What can I say? This practice is amazing. Dr. Frank is so kind and patient with my daughter. Answers any and all questions and concerns I may have. Lisa is AMAZING. She worked out a suitable payment plan with me to pay for my daughters Invisalign. I have never had a bad experience and doubt I ever will. Love love this office and the wonderful people that work there!

I can not recommend this office enough. My kids love Dr. Frank and she so awesome with my moody teenagers. We have 2 in braces right now and will probably have all of my 5 in braces in another year. The office has worked with me on creating a payment schedule I can afford! It is always a pleasant visit and Lisa in the office always make scheduling so easy and she is always smiling! If your kids need braces, it is definitely worth a visit and I’m so happy I found this office!! I went to 4 consultations before I found the right office!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS OFFICE. My daughter & I both come here for treatment. They say front desk receptionists make or break a business and that’s true! Lisa & Natasha up front are super helpful and always find a way to squeeze me in when needed & always returns my calls asap. Dr. Frank & her dental assistants are amazing as well. I have to say Bluebird is fantastic! The entire staff is so incredibly nice and friendly. From the moment you walk in they make you feel like a rock star. They go above and beyond with making you feel at ease. Explain everything from beginning to end and go above and beyond with needs to be done with your insurance company to see if you may get services covered or not. They listen to what you also feel you want for you child and aren’t pushy like other places are. They are so accommodating with appointments whether it’s a regular visit or an emergency. I highly recommend Bluebird! You won’t be sorry. Even if you have a child that is nervous they will make them feel at ease. If your child need orthodontist care this is the place to go!

We absolutely love Dr. Frank. She is so kind and patient. My children as so at ease when they are in her chair. I feel that Dr. Frank is very conservative and honest about when braces are needed. I have been told by my dentist that my daughter 8 needed braces and I should see their ortho. I was already a patient of Dr. Frank for my older son so I brought her in. She basically told me she would put braces on if we wanted them but felt we should wait until she lost more teeth and was alittle older.

Highly recommend! I’ve been avoiding getting invisalign for a few years, but I’m so happy I chose to go with Dr. Dorie Frank and her awesome team to finally straighten my teeth out! Dr. Frank is so easy to talk to, runs on time with her appointments, and will squeeze you in even when she has a busy schedule. Space is bright and clean, assistants and office manager are super friendly, and never any issues with scheduling. Also fun raffles and prizes! Had a dilemma with losing my elastics and I have to clarify that I do not have ortho treatment with doctor frank however now I kind of wish I did – I called over and spoke to the amazing Lisa who was so accomodating and helpful, she told me to come right in and they would give me a bag of elastics NO CHARGE! I walked into the office and I’ll be honest, it’s one of the most beautiful offices I’ve seen thus far and state of the art so I’m very jealous that I chose to go with a different ortho (sorry doc lol) Dr Frank was so friendly and we spoke for a few minutes about my treatment with my ortho (and my dilemma at hand) and she is the exact picture of what I would want in an ortho. Anyone that has their treatment here will be well taken cared of and I’m confident that they will be treated like family! Thank you Dr. Frank and Lisa!!!!

Absolutely love this place and everyone here! The previous owners however I did not like but now that they are out of this business I definitely give this place five stars! Dr. Frank has dealt with my braces for as long as I can remember and she definitely is very nice and keeps you posted along your braces journey. The office staff is extremely nice as well and overall the atmosphere I get here is awesome! I definitely recommend this place but if your going to come here just make sure to call and see if they accept insurance of course! I have had braces before in the past and I needed to get my braces done again. I came here out of a whim because of really wanted to work on fixing my teeth again. Our family loves BlueBird Orthodontics!! You really receive personal treatment tailored to your families’ needs. I’m a mom to 5 and of course all of my 5 needed braces and 4 needed palette expanders. We were seeing a different orthodontist which was very nice but I felt so pressured to have all of my kids receiving treatment and I could not afford the payment plan! So I researched and went to 4 other consultations, then I found Dr. Frank! She is so awesome with my kids. One of my boys has a phobia of all dentists since he was little and when we left the consultation he told me he wanted to go to this Dr. He has finished his first phase without any issues and is very comfortable coming to this office. That alone is worth its wait in gold!!! I can not say enough great thing about this orthodontist office!! We also love Lisa who is ALWAYS smiling!! Iif you need braces it is worth booking a consultation! You will not be disappointed.
