I’m absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and I hadn’t gone in a very long time. Dr Rau and his staff made me feel very comfortable and explained any issue I’ve been having very thoroughly. I’ve been suffering from extremely sensitive teeth for quite a few years now and Dr Rau and the hygienist helped me to understand how to prevent this and what caused my enamel erosion. Best place to go, hands down.

Dr. Rau is incredible, and so is their finance/insurance coordinator who who took time out to list options for how I can manage the deductible for my cracked tooth. I also appreciate that they were able to take me in on an emergency visit to help me out soon after cracking my tooth. Dr. Rau was informative, laid out all my options, gave me his recommendations for treatment, and we worked together to choose my best option for repair and concurrent whitening to match the repaired tooth.

We love Rau Dental! We’ve been going for years and always leave totally happy! The hygienist Rebecca is so AWESOME and the front desk young lady (unsure of name but starts with an M) is always so friendly and welcoming! Front desk lady is so great with my insurance needs, and really makes sure I understand by insurance. She also helped me understand that I could use my hsa card which I never even thought of. Dr Rau is the best and we’ve referred many friends and family to him! We feel very thankful to have found such an amazing dentists office to go to!

The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming whenever I am there. In addition, everyone is knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to helping me figure out my insurance. The facilities are clean and well kept and comfortable. Every appointment has always on time and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the Doctor or hygienist. Dr Rau is easy to schedule an appointment with and ensures that you are comfortable with every procedure and takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this professional and friendly staff for your dental care!

I have been treated at Dr. Rau’s Practice for about five years and have found he and his staff to be very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. I have been very happy with general check-ups and cleanings and with a night-gaurd Dr. Rau prepared for me due to me grinding my teeth at night. It fit great and spared my teeth from damage. We’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Rau and everyone in his office! The staff is extremely friendly, efficient and the hygienists are very good. I had to come back in for a filling today and my wife (a new patient to the office) was due for an exam and was looking for a new dentist and they were willing to squeeze her right in to be seen at the exact same time I was there for my procedure! As an ENT myself, one thing I’ve noticed is that not all dental offices do a proper oral cavity exam during their cleanings, but Dr. Rau’s office has done one every time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends (already have)!

I have been going to Dr. Rau for 6 years and have been so happy my husband and son have started going too. From cleanings to new crowns, the whole team has been great to work with. Our 3.5 year old son had an amazing experience during his first cleaning. He was in the office with me in December and everyone remembered him and they gave him a special toothbrush. I love that this downtown practice is also family friendly!

Dr. Rau and his hygenist Lisa are simply the very best!! If you are looking for great oral care and professionals that truly care about their patients…this is the dentist office for you. I am the type of patient that always has anxiety over appointments, but their kindness and expertise puts you at ease. The front reception and other staff are nice people as well.
