Administrative staff were friendly and professional. The hygenist Cathy was friendly, humorous, knowledgeable and meticulous. The add-on bonus on the HD screen in the room is icing on the cake. I found the facility to be well clean and organized, especially in light of COVID-19. I felt as though they addressed concerns thoroughly and provided strong psychoeducation. I will definitely be going back!

Facility: The facility is well-kept clean and comfortable. The equipment that they used seemed up-to-date. For example, when the dentist came in he was able to show and display all of my teeth in front of me on a large screen and explained thoroughly what he was seeing and what to look out for. Staff: Administrative: administrative staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to explain the paperwork and how much the visit was including my insurance costs as well in a very calm and kind way (Monique?). Professional Staff: my hygienist name was Kathy. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Not only was she good at her job she was good at holding a good conversation and getting to know me and sharing a bit about herself. My dentist was Dr. Cheong. He was really welcoming as well and professional. Not only was he professional, but he was able to hold a welcoming conversation too. Scheduling: Super easy, they were able to get me in for a wisdom tooth extraction in less than a month. Highly recommend!

What can I say, Dr. Cheong is fantastic! Somehow he found a way to administer shots without the pain. He is also open late … so that really helped when it can time to book the appointment as I didn’t have to miss work. Plus the high definition TV’s are great … although I have to admit that being able to see an actresses’s make-up is a bit off putting 🙂

I read great things, and they totally lived up to my expectations. Super clean office, and everyone was friendly. At the end of the appointment, they laid out all of the costs of the recommended care and gave it to me in a printed handout which was super helpful. The only thing that is a little unfortunate is that I had to get referred to a different office for a procedure, but I’m glad that they even refer patients as opposed to making me wait. Also, the wait time in the office was super short! I was out in less than an hour for a regular exam. Overall good experience.

From check in to leaving, overall great customer service,  friendly check in, following covid protocol, easy scheduling, and good location. I had not been to a dentist for a while as I am highly anxious going to the dentist, have never found a dentist close by, and scheduling times never worked for my job as a nurse. Assembly dental has easier scheduling options for me, late visits, and flexibility. The dental hygienist was so polite and educated me while cleaning my teeth. I wish the dentists had taken more time though with patient education as my questions never seem to get answered. If not able to educate, they should be giving literature. As a nurse, I always want to know “why is this necessary” etc. I believe if the patient doesn’t understand why they need to do something like floss everyday then why would patients be compliant. I hold 2 bachelor degrees and understand science. Yet, the doctors explanations were over simplified and I feel that he placated me. I should not have to google everything, as this always leads to dr google. The office was clean, high tech, nice tv with apps, comfortable chair. There was no prolonged wait time. My only suggestion is to educate patients more. Do not try to oversimplify things like patients can’t understand. If the first explanations do not work, then try a different method. My job as a nurse is to educate for prevention care. This should be done more in dentistry as it would lead to fewer cavities, gum disease, etc. if a patient does not understand the “why am I doing this”, it tends to lead to bad results.

These guys are incredible. Not only are they the best of the best (seriously, go look at their dentist summaries on their website) They were incredibly thorough, kind, convenient, and efficient. I specifically had Dr. Chen and he was amazing. I have severe anxiety and they have Netflix playing on a big TV screen in the rooms which definitely helps. The assistants are super sweet and make you feel at ease. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

The staff is super friendly and professional. They provide a Hight quality services. The place is super clean and you can watch Netflix while in the chair. I had several procedures with them and every time is a great experience. They always make sure you feel comfortable during the procedure. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Gladly made the switch. This place is as modern as you can get. I very much enjoyed one episode of “blue planet” from the huge TV in front of me while having my teeth cleaned. All the staff are professional and friendly. The location is unbeatable too, steps from the T station and shopping area.

We were looking for a dental office and my son recommended Assembly Dental. The first time we went we were very impressed with the technology they use and the friendly staff. Doctors are very considerate and they don’t push to do things unless it’s absolutely necessary. The office is spotless and they are very respectful of your time.

This is an amazing hygienists and dentist. Everyone is very knowledgeable. They show you your problem areas with photos so you see exactly where you need to target brushing to prevent tartar buildup. The facility is extremely clean and are very clear about all the covid prevention measures they take. This is the best dentists office I’ve ever been to and I’ve moved around a lot. I highly recommend them

Great office! High tech and modern. The location is convenient. For someone who is extremely picky with a dental provider, My hygienist and doctor were extremely gentle and honest with what was going on. I would for sure recommend this office to anyone. I work in the dental field and decided to transfer to my where I’m currently working but I know a genuine office when I see one!
