As always, the professionalism and outright kindness of the staff is fantastic. I have been coming for years and I am fortunate to have a relatively pain-free experience every time. Today, the went above and beyond even their top-notch service by assuring me in an incredibly crucial area of need. The entire staff is the epitome of what all dentist offices should aspire to be. I have recommended family and friends for years and as today has proven, they are reason I will continue to do so for years to come! Thank you Bay Dental!

I could not recommend Bay Dental more! I have a lot of anxiety when going to any doctor’s appointment, so I typically avoid scheduling appointments until I’m in noticeable pain. I started experiencing severe pain in my right molars that was in turn causing massive migraines and ear aches. I called Bay Dental and they were able to get me an appointment right away. Once I got there, I was at ease to find that the protocols and measures in place due to COVID. After getting examined and taking x-rays they discovered I had 2 huge cavities that needed root canals and crowns. What I appreciated most about the doctor, is he told me that he could fix anything I needed, but what was most important to him was to make sure that we prevented this type of situation from happening again. After explaining that my depression leads to poor dental care, and my anxiety about coming to the doctor causes the issue to get even worse, he encouragingly told me that we could come up with a plan to make sure I was receiving consistent care that allowed me to feel comfortable and welcome at the office. Since then, I’ve had a 2nd appointment that included 2 more fillings and a teeth cleaning. The dental hygenist who performed the teeth cleaning gave me super helpful tips and information that I’ve never been told before. I also appreciate how their billing works. It’s very clear and concise. It lays out how much the procedure costs, what the insurance pays, and what you pay. They provide multiple payment options depending on the procedure that ranges from monthly payments, credit lines, partial payments (half and half), and of course payment in full. Overall, it’s been a great experience at Bay Dental. I’ve never felt more taken care of at a dental office before, and I will continue to get my dental care done here regularly.

During a routine cleaning it was noted that I had a crown that needed replacement. I had noticed that in my flossing that the floss frequently caught and broke on that particular tooth. So I knew that I had a problem in that area. The good news was that Bay Area Dental was able to take off the old crown and install a new one in just 2 hours. They can do this because they make their own crowns right at the office.

I love this place. You don’t really hear that from someone talking about a dental office, but all staff make u feel real comfortable. The dentist is wonderful. They cater to your particular needs. I Would recommend this dental office to friends and family. And whoever needs a caring and great dentist.

While this is a business, we have always had good experiences at Bay Dental. Honestly, one of the best cleanings I have ever had. We do not have dental insurance, so we are upfront about it. I can understand the ratings differences. We have had good service here.

I been avoiding the dentist for years, after the last dentist told me i needed gum surgery. So when i went to Bay Dental Center i was scared that they would say the same. But i was told that i didn’t need it, which was a great relief. I had a few cavities that needed to be fixed, Dr. Pandya Made sure it was almost pain free. Great staff and great service.

I have been going to Dr Sunen for the past 8 years. He is a very knowledgeable Dentist whom has totally reconstructed my smile and made my teeth and gums healthy again. We are in the process of installing the implants needed to complete the restoration. My teeth were HORRIBLE when I started seeing Dr Sunen and I am totally happy with his professionalism and chair side manner. He explains all the procedures to me and why they are needed.  His staff is very helpful and courteous and the reminder calls are great.

I’ve been with Bay Dental for 8 years and love Dr. Sunen Pandya. I TRUST Dr. Pandya and his entire staff. I HIGHLY recommend Bay Dental Center especially to anyone who is frightened of the dentist… I use to be that terrified patient until I met Dr. Sunen Pandya. He is VERY gentle. Bay Dental cares about all their patients. They even sent me a text message saying Happy Birthday. I don’t know any Dr.’s office that does that. I actually look forward to every dentist appointment. They are the BEST in the South Bay. Thank You Dr Pandya and Staff.

I highly recommend, if you are looking for a Doctor who cares about you and your dental health this is the place for you. Their work ethic is unmatched from their friendly, attentive receptionist to their honest and diligent Doctors. For months we couldn’t find a Doctor who was able to place dental implants on my father in law until we came across Dr. Pandya and his team. They not only transformed his smile but also his life. He has this new self confidence and embraces his new smile.
