I cannot say enough great things about Baywood Dental Group!  I was a patient of another dental office in SCV for over 20 years, and saw that office’s customer service drastically declining.  After I was told by that dentist that I needed to have a crown replaced, I decided to get a 2nd opinion with Dr. Fatahi at Baywood Dental.  I am SO glad that I did!  Dr. Fatahi did an exam and explained I did NOT need to have my crown replaced.  Not only did this save me money (crowns can be very expensive), but I realized I could not trust my former dental office.  There is no question who my dentist will be going forward.  I also was so impressed with the office at Baywood, and beyond happy with the level of customer service I received!  The staff makes you feel SO welcome and comfortable.  The main reason I am with Baywood is INTEGRITY!  Whether you are seeing a doctor or dentist, you have to have 100% faith in whomever is treating you and the treatment they are telling you that you need.  I and my entire family are transferring over to Baywood Dental!  Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve been here before for serious work and I couldn’t be any happier. Dr Fatahi is a consummate professional and employees top-of-the-line dentist and specialists. Came in for a teeth cleaning and the dental hygienist was an A +. I’m 61 and in all my years I’ve never had such a thorough, gentle instructive dental hygienist. All these years I’ve been flossing incorrectly. Now I know how. Would highly recommend this entire office and staff.

After neglecting my teeth for several years I was nervous to set foot in a dental office. However, Dr. Fatahi immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to talk to me and discussed in detail my options. I never felt pressured and she didn’t make me feel guilty when I confessed that I floss my children’s teeth but not my own. Instead, she helped me work towards a smile solution and gave me helpful tips on improving my oral hygiene. Over the course of several weeks my smile transformed (cavities filled, crowns, whitening) and I felt healthy and confident once again. It is nearly impossible to find a skilled dentist who is also extremely friendly, knowledgeable AND can accommodate my work schedule, but Dr. Fatahi meets all my criteria and more. She’s without a doubt the best dentist I’ve been too and I’m so thankful I found her!

I am terrified of Dentists, and I mean terrified. I want to cry the minute I walk through the door. When I walked into Baywood Dental, the first thing I noticed was that it was very clean and modern and it made me feel at ease. It didn’t look like a regular old dental office. The second thing I noticed, Startbuck!! Oh how I needed that startbucks too! And last but most important I noticed how welcoming everyone was and that in the end is what made me a life time patient. I would recommend them to anyone….everyone! I have already sent my co-workers here and I will continue to refer people here because I can feel confident that they will have a great experience too!

I went here for the first time and had wonderful service. I was seen promptly and did not need to wait for my appointment. Check in went very smoothly. I had xrays, a cleaning, and my lower teeth scanned for a dental guard to protect against grinding / clenching. All of my service was spectacular. My teeth feel so nice and clean and it was a speedy appointment where everything moved very efficiently. I was also seen quickly by Dr Fatahi who came and went over my xrays and explained ways to help improve my dental hygiene. All of the office staff were very professional and pleasant. In addition, the office itself is very clean and a nice facility. Was able to easily find parking. The waiting room has an adorable fish tank. The office itself was very nice and clean. I enjoyed that there were monitors on the ceiling so I could watch The Office while my teeth were cleaned. Also, got a cute gift bag with lots of nice supplies – a full size toothpaste as well as two smaller travel size ones, toothbrushes, and of course floss. Highly enjoyed my experience at the dentist.

Dr. Fatahi is absolutely amazing. Finding a dentist who is honest, gentle, and trustworthy is like finding a diamond in the rough, and Dr. Fatahi is a diamond. She was very honest with me, and explained everything very clearly to both me and my daughter. She is very very gentle too, makes going to the dentist as painless as possible! The office is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice, and got my paperwork and X-rays done super quick, barely even had time to sit in the lobby before being started. After my exam the staff explained all my copays and how my insurance worked. I am confident that I have found the best dentist around! Went back for another visit and just as happy as the last!

I’m so happy to see Dr. Fatahi have her own practice! I have been going to her since she worked with another dentist in the area and was happy to follow her to Baywood Dental Group. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares about you and is passionate about providing quality work, this is the place. I have always had issues with cavities and unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of work done over the years. Everything that Dr. Fatahi has taken care of for me has proven to be done correctly and with high quality materials. I’ve never had any issues after having work done. The one time I did have a toothache, she was extremely accommodating and was able to get me in almost immediately. Her new office is clean and staff are friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Fatahi!

I have found my Forever Family Dentistry Group!! From the 1st time I walked in,  I was greeted very warmly and taken back quickly by Sherry. She was an excellent example of customer service!!! Her gentleness, caring heart and radiant smile eased my nervousess as it had been years since I had been to the dentist. Dr Fatahi and Dr Armen are AWESOME!!!!! I cannot emphasize this enough!!!!! THE MOST personable, gentle, caring, knowledgeable and confident Drs. I have experienced!!!! I have no fears returning for any work that I will need!! The office is also very organized, efficient and hospitable!!!! They even have an area where you can meet privately with the staff member who will discuss the tx options and insurance coverage..this was very nice and appreciated (as most other offices you are standing at the counter for all to hear your conversation and information). I cant remember the names of all the front office people but Patty You Are Awesome!!!! I would highly recommend Baywood Dental Group to anyone needing a family Dentist!! Thank You for providing such Excellent patient care!!!

I was traveling to visit some family in Santa Clarita and had an unfortunate flare up of a tooth ache. Not only did they see me right away but they were able to completely fix my problems as well. I was able to have an entire section of my mouth fixed, and was good as new within a day, even needing a crown. I am so grateful to have found them, and lucky they were able to see me right away. Prices were totally reasonable, the doctor was honest, and beyond gentle, in fact I didn’t even feel the shots. I will be headed back here for my check up next time I’m visiting for sure! My whole experience was pleasant.

I came to Baywood dental group for a second opinion and I really loved how much everyone in the office cared. I am usually nervous about going to the dentist but at this office they were so professionally and I knew I can trust them. The  TVs really helped with my anxiety and the dentist was really informative, so I knew exactly what they are going to do. I spoke to their new manager who was really sweet, she went over all the fees in details which actually match the fees I got from my insurance. I am really happy I found them. Highly recommended!
