Today was my first time at Azure, and it was an amazing experience to say the least. The location was easy to find and there was parking available. As I entered the lobby I was breathless by the chic mode decorations. I truly felt like I was in a fancy lounge or day spa. The receptionist then greeted me by name and assured me that I was at the right spot. There was no paper work handed to me, everything was done digital and seamless. I was offered water, feeling like a princess sitting in murdered-out ghost chairs. I then was shown back and there were X-RAYS taken of my teeth. I was able to be in the cozy chair while this was happening as opposed to standing in an awkward room (my only other experience at the dentist lol). The ladies were so nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Elena Meyliker then came in to look at the X-RAYS and perform the cleaning. She was darling. So precise and knowledgable- she literally made me question my career choice because she made being a dentist look so desirable and effortless. I had to get two minor fillings that they were able to accommodate right then and there. All in all I am obsessed with my experience- part of me wants to keep this place a secret because I want it all to myself. But it would be unfair of me not to share my incredible experience with you all.

Like everyone, I was terrified about going to the dentist, especially since I hadn’t been in over 5 years! I chose this place simply because it was near my home and accepted my insurance and I won’t lie, I was a bit hesitant due to the lack of reviews. However, the second I walked into the beautiful, modern office and was greeted by Dr. Elena herself, I knew I had got lucky! Sure enough she, and her assistant Olga, treated me with quality care from the beginning and they have the most modern equipment I’ve ever seen at a dentist! Plus, their gentle touch and great personalities immediately put me at ease. Dr. Elena explained everything thoroughly and set up an affordable treatment plan. While most dentists would try to convince you to have everything done at once, Dr. Elena suggested I get treated in steps starting with what is needed to ensure dental health and eventually what is needed for aesthetic purposes (next year when my insurance coverage resets). In the end, I felt like I had spent time at a spa and actually look forward to going back and I don’t think many people can say that about the dentist.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Meyliker for 4 (almost 5) years. Although I now live in Oakland, I have still stayed a loyal patient because she is such a great dentist, which are hard to find. What a beautiful office, fantastic customer service and Dr Meyliker made me feel very comfortable. The facility is very very clean and modern, has the newest equipment and doesn’t feel intimidating or overwhelming as some dental practices feel. I didn’t wait at all and was seen immediately and the staff were ready and prepared for my visit. On my visit I got a cleaning and filling done. I did not feel the injection at all, the filling feels invisible and was over in a flash. I’ve been to Allure Dental twice, once for a general checkup and again for a filling. I can’t recommend this practice enough. The office is by far the nicest doctor’s office I’ve ever seen. It’s spotless both in the waiting room and in the examination area. Each examination chair has a screen attached so you can immediately view images of your teeth and go over the results with the doctor. I also really appreciate that the office runs on time. Both of my appointments have started on time. The dental work is great, too. My general checkup was quick and thorough. A small cavity was identified and a follow-up appointment was scheduled for a few days later. The doctor applied lidocaine in such a way that I never felt any discomfort.

I’ve only had one dentist my entire life (my dad, who retired last year) until I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Meyliker, but my experience at Allure Dental felt very much like a family affair. My wife referred me to Allure after having a routine check-up, and we will both be going back for regular cleanings.  Dr. Meyliker and her staff were warm and professional, plus the office is immaculate and modern.  One of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist’s office.  (sorry dad).

Dr. Meyliker really helped me out of a jam.  My cracked molar needed a crown; my original dentist pushed for a root canal too but Dr. Meyliker suggested that it may not be necessary.  I waited out the discomfort, and sure enough the tooth healed – no root canal necessary. It was refreshing to have options and be fully educated about what is possible.  Doing due diligence, she also referred a good endodontist one case I wanted to go ahead with the root canal.  After 15 years with a former dental practise , I am relieved and thankful to switch to Azure Dental.  Her personal and considerate attention has made dental visits a lot more pleasant.

Great and wonderful service. Truly professional. Appointment on time I didn’t have to wait for long you get service. Office is new and well design. Modern equipment no more that small films for the X-ray everything computerized. Good ventilation so doesn’t stink that like some other Dental medical facilities. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Dr. Meyliker is a great dentist and her staff is awesome! I’ve been going to Dr. Meyliker for about 2 years now. Although I’ve moved out of the area, I still have her as my dentist. Previous to Dr. Meyliker, I saw another dentist in the East Bay. I knew something wasn’t right in the care the dentist was providing me in the East Bay (although their dental office had 4.5 stars). I then found Dr. Meyliker. I will say, I see the difference in her work and the care she provides for my teeth than any other dentist that I’ve seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Meyliker to anyone.

There are so many things to love about Dr.Meyliker’s office! My first impression was the chic decor. It’s definitely a cut above your average dental office and makes for a nice atmosphere. Dr. Meyliker and her team are the nicest and most talented dental team I’ve ever visited! I am super happy/lucky to have found them through my dental insurance. Their front lobby is beautiful and the whole office is relaxing and peaceful. Just had my first appointment at Azure Dental, and I really like Dr. Meyliker and her staff.  Everyone there was kind and efficient.  Dr. Meyliker is very knowledgeable, and she was very meticulous when cleaning my teeth.  I appreciate that she is honest and direct with her diagnosis and recommendations.  I do not like it when doctors try so hard to be warm and fuzzy, that they don’t tell you what you need to hear, and sometimes you need to hear hard truths.  She did not sugarcoat anything, but was kind and compassionate at the same time.  She was also clear about what work absolutely needed to be done, and which work was highly recommended but not emergent.   Her staff is very good about communicating with insurance companies to get accurate information about what will be covered.

I’ve only been in once, but so far everything about this practice is stellar. Everyone I met was genuinely nice and accommodating, and everything felt very professional. Dr. Elena is excellent and so was her assistant. It almost felt like a spa when I walked in the place is so nice. This was by far the best dentist visit I have ever had! To start the decor is beautiful and the front desk lady was very, very kind. The hygienist was super friendly as well and did a great job at making me feel welcome and kept me informed the whole way. I told her I get a little nauseous from the x-ray bar that is used – and she literally RAN back in forth while taking the x-rays in order to make me comfortable. Normally I bleed like crazy but she was so gently it was a smooth process. At the end, I inquired about possibly getting my teeth whitened and they said I could use whitening strips and be fine. For over a decade, Dr. Elena Meyliker has been changing the way people feel about going to the dentist. Our team is committed to providing patients with the most comprehensive and comfortable care that should be expected from your dental professionals. We take the time to listen with careful attention to detail so that we can determine the best solution to fit your individual needs. We strive to ensure that each patient leaves our office feeling more confident than ever in their smile. Our friendly staff is available to help you with any questions you may have Dr. Meyliker has enjoyed practicing dentistry for the past 12 years. A graduate of UCSF School of Dentistry, she achieved her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2004. She has always practiced in San Francisco and is skilled in technical procedures with demonstrated success in oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry and implantology. Dr. Meyliker’s desire to provide patients with the highest quality of care led to the construction of a new facility, Azure Dental. Completed in 2014, this state-of-the-art office is equipped with the latest in technological advancements necessary to provide excellence in dentistry and, of course, patient comfort. Dr. Meyliker successfully completed Misch International Implant Institute and she regularly attends seminars and classes featuring the latest in dental technology and procedures. Dr. Elena resides in San Francisco with her husband and three beautiful children. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis with her older son and skiing in winter. As a family they enjoy traveling together.
