I have been more then satisfied with the service you have provided. I cannot think of one thing you could improve. I wish you and your office great success. You have earned it. Oh by the way, when I was a little kid and went to the dentist, he would give a novacain shot from a glass tube with a little cork at both ends. (That was before plastic was invented so that may before your time) He showed me how to make it into a one shot pop gun. Funny how you remember certain things.

Being a retired vet, I absolutely despise the biyearly visit to the dentist. The waiting, the loud noises, and the unwaivering amount of dread that follows when you sit your toochas in the roller coaster chairs at the VA. So, I gave a civilian private practice a chance to change my outlook on the one thing that strikes fear into the heart of many a poor soul who would rather be deployed to the depths of hell. Much to my surprise I actually enjoyed it! Not only was I treated with utmost respect, but my mouth didn’t feel like it was violated by a chainsaw! The staff at Arizona Dental Heights was extremely professional and knowledgeable and the equipment used is some of the latest and greatest instead of the leviathan machines powered by leaded gas and hamster wheels at the VA. You are graced with a chair that massages your back while the hygienist gently procures xrays to go over with you then explains what comes next instead of slamming you down and ravaging what remains of your pearly whites. Extreme care is used when cleaning your teeth and removing any nasty plaque that may be feasting on your enamel, and then comes the cremé de la cremé, the fluoride treatment, a gentle massage that will make your teeth dance as if they were listening to a soothing Scporions concert circa 1982. Then the dentist, gracefully walks in with a smile brighter than the blast of a MOAB, comes in and instead of scolding your brushing skills, simply goes over different techniques and explains better ways to help you improve and keep those gums looking happy and healthy! An experience I will absolutely never forgot and recommend to any and every person, not just to other vets! 100/10 and I walked away extremely satisfied with a new dream for my mouth!
