I was met with a very professional and friendly staff. The office is well prepared to handle the precautions necessary for keeping their patients safe. They only take a patient at a time which makes it safer. The dentist was amazing to the the least. She was through, explained everything in detail. I was extremely happy with what she did and would encourage anyone who wants to have a professional, friendly and thorough dentist to come to Bethesda Dental Smiles. PS they also have a nice parking lot.

Dr. Ketsela is wonderful. My brother and I have been seeing her for about 2 years now and my father has been for at least 3 years. Going to the Dentist can be brutal sometimes but every one of my visits has been so pleasant and I’ve received excellent service. The staff are very friendly and professional. Between my father needing to get a few root canals, my brother’s need to fix chipped teeth and my few cavities, we have all left feeling so appreciative of the attention and quality we received. Our insurance is taken there — our copay is around $30 for a general cleaning/check up (of course higher cost for the additional things we needed done). Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ketsela ~ I plan on continuing to see her for a long time.

Everyone at the office was super friendly, and my kids were very happy with their cleaning. This was our first visit with Dr.Ketsela. I took my kids to her and she did an amazing job, and now they can’t stop talking about it and can’t wait to go back for their next appointment. She is a wonderful dentist. After the visit she told me how they did and what needs to be done. Office Manager Anya is wonderful. She did our insurance verification before we even got there, which made the whole visit so much faster. Dental assistants Parisa and Roxana are both very nice and friendly and were amazing with my kids. I also schedule an appointment for myself for next week- looking forward to that. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ketsela for about 4 years now. She’s the best dentist you could ever ask for. Fantastic bedside manner, always professional, excellent communication, and most importantly – highly skilled in caring for my teeth. An added bonus is that she maintains a wonderful staff. Even as some staff of hers have come and gone over the years – everyone has always been great. As a professional and as a student, she and her staff have always been flexible with my scheduling and billing related issues. Other benefits are her email updates and texting communication to confirm and remind you of appointments. She very recently changed offices – it’s absolutely beautiful and certainly makes for an even more impressive experience. It may sound strange to say – but I’ve enjoyed Dr. Ketsela and her team so much, that these days I almost look forward to going to the dentist no matter what I’m getting done LOL…I highly recommend Dr. Ketsela!

I have been going to Dr. Ketsela for years and highly recommend her practice. She does the cleanings herself and does a very thorough job! I’ve had numerous dental procedures in additIon to cleanings and her work is expert. Plus, Dr. Ketsela is a joy to talk with and is always on time – and her staff is lovely as well!

Very friendly and professional staff. The cleaning is always very thorough and Dr. Nardos always asks if I am comfortable throughout the process. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment, I’ve never had an issue with my insurance nor have I felt pressure to get a more expensive cleaning. I’ve been going here for a little over a year now and would recommend this dentist to anyone in the area!
