Love being a patient at this office! I’m very much a dental phobia type patient and everything at this office addressed my needs. They have tv’s on the ceiling with nice head phones so you can listen without interruption. Everyone that I have ever dealt with are kind and treat each other nicely as well. Today I was in for the laser treatment, and already I can feel the difference in my gums! I can’t wait to go back and finish my treatment! Thank you!

Had my first appointment at Beachfront Dentistry today and had the best experience I’ve ever had! I have very sensitive teeth and am nervous at the dentist. Sabrina took great care of me. She was very patient and kind to me when I was having difficulty fitting the X-ray film in my mouth. She was completely wonderful and did everything in her power to relax me in a kind and gentle way. Dr Quan did my exam. He too was relaxed and spent time with me explaining what was needed and what my options were. He behaved like he had all day to explain things to me. I came out of their office knowing that I had found the dental hygienist and dentist that I will use for the rest of my life. I couldn’t be happier

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Dr. Hopkin’s and Dr. Quan’s office. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had to undergo a deep cleaning with laser therapy and was terrified. Lynn, my hygienist, who specializes in laser therapy put me at ease. The injections were painless and I did not feel any discomfort throughout the whole process. She did an amazing job. Thank you guys, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Our appointments have been with Dr. Quan and we have enjoyed our initial visits thus far. I chose this practice based on yelp reviews and based on their proximity to our Orthodontist Dr. Trotter and our oral surgeon Dr. Johnsin. All 3 of us have gotten x-rays, cleaning and 2 of us have gotten bleaching trays! My daughter will when her braces are off. The hygienest was super thorough and gentle but also attentive. Dr. Quan is very thorough and explains everything very well whether talking about my teeth or my kids’ teeth. The front office folks are very helpful and kind. Our # Three Thumb Review is Three thumbs up! My teenage gal loved the TVs on the ceiling. Her older teen brother loves and I love that the waiting room is very comfortable and has a single-cup coffee machine for patients! I also love that the feel of their practice is good dentistry, not just upselling you on something to make more cash. There are subtle ads like when we took advantage of the sign in the waiting room indicating their March special on bleaching, but they don’t give you multiple waves of the same sell like I’ve experienced at other dentist practices where I’m left feeling less healthy and more suckered in. I warned them at this office that I’m super picky about dentists and they’re response was “Good! You should be!” Love them!

I came in to get my tooth filling refilled because it fell out. Turns out my tooth is broken and it will require more than I expected to get it fixed. After talking to my wife I decided to reschedule to get the procedure done, they were so kind, patient, understand and flexible with me. When I asked them for a copy of the cost sheet they gladly printed it out for me and rescheduled my appointment. I did not feel any pressure to stay and get anything done and I really appreciate that. This is my first visit and I’m feeling good about picking them to be my dentist.

I called Linda at 7:45am about a cracked tooth. She got me in to see Dr. Hopkins by 8:15 and then set up an appointment for Dr. Singer to check my root canal at 9:00. Wow! What quick service, and that’s not the first time that they have pulled off these last second wonders. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about Coast Dentistry! My kids and I had been going to my father-in-law until he retired last year. Finding a new dentist was a little scary but Dr. Quan is amazing!! Let me start by saying going to the dentist has never been my favorite. Add that to an insane schedule, life, and kid responsibility and I have not gone in the last five years. Needless to say I was a little worried In returning myself to the dental health that I have been neglecting for so many years. Beachfront dentistry has made it such a pleasant experience. As a new patient they took me in right away, handled my current issue and without guilt or pressure got me back on track to better dental care. From the scheduler, the front office staff, the dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist all members of this office were amazing. And did I mention they have the best tasting lipgloss available to grab at your next visit. In addition you end up being in Redondo Beach Riviera where you can enjoy plenty of shopping and dining as a reward for making it to the dentist

I was in and out and problem diagnosed within 30 minutes! Not even a line to see the doctor so I was back there within 5 min. The doctor was extremely nice and made me laugh while I was dying of pain at the same time. The dental assistant at the beginning was a cool young guy as well. They were even understanding when I said I hadn’t been to a dentist in 4-5 years. Without insurance I was expecting a bill of $1000 at the end and it was nowhere near that. Great practice and I will definitely be back

Following graduation from Dental school, Dr Quan completed his residency at the Community Regional Medical Center and Veterans Affairs Hospital in Fresno where he continued to refine his dental abilities. After working in private practices in Fresno and Rochester, MN, Dr Quan is happy to call Southern California his new home while his wife completes her residency at UCLA in OB/GYN. Dr Quan loves that dentistry is a blend of function, technical skill, and artistic acuity. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, working out and playing volleyball.
