Everyone from the moment you walk through the door to getting anything done they are the extremely delicate and knowledgeable about teeth. And are real people. Not pretending to be nice to hurry up and get you out of there. They answer all of your questions and literally sit you in front of a large screen X-ray of your teeth explaining EVERYTHING. They don’t pressure you, you know you’re mouth and what you need and the importance of taking care of your teeth. They let you decide but give you a bunch of options. They even have a large screen in the front office and Walt will carefully explain your insurance. Walt’s a cool dude. The machines they use are advance and they are working on my cap for my back tooth, my filling and an implant. So far the temp cap is in place and I will be back for the permanent along with my filling. I will be back to give another review after my implant. Dr Haung even has a nice singing voice, they were playing some oldies and he sang right along while working on my teeth. Very nice man and likable, for the most part everyone was. Almost can’t wait to see them again. Thumbs up

I’ve been coming here since I first moved to LA a few years ago. Everyone on the staff is so nice and easy to talk to. The teeth cleanings are much more streamlined and less painful than your typical dentist, and they always seem to have the most up to date dentistry technologies. I would highly recommend these guys!

Amazing all around. Staff is super friendly and relaxed, YET highly knowledgeable. Best bedside manners. I came into a waiting room that was both stylish and confortable, made you feel more in your living room than one of these cold soulless typical offices. The decor is a big plus for me, yet the main thing is that the Dr. and his staff are really professional but make you feel at ease…hard to do when going to the dentist!!! I don t even like to get a haircut so to me this was an amazing experience. Dr. Huang explains you simply the procedure, checks on your comfort throughout, tells you what to expect and the entire visit is painless!!! Another huge plus!!! Oh…and the pricing is great, best value out there. When you add the inexpensive rates and the level of expertise you get, it is truly the best deal ever! I rarely Yelp, but I had to. Do not think about yelping/shopping for another dentist as a choice. This is IT!!! Ps: they even have underground free parking. Great in Summer!

Dr. Robert Huang and his entire team are amazing. I moved 6 years ago and I had a hard time finding a trusted dentist in Los Angeles. The treatment received has been exceptional, the quality of the service enormous and they are very professional and attentive so that I had a good experience and optimal results. What I value most about this dental clinic is the honesty of all the workers. For the first time, they have given me the treatment I needed and have not tried to sell me other services. In other dental clinics they forced me to remove my wisdom teeth and they wanted me to perform many other extra treatments that increased the cost to prohibitive amounts. Today, May 28, 2020, I had a deep cleaning of the gums and teeth and Dr. Robert Huang fixed a few teeth that were broken and removed one of my cavities. I can not be happier. Without a doubt, this dental clinic has my services from here on out and those of my family and friends.

Blue Pearl Dentistry – I have to say that I was just so impressed by my experience at Dr. Huang’s new office. I have never been to a denist before that made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Huang. He and the rest of his crew are so knowledgeable and curteous. He is very thorough and actually teaches the patient about his teeth. I just got back from my teeth cleaning today and I am feeling great! The first time I received teeth cleaning I was absolutely amazed at the state of the art technology that Dr. Huang uses in his office. Never have I experienced thorough teeth cleaning like that of Blue Pearl, in which doctors incorporate patient education. Most importantly, I am impressed and very appreciative of the precautionary measures that all staff members are taking to ensure patient safety, especially now during this pandemic. Have you been searching far and wide for the best dental cleaning deals? Look no further- i’ll save you the time. I stumbled upon this hidden gem located in the heart of Los Angeles. The team at Blue Pearl Dentistry is amazing and super helpful starting with Walter at the front desk to the hygienist in the back. The whole process of signing up for an appointment was very easy. Walter was able to sign me up for an appointment the following day. Blue Pearl sent me emails regarding paperwork and even sent me a text reminder the day of my appointment. No more dreaded 100 page patient information forms of doom. During my appointment Dr. Huang took his time explaining my chart and really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel comfortable and did a better job than I would have expected from any other dentist! He was the first dentist to finally solve a recent unexplainable problem that I had been having. He is the best dentist I have visited so far and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Huang and his staff are fabulous. They are always kind and courteous and extremely diligent. The front desk staff, usually Walter, are always helpful whether it’s checking in for an appointment, rescheduling, etc. and pleasant to interact with. The dental hygienists do a phenomenal job. I always walk out of my appointment feeling like my teeth are scraped clean and smooth. Lastly, Dr. Huang is the most attentive dentist I’ve ever had. He not only remembers his patients, but is willing to answer any questions or concerns about my oral health, new oral products, you name it! I am so glad I chose him as my dentist and have been a consistent patient for the past 3+ years. I came from another dentist who had botched a crown and I didn’t even know until I moved and switched to Dr. Huang who immediately replaced and upgraded my crown at an affordable price. I’ve only had positive experience and recommend Blue Pearl Dentistry to my friends and family often.

I had two teeth extracted and the entire experience was pleasant. Here’s a detail loaddown. The lovely reception crew at the front desk jazzed me with jokes and laughter, which made me forgot for a second why I was there.  They had emailed me all necessary forms before hand so all the paperwork was done by the time I arrived. I was asked to sign on a pad but I couldn’t see what I was signing so that was a bit of a worry. I was worried enough by my toothache so I just signed anyway. The email forms had signatures which I did do, and now why they need new signatures in person I don’t know. Next time I will refuse unless I can see the documents I am signing. I was shown to a modern well equipped state-of-the-art dental room. The beautiful Korean/American Dr O was super gentle with the Novacaine injections. I had no pain. She extracted the teeth successfully with utter most care. She made me feel good. Alas! Some fractured tooth fragments remained in the gums. The very experienced head Dentist, Dr Huang, came to the rescue! In no time were the bits taken out. A little painful but I kept it to myself, it was tolerable. Over all I give it a thumbs up. Way up!

