I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ginsburg for well over 7+ years and although I’ve relocated to another state a few years back, he is still my regular dentist of choice due to his honesty, trustworthiness, and work with his patients. His entire office is warm and welcoming, and I always enjoy visiting for my routine cleanings and maintenance. His hygienists are always the best (Liza) and takes her time to ensure that I’m getting the best cleaning while also utilizing care and gentleness as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsburg for any and all of your dental needs, as he is honest, and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients health.

He tells us in advance the kind of treatments we’re going to need, he refers us to superb specialists if the treatment is something he doesn’t specialize in, his staff are professional, each have a great sense of humor (which you have to have in a dentist’s office), their knowledgeable, helpful, take pride in their work and are devoted to Dr. Ginsburg. Dr. G’s business had embraced modern tech way before their old office in Back Bay was sold out from under them, but they really upped their game even more in their spiffy new location, just a short stroll from the Arlington T station. I’m old enough to remember back when hygienists climbed into my mouth with a shovel and pick-axe, so having Liza clean my teeth with a sonic tooth cleaner was like a visit to a spa. I was recommended by my husband to Dr. Matthew Ginsburg’s office. I had been going to Tufts and that wasn’t going too well due to their inconsistency with keeping up with their patient’s schedules. Anyway, I made an appointment, and showed up. It’s located in a charming old building off of Commonwealth Avenue. As you walk in, you’re greeted by Shalia, the receptionist, and she’s very nice. I filled out the forms, and waited to be called in. The hygienist, Emily, was incredibly patient and friendly. She understood that I needed my gums to be numbed a bit because of sensitivity, and was more than happy to accommodate me. Danielle was also very nice and helpful. My cleaning was done in under an hour. They wasted no time at all. Compared to Tufts (1-3 hours), this was a breeze! Emily gave me some tips and tricks for proper maintenance and I was off to see Dr. Ginsburg. I was then given a second overall exam for future next steps to maintain a treatment plan, and that was all taken care of smoothly and efficiently. I was extremely happy with my visit and thanked them for being so accommodating. More importantly, my husband enjoyed their services so much, he referred me, and I’m definitely sold! If you need a new dentist, check this office out! 😀

Additionally, I’m one of those patients who likes to have everything explained in detail. On a recent weekend one of my crowns (on an implant) popped off. I called the office first thing Monday and they were able to see me later that day. The staff and Dr. Ginsburg are always so pleasant and welcoming. I was seated right on time and the procedure to re-cement the crown was completed in 10 minutes or so with a perfect fit. Could not have been easier. This was just one of many exceptional experiences I’ve had with Dr. Ginsburg and his staff. I’m a long-time patient and highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ginsburg and his staff are amazing. I have been going here for about 5 years and when I arrived I had some MAJOR dental work that needed to be done. My front tooth was chipped and I needed two crowns replaced. Dr. Ginsburg laid out a dental plan for me that fit my budget and my timeline. I eventually got new crowns, a new front tooth that matched my natural tooth color, which is very difficult to do, and I completed a course of Invisalign treatment. Dr. Ginsburg and his staff (Danielle especially!) treat me like family. I really appreciate that I was never pressured into unnecessary dental work, which has happened to me in other practices. We co-designed a very intentional dental plan to optimize my oral health. People compliment me on my teeth and smile all the time. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsburg as a dentist.

This office was great. My visit was within a very short wait time and I was seen very quickly by very friendly staff. They were nice, considerate to my issues, polite, and the office was extremely clean during the pandemic. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg’s office. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to and I would recommend that if you are looking for a dedicated, knowledgable, friendly and skilled dentist then look no further. After a childhood of eating too much candy, I have spent my late adolescence and adulthood visiting dentist after dentist for cavities, crowns, etc. I finally found Dr. Ginsburg a few months ago and will never look back. Dr. Ginsburg and his phenomenal staff like their jobs, are completely dedicated to whoever is sitting in the dentist chair, are very knowledgable about their craft, and provide a quality of service that is unparalleled. The office is located in a beautiful building on Commonwealth Ave but accessed via Berkeley Street. I never wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and from the time I walk in to the time I leave am treated impeccably. One day Dr. Ginsburg and his assistant filled four cavities in order to accommodate my busy schedule and I didn’t feel a thing. His office is also very timely in sending dental pre-estimates and submitting claims to insurance. If you are looking for a dentist then look no further and call Dr. Ginsburg’s office!

Dr. Ginsburg’s office was recommend to me by a coworker and I’m super glad it was! My first appointment was a basic cleaning with Liza who was so sweet and I felt like I was hanging out with a friend (while she scraped junk off my teeth). I came back a couple of weeks later to get 2 cavities filled and Danielle was assisting Dr. Ginsburg. She was also incredibly friendly, as is Dr. Ginsburg himself. I am a hater of needles and dental work in general, but they made me feel comfortable and kept me in the know without telling me more than I really needed to know. I feel very well informed about what is going on with my teeth and how to avoid further cavities and what next steps would be in that scenario. This morning it was snowing in Boston and my appointment was scheduled for 7am. Almost all schools are closed and most people are staying off the roads. Just before 6am Dr. Ginsburg texted me to make sure I would still be able to make it in for my appointment.
