My daughter LOVES Dr. Benko and his staff! When we first started, I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer them all. My daughter always asks questions too and every staff member made sure to answer them in a way she could understand. When she first got her braces, she was instructed how to take care of everything so well that she didn’t need to ask anything else! My son is quite the rambunctious guy during his sisters appointments and the staff never makes me feel unwelcome with all his rowdiness. I’d recommend them any day, any time!

Thanks to Dr. Benko, I love my smile! I use to be self conscious about my teeth. When I was younger, I had braces, but didn’t get the results I wanted. I thought this was the best my teeth could look and I was going to have to live with it. I was getting headaches all the time and waking up in the morning with a sore jaw. The worst part of it all was when I would yawn, my jaw would pop. It was so painful. Now that my teeth are fixed, my headaches are gone and my jaw isn’t sore anymore and doesn’t pop! I personally got my braces done at age 20 here, 11. Years ago and they were great! Here i am 11 years later and getting my 10 year old Daughter braces. They have been amazing with her thru the spacers placement, adjustments, and today she is getting her top teeth braces! The scheduling process is simple and friendly. They explain every step to her and keep her calm. My daughter had a problem with her spacer and Benko Ortho got me in that day and made adjustments. They recognized the problem and had the solution. All of my appointments have been scheduled thru the covid pandemic and never had a problem.

I have had three of my children as patients with Dr. Benko over the last 17+ years. 99% of the time, they get you right in and out within a few minutes of your appointment time. If something on your appliance breaks, they can usually get you in right away to repair it. Very pleased with the staff. I recently visited Dr. Benko to get something fixed with a retainer that I have had for years. They fixed it up no problem and I was on my way. One of my daughters has a bad fear of the dentist and a very sensitive gag reflex. To say she was dreading needing orthodontic work is an understatement. She now has an expander and while the appointments were hard for her and she had a tough time, she really appreciated how patient everyone was with her. They didn’t rush and when she would struggle with what they were doing, they waited for her to be ok to keep working. She can tell they respect how she is feeling and want her to be comfortable. That goes a long way for her to trust that everything will be ok. I’m so thankful for this. It’s hard as a mom to make your kids do things that are so upsetting to them but that you know is needed. The girls have been patients here for over two years. My daughter had such issues with her adult teeth, even some were non existent and we were looking at 3 implants when she got older. Honestly the best orthodontist out there! I previously saw another orthodontist before going to Dr. Benko! He worked with me and made sure I was happy with everything. He is a perfectionist and wants everything to be up to his standards and he also makes sure it is up to yours. I had braces and I asked to have them off maybe a little too early because of my senior pictures. When I got to college there was ONE tooth I was unhappy with, and he worked with me to get clear correc to fix the tooth I was uncomfortable about- wel clear correct didn’t work for me, and since it didn’t work and I paid for it. Dr. Benko was a sweetheart and got me Invisalign to make sure it worked! Plus the office is so friendly and always makes you feel comfortable! I recommend this place to anyone!

Had to make emergency appointment after he broke a piece and they took me in an office that was normally closed that day to not make him wait any longer. I went to Dr. Benko when I was about 12 years old for braces (as did my entire family) and he did an amazing job correcting my teeth! Growing up, I always received compliments about how straight my teeth were. Had I worn my top retainer, as I was supposed to, my front few teeth wouldn’t have slightly misaligned over 20 or so years. When I realized I wanted to fix this issue, I knew I wanted to come back to Dr. Benko. I live in NYC now, as an adult, but still only trusted him with my teeth so I came back to get Invisalign. Chloe was actually told she needed braces at a different orthodontic office. That office did a shorter payment plan period and was about $800 more in general which made our monthly payments much higher. We were referred to Benko’s by a friend for a second opinion/offer and were pleased with a longer payment plan period and lower cost. The staff and doctor are all very kind, explain everything, and have a great location! Highly recommend!
