Several years ago I moved to the area and was worried about finding a good dentist. I was soon in immediate need of a root canal and I ended up getting a GREAT Dentist. Long story short, I had some old work that was failing and over the last two years Dr. Wong and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me with appointments and insurance and getting everything done in a quick, efficient manner. I was then lucky to win the Invisalign sweepstakes. Dr. Wong had been mentioning it would be a good thing as my teeth were heading in some challenging angles. After the initial pictures and Invisalign treatment planning, I was amazed at the video he showed me and what it would do to my teeth. More than that, what it would do to my whole face. I had no idea how sunken my cheeks were just because my teeth were tilting in. My whole face feels like it has changed and I smile bigger and more often, no longer hiding. Now, after 14 months I am done with my Invisalign treatment and have to say, if you are even thinking about it a little, go see Dr. Wong. It doesn’t matter if you need a little straightening or a miracle, he can help. The best part about my appointments to get new trays, or just check ins for the treatment was his joy in how his patients were doing. He loves his work, he loves helping people get their smiles back, and to stop hiding behind their hands. As a bonus, his staff is just as wonderful. Ever since my first appointment, I am greeted by name when I walk in the door. I hear everyone who walks in the door be greeted by name if possible, but always with a sincere care and interest. He takes times to listen to his patients, know what their concerns are, and find the best option for them.

Beaverton Tender Care is AMAZING. Dr. Wong is fantastic, and takes the time to explain everything he’s doing, etc. I used to have a dentist years ago who “killed” me when he gave me a shot of novacaine….he was always in such a hurry. When Dr. Wong gave me my first shot, I began to tense up, expecting it to hurt very much. I was amazed that it did not. He takes his time and does it slowly. My husband, daughter & I have had him for many years now, and we think the world of him. His staff is THE BEST! They are always SO friendly and caring, and very eager to make sure everything is well, etc. We really appreciate having such a great dental clinic. Thank you all so much. Eileen Semon.

I’m a graphic designer and an interesting quote I ran across once went like this: “your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark.” Going by this then my logo used to be a pretty silly one. Before coming to Dr. Wong to straighten my teeth my smile used to be really crowded, especially in the front where it’s most visible, so I would rarely smile with my teeth showing. I was definitely self conscious of the way they looked anytime I smiled, so I wouldn’t show them often. I wanted my smile to be remembered, and not for how funny it looked, that’s when I decided to get braces. To get the smile I wanted I trusted Dr. Wong, who suggested I go the Invisalign route over conventional braces which would be cheaper and more efficient. After taking a few impressions he was even able to show me a virtual model of my teeth after each set of aligners through to the end. What comforted me about having Dr. Wong work on something so important to me is the pride and care he takes in his work, much like myself. I could tell just by the way he talked about my teeth that it’s not just a job for him, it’s a passion. There’s nobody I would trust more with my dental work than Dr. Wong and his team at Tender Care. The team there is full of the most amazing people. Another bonus, my teeth are a lot easier to floss now which means not just a brighter smile but a healthier one. Thank you guys so much!

Dr Wong and his staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The office is wonderfully maintained and you are always greeted with a smile by every single person you encounter. While in the chair, they make sure you’re comfortable and walk you through potential procedures and options that fit your needs and situation.

So many reasons I rate them with 5 stars! The office staff and assistants are all very friendly and I appreciate the comfortable lobby with hot tea if I want it! In my 40’s my once perfectly straight teeth were shifting and became a crooked mess! I was becoming very self conscious about it. Dr. Wong suggested the invisiline and did a great job! Now I get compliments on my teeth! He is a perfectionist and will make you want to smile big again!

Dr Wong is a consummate professional. More than just the best dentist around. Dr Wong treats his patients and staff like an extension of his family. This culture extends to the staff as well. Every time I have the pleasure of speaking to any of the Beaverton Tendercare team, it’s consistently positive. You can’t go wrong in choosing Dr Wong and his wonderful team at Beaverton Tendercare.

I just had my first visit during Covid and it was a seamless appointment and went as smooth as any one can hope for. Dr. Wong and Katherine were awesome as usual and took care of the necessary things. All the staff made it easier to check-in, check-out with appropriate checking and information about what to expect from insurance or the bill. There’s always the friendly conversations that makes one forget that it’s a dentist appointment. 😀

My full family goes to Beaverton TenderCare and over the long years I have never been to a place where they personalize eveything. The greeting at the front desk, the assistant and the dentist, they are truly welcoming. They talk to you as part of a family. We love it there, they are accommodating and we never miss our appointments because they have great reminder system. We love it there.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pearly whites! I have been a patient of the Beaverton office for over 25 years. I started way back when it was Dr Thompson, then Dr Willes and now the amazing Dr Wong takes great care of me along with the ever gentle yet superb hygienist Catherine. The office is always clean and inviting and being greeted with a cheerful good morning by Cary will start anyone’s day off right (even if you are at the dentist). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist office.
