The staff at Artistic Dentistry couldn’t be better. I was a nervous wreck and had not been to a dentist for 4 years due to a bad experience. I was quickly put at ease by the staff and dr. Pugh. I am so glad we found him at this time. In the not so distant future my daughter will have to have her 1st dental experience and they do alot to ensure the child will not be scared. I highly recomend Dr. Pugh!

I have been Dr Pugh’s patient for over 20 years. He has an excellent staff from receptionists to hygienists to billing personnel. They are all friendly, kind, and the hygienists are gentle during cleanings, which is such a positive attribute for me. I have recommended Dr. Pugh and his staff many times over the years, and each friend has told me that they too think they are excellent. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend contacting Dr. Pugh.

I absolutely adore Dr. Pugh and the staff here. They are extremely courteous and professional. I have been coming here for 15+ years and never have experienced a complaint or problem. Dr Pugh put Veneers on my front top teeth due to a huge gap that braces could not fix, and still 12+ years later, I still have them and they look fantastic! The staff is wonderful at the dental cleanings, I actually love coming to the dentist and so does my family. We will always return!

I have been going here for about 18 years and I have never had a negative experience. Dr. Pugh is an amazing dentist and person and he is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Pam is the one who does my cleanings and she is wonderful! I have also nothing but great things to say about the front office staff which is Lynn and Amy. They always make you feel right at home and it is just a great place!

Painless treatment, professional and highly skilled dentist and staff, timely, clean environment and rigorous procedures to maintain it and you walk out with excellent results. What more do you need to know? I had two fillings and a crown replacement and left on schedule. Very happy patient here!

Had veneers done today and they are life changing for me. Dr. Pugh and Dena went out of their way to put me at ease and make the procedure as comfortable as possible! They were very informative and kept me in the loop as they proceeded. I found that extremely comforting! The quality of their work and their meticulous manner of perfection certainly exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for giving me back my smile!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Pugh for over 20 years and have never been treated by a more knowledgeable dentist. The hygentists are wonderful and are totally professional. If I ever had to move away from Huntsville I would return for my semi annual dental visits regardless the distance. We are so blessed that someone recommended him to us when we moved here. He is truly the best.

Dr. Pugh and his staff are absolutely the best. Myself and my two daughters, 12 yrs old & 8 yrs old always have fun when we go to Dr. Pugh’s office. They always make us feel comfortable and welcome. My daughters aren’t ever scared to go to the dentist and that means a lot to me. Thank you Dr. Pugh and your awesome staff!!

I tell everyone about Dr. Pugh! He and his staff are the friendliest and most kind group of people you will ever meet. The care that goes into each visit and keeping their patients healthy is unprecedented. When I took a new job and had the option to go with the company’s dental insurance or purchase my own I called to make sure they would still accept the company’s dental insurance, that’s how serious I am about not going to another dentist!

I got a root canal today. It looks amazing. I need a lot of dental work and I am excited to see how the end results will look. The Dr is awesome. I recommended him to my mom. She needs some work done. The staff is friendly as usual and they try to make you comfortable. Definitely 5 stars. Would give him six if I could. ☺

Have been a patient of Artistic Dentistry since moving back to Huntsville in 2007 and have had nothing but positive experiences on all of my visits. The staff is extremely friendly, scheduling appointments is a breeze, and all of the billing transactions have been extremely smooth. I appreciate the text reminder the week prior to my appointments. Oh, and I can’t forget Sarah – she is awesome!! Could not imagine going to any place else in Huntsville.

Dr. Pugh and his staff are EXCELLENT!  They are so kind and make you comfortable.  Dr. Pugh and his staff genuinely care about the patient.  After my teeth were cleaned they felt amazing.  Dr. Pugh took the time to explain in detail exactly what treatment I needed and what it would consist of.  Excellent Experience.

Dr Pugh and his staff are outstanding. You can’t ask for better service, and his dental hygienists do a wonderful job cleaning without hurting me. I have also had both dental work and cosmetic work done by Dr. Pugh and I am always very pleased with the work. Both my husband and I have been clients for almost 20 years.

A broken front tooth two days prior to officiating the funeral of a beloved public servant prompted my emergency call for help! Our friend Trisha helped arrange for Dr. Pugh and Dana to work their magic. The “temporary” worked great and held up until the excellent crown could be inserted. The other ladies were nothing but helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process!