I would highly recommend Dr. Huang at Blue Pearl Dentistry. There have been some times I’ve ran a little late and he’s always been very understanding and kind. He’s very thorough in his explanations and I truly appreciate that as I’ve had dentists in the past that neglects to tell me what it is that they’re going to do. Having recently moved from New York to LA, I’ve been spending months trying to find all new doctors. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but read Dr. Huang’s great reviews and decided to try it out. I’m so glad I did – Dr. Huang and the entire office staff were amazing. They were quick, painless, and accommodated my insane schedule. I especially appreciated Dr. Huang’s style as a physician – he explained all my x-rays to me in detail, answered my questions, did not rush the initial meeting, and did not make me feel self-conscious at all. I loved my experience here and highly recommend them!

My wife and I scheduled some cleanings and everything went smoothly over the phone in terms of communication. We were looking for a dentist that we could come regularly since we haven’t established a dentistry that we knew and could rely on. The office is very clean and well organized which is always a plus especially in the midst of Covid-19. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Huang was very laid back and informative which I always appreciate. They explain everything really well and just felt genuine. I typically feel anxious going to the Dentist but this was a really good first visit. Already going to be scheduling our next one! Thanks.

It’s been 13 years’ since my last dental check-up. Today I tried a new dentist, Dr. Huang at Blue Pearl, and it was absolutely a positive experience. I get nervous about going to the dentist; however, Dr. Huang and his staff provided attentive services that made me feel very comfortable. They were all so pleasant. Additionally, Dr. Huang was easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about providing me with dental hygiene information that contributes to my overall health.

Bobby is the best! A visit to the dentist is usually not on the top of people’s list but Bobby and his staff remove all fears of making the trip over and you always leave his office with a smile. Blue pearl’s office is super clean and uses the most up to date equipment. I refer all my friends to go see Bobby and I’ve only yet to hear back great things from them.

So where do I begin? I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime and I am not joking when I say that Blue Pearl Dentistry is the best dental office I have ever been to.  Not only is the office beautiful, comfortable and current, their service is what blew me away.  I never felt pressured or felt like I was at a used car lot like other offices I’ve been to.   Dr. Huang did a really great job of making me feel at ease, especially since I’m usually really weary of going to the dentist.  He’s honest and really tries hard to make sure I had the most comfortable experience possible.  Their prices are fair.  Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive.  Parking is free and easy.  I parked on the street for free but you can also park for free underground or in the surface lot.   My wife is now a client and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.   Diana told me about their new dental plan for people that don’t have insurance like me and I think I’m going to do it.  Anyway, thanks Blue Pearl for the best dental experience ever!!

This place is above & beyond what a dental facility should be. They are thorough with every step and bill, making you feel safe & comfortable. Let’s face it, dentist appointments can be confusing & nerve wrecking & cost a fortune. One must know what’s going on and feel completely trust worthy of the Dentist taking care of ones teeth. I feel this place provides that & more, with a great atmosphere & professionalism.

Dr Huang’s team is the dream team! Dr O is amazing, she is very genuine and sweet. She always gives honest advice on treatment plans and makes sure I feel comfortable during the entire treatment process. Walter is AMAZING! Whether it’s over the phone or in person, he always answers every question I have about insurance coverage patiently and efficiently. A+ dentistry in LA!

I am pleased to recommend Dr. Huang and Diana and I wish them well with their new practice Blue Pearl Dentistry.  Diana has served as my dental hygienist for the past four years at a different dental practice.  I have always been impressed with her professionalism, skills and knowledge.  She does thorough cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. I was pleased with Dr Huang’s evaluation of my dental health.  I have several fillings which were previously recommended for urgent replacement by a different practice.  Dr. Huang agreed they should be done but recommended I do them when I have the time and finances – no rush.  I like his personality and am very comfortable switching to his practice.

COVID update.   I’ve previously written a review but felt the need to write another one for those who may need services during this pandemic.   Dr. Huang and his team and Blue Pearl Dentistry continue to impress.  Having a dental emergency is bad enough. Having one during a pandemic and a stay at home order is too much.  Thankfully Dr. Huang has taken the necessary precautions to keep patients safe.  I understand they’re only taking emergency patients at the moment but I did ask Dr. Huang about how they plan to re-open in the future.  He explained to me about the additional measures they’re taking when they start transitioning to seeing more patients including additional sanitation, extra PPE’s as a precaution for both the employees as well as the patients, and appropriate spacing out and scheduling of appointments.  They’ve even added some fancy air filters in an effort to minimize any risk of airborne transmission.  The air in the office felt so crisp and clean that I took pictures of the machines so I can look into getting one for home! At some point, we’re going to have to start transitioning back to normal life.  It’s reassuring to see companies like this that put customers and, in this case, patients first.

I had bad habit of gnawing my teeth when I slept so Dr. Huang fitted me with an Invisalign mouthguard to protect my enamels.  The process was quick and it fit my teeth in the first try.  I got so used to wearing the mouthguard now that its hard to without it.  Thanks for taking care of my Dr. Huang!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel this place earned it. The staff is friendly and helpful. They walk you through every procedure, and are sensitive to things like cost and your time. I needed fillings recently and I couldn’t reach them to reschedule, but when I did, they fit me in earlier so I wouldn’t need to. I’m appreciative of efforts like this on their part to accommodate my schedule.

Friendly office and great dentist. The kindest people working in the office and Dr. Huang fixed my dad’s front tooth (he had a missing front tooth from an accident) and was thorough and explained everything. And since he was going to go out of the state after the procedure, he even emailed him all the details of the procedure in case he needed it in the future for his future dental care!
