greatest results I’ve ever experienced and PAIN FREE. Regardless of the reason for my visit to see Dr. Kramer, I always feel safe and comfortable in his chair. I know that I am in the best (dental) hands in NYC!  As a healthcare provider myself, what I absolutely love about Dr. Kramer is his unique collaborative approach to me as an individual.  He takes the time to understand who I am and how to work with me so I am as calm as I can be in his chair and feel confident that he cares about me as his patient.  His profound knowledge of oral health and his attention to detail create an environment of the utmost competence – something that you want from someone with a drill and headed for your mouth. You can also tell that he loves what he does – it’s pretty amazing to witness someone turn dentistry into a craft. His office is always pristine and spa-like, which is another bonus when you’re headed to the dentist. Finally, his staff is just as warm, kind and helpful as he is – always willing to help and answer my questions with a smile.  The interactions between all of them, with each other, is very telling of the truly authentic warm and welcoming environment they have created.  I would recommend Dr. Kramer to everyone and I have. I can’t say enough about Dr. Kramer, both as a dentist and as a human being. If you are looking for a dentist or need one ASAP, Dr. Kramer should be your #1 choice.

Absolutely the best dentist! After several dental issues and bad experiences in the past with others I was so relieved to find such a kind, caring and professional dentist. Ari Kramer is exceptionally thorough in his art of dentistry using state of the art equipment and technology. I can’t speak highly enough about him and never thought I’d love going to the dentist!

Sitting in Dr. Kramer’s chair–and I say this as someone who’s had extensive dental work in that chair–is an absolute pleasure. He is remarkably good at what he does. It sounds absurd, I know, but in his chair you really do get the sense that you’re in the hands of a master artisan. And because he is preternaturally calm and reassuring, I find myself quite relaxed throughout my visits. His staff is professional and his office is immaculate (a high-end Medify air purifier greets you upon entry). I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Kramer.

Dr. Kramer is a unique medical professional. He cares about you as a whole individual and how he can impact your health, not just your teeth. I have never had a dentist like him before. It is an actual pleasure going to the dentist. I have learned so much since seeing him. And I believe the mouth guards he fitted me for are not only helping my teeth but have done more for my sleep apnea than my c-pap machine! Game changer! I’m so grateful.

From the ease of scheduling to the attentive care, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kramer. Dr. Kramer cleaned my teeth himself – and in addition to one of the most pleasant and thorough cleanings I’ve received – he taught me a great deal about what’s going on with my teeth. In other words, I felt greatly valued and left with the impression that Dr. Kramer doesn’t treat cleanings as just periodic visits but as opportunities to connect with his patients and make sure we have the knowledge to take the best possible care of our teeth and ourselves. I strongly recommend him as your dentist.

Dr. Kramer is THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!! He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and every other positive attribute that I can think of. Even after filling cavities, I experienced no pain (which is incredibly rare for someone to say!). My teeth feel squeaky clean after every visit – and his staff is filled with the sweetest, most attentive and responsible professionals (shout out to Mary for being a ray of sunshine!)! Scheduling appointments couldn’t be easier. And, when I had to get my wisdom teeth out – Dr. Kramer partnered with a fantastic oral surgeon to make the experience as seamless as possible. I was AMAZED by how much he cared about my comfort. His office is meticulously clean and as cozy as a dentist’s office can be. Dr. Kramer is setting a new standard of dentistry and I am lucky I get to call him my dentist! All the stars for Dr. Kramer and his team!! You guys rock!

Dr. Kramer is an incredible dentist and everyone that works in his office adds to the great experience.  He takes time to do an exceptional job, is a master at his art of dentistry and really put my mind at ease.  I am very grateful for having met him because when it comes to your teeth everyone needs a Dr. Kramer.  He’s the type who will ensure your dental needs are taken care of in the most professional manner, is personable, gentle and has state of the art equipment. He’s brilliant and views his work with great pride.  Highly recommended, thumbs up and five stars!

Dr Ari Kramer, his staff and practice are just wonderful; Dr Kramer is not only my trusted dentist but over time has also become a friend, together with his team, whether your visiting for a cleaning or something more complicated, Dr Kramer will always make sure you have clarity of what he is about to do, why he’s about to do it and what to expect during and after the procedure. I never thought laying in a dentist chair could be relaxing but with Dr Kramer, it always is just that. I highly suggest Dr Ari Kramer.

Dr. Kramer is incredible. If only all dentists were like him. He’s super smart, kind, takes the time to explain in detail his thought process and what is being done. He is gentle, has a great sense of humor and puts patients at ease. I could not have lucked out more in choosing him for my dental care!! And bonus…. there’s always classical music in the background. His staff is highly efficient, pleasant and very accommodative.

I’ve always hated dentist visits until I met Dr Kramer. Now it’s a very different story, I walk into the dentist with the classical music in the background and it’s such a relaxed environment. Dr Kramer is really incredible, he is warm, caring and relaxed and makes you really feel at ease. While he is working on your teeth he explains what he is doing to put your mind at rest and honestly dentist visits are no longer a stress actually the opposite. I would highly recommend Dr Kramer to anyone, I honestly wouldn’t want to go to another dentist again.
