The personal touch the staff gives in customer service. I had a tooth extraction and must admit I was not looking forward to it. But Dr Gonzalez and her assistant were gentle, patient and caring. Upon leaving the office I was given a personal bag with all the necessary things I would need to help me with my healing process. They even supplied an ice pack. This office is one class act in making customers feel appreciated.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! I put off going to the dentist for TOO LONG
Ended up needing 2 root canals to start. The entire staff was so patient in explaining every step of the process. I couldn’t speak any higher of the entire staff and my experience

I love my new dentist office! I have had negative experiences with other dental offices, so normally I avoid dental visits. I gave this office a try and could not be happier. Dr. La-pham was amazing and I walked out feeling great. Staff is friendly and honest. Nobody appears to be selling you unnecessary services or products. Pricing was very reasonable for a deep cleaning and a couple of fillings. I experienced reasonable wait time and minimal pain.  Highly recommend

I went in today for two fills and a teeth cleaning. I was honestly dreading the time when I had to show up and ironically time flew by and poof I was there lol. As I made that super slow walk to the doors to check in my mood changed immediately because I was greeted by the receptionist with energy and of course smiles. I love how modern the check in process is, honestly the most technological advance dentist I’ve ever been to along with the most open bright cleanest waiting room. After a brief wait it was my time to meet my manifest destiny. As I say in the chair I felt incredibly comfortable because I was welcomed and the conversation was genuine. The numbing agent worked beautifully and after the initial pinch of the dreading needle and half my tongue and lip went numb it was time for the drill. Honestly he moved quickly and efficient so I wouldn’t feel to much of any discomfort. After the full the teeth cleaning followed.Hands down the painless and fun time during the teeth cleaning the young ladie was so calm,cool and relaxed she talked to me the whole time while still being completely detailed oriented. I 100% found my dental home, as long as I have teeth I will always and forever go to this office I’m actually excited for my check up in six months

I don’t like knowing I have cavities or that I need to brush/flush more. It’s like, a hit to my self-esteem to be told that my hygienes aren’t up to par. That’s why I don’t enjoy going to the dentist. I’ll go once a year for that annual cleaning but that’s it. Was referred to this dentist by a friend and from last week’s experience, I think I just might go to the dentist two times a year now. Made an appointment over the phone with Angela. Came in the next day, completed new patient paperwork and was seen by the dentist within minutes. He was very thorough, explained why my tooth was hurting (exposed tooth gum, not cavities so yay!) and answered all my questions regarding tooth care, at home-whitening kits, etc… At the end of my session, he gave me a reusable bag that contained a toothbrush set and this very pricy whitening kit (i googled it, retails for ~$60). Would I come back? Yes! Those whitening kits make the visit worthwhile! On a serious note, great/friendly staff and very knowledgable dentist. It’s a new office and everything is very modern and well-maintained. There’s even a kid corner with an iPad for them to play with. Snazzy!

Love! Love! Love Bixby Knolls Modern Dentristy.  And yes!  You can quote me! Historically I am a patient who suffers from high anxiety based on prior treatment. Consequently I was quite negligent in my oral health due to the fact that I would only visit the dentist in emergency situations which is what brought me to Bixby Knolls Modern Dentistry. I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Everyone in this office from the front office to the Dr’s demonstrate nothing but the epitome of professional and customer service. There is a warmth and professionalism that I have never experienced with a dentist. These Dr’s provided professional and painless care in resolving all of my issues. The team has my full trust and confidence. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

True to its name, “Modern Dentistry,” it has state of the art equipment, paper-less eco-friendly registration, and friendly staff. I went in with a tooth ache and left in a few hours able to eat again with no pain. Dr. La-Pham isolated the area of pain and didn’t numb my entire face when using the Novocaine; usually a sign of attention to detail and good training. I’m going back for implants and will update on that. UCLA produces yet another skilled Dr. – fix your teeth here!

I just left from my cleaning and let me tell you how much i actually loved this place . I have braces on and havent been the best with cleaning so i was nervous. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a smile and was taken right after i did my paperwork . super super clean in the waiting area . Did i mention i was nervous lol .. I was taken back for xrays and the dental assitant instantly made me feel comfotable she made me feel like i was her friend .we were laughing and joking which made the proccess go by that much faster . next was the actually cleaning. Which i was told i needed to clean better especially having braces and was given some great tips on how to do so. My hygenist was great and gentle and beyond nice ..you know like she actually cared about me lol . As i was paying i was given a little goodie bag and even some coupons for dental products… I love this place everyone is so kind and efficent ..would deffinetly recomend to anyone !!!! My teeth look and feel amazing

If I could rate this place 10 stars that would still not be enough to say how great they were. They made my wife and I feel comfortable. They were fast, professional, and very personable. I am glad to welcome them into the Bixby Knolls community and I can’t wait for my next dentist appointment! Now, how many people can say that?

Dr. La-Pham is great – very friendly and skillful. This is evident in the very modern equipment as well as his abilities. It really put me at ease.  Everyone in the office is friendly. Really felt like I was being treated like a human and not a just a customer. The office is brand new and very clean.