To be honest, I did not like dentists at all. That is why when I was an adult I didn’t go for almost a decade. I had some issues so I had to break down and find a dentist by necessity and was referred by a fellow patient. I trepidatiously went in for my first appointment and had to have quite a few cavities filled (and old fillings replaced) so can’t say my first few visit were so great. It definitely wasn’t the staff but more my fear of dentists. These people were ultimate professionals and know their stuff. I stuck with it though and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This dentist and his employees are amazing and almost like family (I’m the crazy cousin everyone talks about). Pam, my hygienist through thick and thin, is the best and so is Dr. Pugh. The front desk staff (Lynn rocks) are awesome and I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Pugh to anyone and I have (and will again)! Dr. Pugh, you rock (for a dentist). 🙂

Dr. Pugh and his entire staff are the best! They are always upbeat, friendly and happy to accommodate any needs you may have. Since going to Dr. Pugh my fear of the trip to the dentist is gone. I use to get anxious about dental visits due to some bad experiences with other dentists. I have had alot of dental work done and Dr. Pugh makes every effort to keep you comfortable and pain free. He is the best at giving shots slowly and numbing you up as he does so. Dr. Pugh appears to keep up with new technology and techniques. He is great about communicating with you and educating you regarding any procedure and your options. His dental assistants and hygienists are cheerful and competent. Dr. Pugh is also great about taking you on time with little or no wait time. My grown kids now use his office and are very happy also. There is absolutely nothing that needs to change in the way Dr. Pugh and his staff run his office. I highly recommend using Dr.Pugh!

Excellent dental office. I have been a patient there for years and highly recommend them. I called with a crown off they got me right in and remade my crown. They are using all the preventative measures due to Covid. They are bringing one patient in at a time, cleaning everyting, social distancing, and wearing all the protective gear! I felt really safe and was treated amazing! A+++++ to this team for an excellent job!

After reading the previous review I had to post my own review of this office. I have been a patient over 10 years. Lynn and Amy work the front office and provide excellent service and dedication not only to Dr. Pugh but to his patients. Since the front office is open to the lobby you can hear every conversation these ladies have with patients, insurance companies and staff. It has never been anything but professional. They greet every patient coming in the door with a smile, good morning and how is your family. They call and get appointments for patients with specialists, they contact insurance companies to find out what your coverage will be for needed dental work and about visits that aren’t paid for what ever reason. Last year I had a bill that was not paid by my insurance company $1,500, I called them and they said it wasn’t covered and would be my responsibility. I paid the bill. Amy called me about a month later and told me that she had contacted the insurance company and sent an appeal she got the bill paid and now had a refund check for me! The office had been paid by me there was no reason for Amy to do this but she went above and beyond her duties to help me get my money back. The previous review by Devon Abram is completely unfounded and untrue! Amazing office with excellent staff!!!!

Dr. Pugh and his staff are excellent! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They take the time to explain what you are experiencing and how they can help or resolve your issue, and the best course of treatment. I would not go anywhere else. I love Artistic Dentistry and have been a happy patient for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Pugh!

My appointment was the best dental appointment I have ever had, from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Lisa was superb and very patient to answer all of my questions. Dr. Pugh was also very personable and professional. I would 100% recommend. Love this place. They make going to the dentist easy and care free. Pam my hygienist is the absolute best. I’ve been going to Dr. Pugh for years. He is awesome and super cool to talk to and if you have any problems with your teeth Dr. Pugh is who you want to see. The office manager Mrs. Lynn and Mrs. Amy are the sweetest friendliest women I’ve ever met at any office. If you’re looking for a dentist treat yourself and go see Dr. Pugh!!!!

Dr. Pugh and his staff have taken care of our family’s dental needs since he first came to Huntsville, handling everything from routine cleanings to crowns and other needs. Very professional and caring. The Front Office is beyond compare! Fantastic people and exceptional at handling the insurance , finance, and scheduling part. Could not imagine going anywhere else. Update: Statements above are still very true. I am always impressed by how Dr Pugh is willing to invest in updated technology and training in current techniques to meet the needs of his patients.
