If you want quality care by a talented dental artist – Dr. Bollwinkel is who you want to see. His team is kind and knowledgeable. Technology to do fillings without anesthetic! They are a solid, efficient group of people that I would refer anyone too. Can’t beat a privately owned dental practice that uses state of the art equipment. Been a patient for many years and it keeps getting better!

Dr. Bollwinkel and his staff represent the latest in dental training and equipment. Dr. Bollwinkel is recognized as a leader in his field. His expertise saved my smile. I had had expensive veneers placed on my front 6 upper teeth by another dentist. One tooth developed a flaw. Dr. Bollwinkel took the time to match the product used in the veneers, one that was no longer in use, in order to match the damaged tooth perfectly to the other 5…renewing my smile. Besides being expert at what they do, Dr. Bollwinkel and his staff are warm and caring towards their patients. I consider them all close friends. I highly recommend Dr. Bollwinkel and his staff.

I’ve been around more than a few years, having 8 kids and of course dealing with all those teeth for decades. I can honestly say that my experiences at AZ Smile Center is the best. From the best cleanings to helpful managing of insurance details, these people are super professional. Oh, and by the way, Doctor Bollwinkel is very nice too!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bollwinkle for almost 20 years and I have been happy with everything! I’ve also been very happy with all the staff members! Arizona smiles gets 5 stars from myself and my family who are also patients.

I went in for the first time today for a cleaning and had a great experience. Getting scheduled was super fast and easy and I was able to fill out new patient info online. The office was very nice and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend Arizona Smiles Center.

Being 19 years old, going to the dentist can be a very nerve racking moment… however, Arizona Smile Center always ensures to work efficiently and explain EVERYTHING to me. I really enjoy everyone who works there and I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for amazing dental work. Outstanding Service in a comfortable environment.

Arizona Smile has become my new favorite dentist office! I had never been to an office that was located at a mall but it’s location has actually become one of the best parts about it. I scheduled my appointment so that it perfectly coincided with story time at the bookstore with my kids, which is now one of the reasons my little girl asks when we can go back to the dentist. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and they’re all so nice to my kiddos when I bring them in. I love the modern look of the office, the location, the helpful staff, and the Dentist’s

I have been a customer for nearly 30 years. Dr. B. is amazing and extremely skilled. He is always on the leading edge and the office and staff are the best. Recently I needed two crowns and they were on the same side – top and bottom. I was really worried about having 2 done with contacting surfaces at the same appointment. My greatest fear would be that the bite would never be the same since two contact surfaces would be replaced with crowns with no original surface remaining to aid in construction. The appointment went like clockwork — crowns are 3D modeled right in the office and so much faster with both being modeled and hardened in a single appointment. Dr. B placed the crowns and they fit so perfect with absolutely no difference from the original bite. There was no sensitivity afterward and now I am scheduled for 2 crowns to be completed on the opposite side and I wouldnt dream not having them done in the same visit. This is a friendly office that makes everyone feel like family. The hygienists, assistants and clerical staff are the best. And, the location is so convenient – right at the SanTan mall.

They were an ok dental office for a long time. My husband and I were both patients, kept them as our dental office while they changed 3 locations. Tha last visit with dr Bollwinkel really disappointed me. He recommended fillings on my front teeth as a viable option. I was a bit skeptic, but since I don’t have experience in dentristy (like they do) I proceeded. Not even once was I told it is more than likely they will accumulate stains and given the location, a more expensive procedure will be needed. Not even 1 year after me proceeding with the procedure, there is visible staining on my front teeth. I have no other choice but to proceed with veneers or crowns. I am really disappointed that a dentist that I trusted was more interested in personal gain more than doing the right thing. We have decided to take our business elsewhere.

I tell everyone about Dr. B and his team! My daughter met Caitee for the first time today, she wasn’t expecting her, she always sees Roz. My daughter is on the autism spectrum, and does not like change. Caitee was so kind and patient with her as well as the rest of Dr Bullwinkles staff, himself included. It’s a rare opportunity to have a entire office be so pleasant and engaged. A shout out to you all! Thank you for making my life a little bit easier!

The office is beautiful, it was peaceful and relaxing. It felt more like I had walked into a day spa then a dentist. To make it even better the dentists are the tops!! After neglecting my teeth for a few years because of a previous trauma with my prior dentist, I am delighted to say that I can return to scheduling my dentist appointment as a gift to myself for my birthday. I had an awesome experience with both Dr. Matter and Dr. Bollwinkel today. The entire staff was amazing. Super friendly, they were kind and compassionate I felt comfortable during my entire visit. This was so important because I had to overcome some major anxiety to make this appointment to start. So, if you are like me and have put off dental care because of anxiety I would definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to put you at ease and take care of your dental needs. You won’t regret it!!

The Az Smiles is a beautiful, modern office… the staff is super friendly and very accommodating with scheduling. I am happy I started going there for my dentistry work! I would recommend Arizona Smiles to anyone who asks. The entire staff ensures they listen and follows through on any concerns or questions. It is a pleasant atmosphere with an appropo name. You don’t even feel like you’re going to the dentist!
