Such a great place! I love all the staff! They welcome you by your first name and they actually remember you! Linda, one of the dental assistants, was so helpful! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable every step of the process when I was getting my braces put on. I highly recommend Bridgeport Braces!

I brought my son to Dr. Bartley and his team to get braces and today was the first day of treatment. Everything from getting the insurance approval to getting his braces put on today went smoothly and flawlessly. Dr. Bartley and his staff are awesome. They are not only professional, thorough, and extremely helpful, they are also super friendly and nice. They give you all the information needed to start and proceed with treatment successfully, and make themselves available to answer questions or address any concerns at any time. I am very happy with Dr. Bartley and his team and highly recommend Bridgeport Braces!

Dr. Tre is amazing. My son’s teeth were really crooked & he had a horrible underbite. Literally a month later & he doesn’t have anymore crooked teeth & his underbite is being fixed as well. He’s had his braces for 4 months & I see a total difference in his teeth already. Thank you Dr. Tre & the rest of your staff for fixing my baby boys’ teeth.

Dr. Bartley and his staff, especially Debra were professional and attentive when I showed up the same day I called with an orthodontic problem. My regular orthodontist is closed on Fridays and the weekend! And their back up was charging an outrageous amount to fix a minor problem. CT Braces stepped right in and assisted me, when I needed high quality work done for a very reasonable price. The facility is no frills, yet it’s a typical medical, professional setting, where one can feel comfortable and relaxed as they are being treated. I’m so glad I discovered this practice; and I’ve already switched from my orthodontist. Here, you’re always met with smiling, friendly faces, and they treat you like they appreciate your business. Definitely one of Bridgeport’s finest!

My name is Trina and I am the mother of Dr. Bartley’s patient. Our general dentist referred us to Dr. Bartley for a consultation because my daughter needed new retainers. Dr. Bartley has a great bedside manner and takes his time answering any concerns or questions a patient may have. Dr. Bartley examined my daughter and within a couple of minutes accessed what she needed immediately. I have been a dental assistant for 20+ years so I agreed with the treatment he thought was best for her. Dr. Bartley then had Debra, who is knowledgeable, professional and courteous develop a treatment plan for her. Debra has such a warmth that exudes from her. She feels like family. We were extremely comfortable with her approach. Dr. Bartley and Debra made my daughter’s experience a very pleasant one. They are GREAT at what they do because my daughter left their office today with a BIG smile and happy with her braces. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!

By calling bridgeport braces your greeted with Brenda the customer service rep so professional and overall a nice person.. Jasaira who put my braces in omg!!!!! She was amazing,so nice she walked me through rvery aspects of what she was doing… just a nice and professional place. Dr Bartley your team is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I believe they deserve 10 stars and not 5 ! They were super nice and knew what I wanted to say since I was a new patient and I did not know anything about braces and they were acknowledgable about what they wete doing. They also asked me if i had any doubts or questions and all of them were answered ! Thank you so much !!!

The services offered here is superb. From entering the office the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bartley is also very detailed with his work and he does is absolute best to satisfy you while making you as comfortable and happy as he can (always trying to make you smile). Valencia always makes sure I’m treated right and fully taken cared of with as little discomfort as possible, she’s the best so make sure you ask for her.

Bridgeport braces are very nice staff ,very polite and treat you like a family , the dentist doctor he is the most sweet nice person and the rest of his crew are all some and a clean environment very please with my daughter service and she is happy and was very comfortable too , again 5 �����

Bridgeport Braces is the bomb!!!! I enjoy my time when I’m there. All the ladies tht wrk there, especially Brenda, Valencia, Linda, and Debra i enjoy seeing. Big shout out to Dr. Bartley and the other Dr i forgot her name. They handle the reopening during this covid very well. The office is clean and sanitize and the ladies rocking they ppe very well.

Everything!!!!! the staff is so nice and amazing my girl Jasaira,she’s the bomb.com she’s so patient and thoughtful she takes time to explain every tiny details so a non bracer like me could understand what she was doing.. she makes sure I am ok.. everything there is amazing and I can’t forget my BRENDA THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Bartley and his team are extremely welcoming and pleasant whenever I visit. The office staff is very professional and handles my appointments in a timely manner. I have not been disappointed yet and I don’t think I will be. I appreciate the Bridgeport Braces Team and their ability to make me feel valued during my monthly visits.

So let’s start by saying I was apprehensive because of my most recent dental experience prior to Bridgeport Braces ( it was just a cleaning but the dentist had 0 finesse). The moment I stepped into Bridgeport Braces the warmth of the staff intoxicated me as they seem to harmonize their greeting and punctuate their welcome with the brightest smile ( I wonder if they get their dental work done there lol) I had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Bartley. He personally conducted the consult and I don’t know much about orthodontics or dentistry but he spoke with such clarity I left feeling like I could have conducted a consult myself! Needless to say I was back! To get my braces done! I’ve had 4 appointments since and all I can say is! BRIDGEPORT BRACES… confident smiles for life 🙂

I’ve been so impressed with Dr. Bartley and his staff ever since I started my journey a year ago. From The start I have been been handled with care; not only is the staff friendly and welcoming the atmosphere is so comfortable. Amazing place, environment, and staff. Didn’t have to ask any questions because I was inform of everything that I need to know, and how would I feel after getting my braces. Would of put them on years ago if I would found Bridgeport braces back then. Highly recommend. Like I said perfect, and very professional
