I recently moved to the Bellevue area and was looking for providers local to me for dental and healthcare. I received a recommendation from a current patient, and scheduled an appointment for a dental exam. Immediately walking in, I was greeted by very friendly staff. I’m not typically nervous with dental visits, however, having gone almost a year without seeing a dentist, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Nomi’s staff did an excellent job of getting me comfortable. I had some X-rays taken and fortunately was told my mouth wasn’t as horrendous as I was expecting (for real–having gone about a year without seeing a dentist, thought it would need some heavy duty work). I did learn I had some fillings that needed replacing, and scheduled an appointment to take care of them and a cleaning afterwards. Coming back in for my next appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by name, making me feel I was a long-time patient. Dr. Nomi artfully and delicately handled my filling replacements. I was in comfort watching some candy show on the Food Network, and not once felt any discomfort. I didn’t wince at any point, and for having sensitive teeth and gums, this was a huge win for me. While fixing up my teeth, Dr. Nomi found something else he mentioned should be replaced/addressed. As it wasn’t in the original planning for the appointment, I wasn’t sure if it meant I needed to come back at a later time. Amazingly (and awesomely), not only did Dr. Nomi take care of it with the other fillings, but did it as a good gesture–my insurance wasn’t billed for the unexpected work. I really felt (and still feel) that my care was being treated personally, and highly recommend anyone in the area (or even out of the area) looking for dental work to head here. I’ll definitely be back, and looking forward to seeing Dr. Nomi and his team again.

I love this place. I received an extensive letter after my cleaning & examination summarizing my appointment along with an extensive overview of the work I need to have done on my teeth, complete with pictures and price break downs. Be aware: Cleaning takes up to an hour. It’s very, very extensive but that’s a good thing.

My wife and I recently moved to Washington and were looking for a good family dentist. We came to Bridal Trails Family Dentistry based on a recommendation from a friend. We have been so pleased with our experience here. It has been nothing short of fantastic! The entire office is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk ladies understand our busy work schedules and do their best to help us find appointments that fit our needs. The assistants and hygienists are gentle and efficient. Both Dr. Russ Nomi and his son, Dr. Wes Nomi, are very thorough and you can tell that they really care about each of their patients. They want what is best for each person and aren’t trying to sell you on work that doesn’t need to be done. They take the time to review your x-rays with you and make sure you understand everything. They even check in on you after appointments to make sure you’re still doing okay. We will definitely be long time patients of this office and would recommend that any of our friends and family see them too.

Dr. Russ Nomi, Dr. Wes Nomi and their entire team is wonderful.  The women who work at the front desk are very kind and polite and all the hygienists and assistants are gentle and knowledgeable.  Dr. Russ and Dr. Wes call to check up on patients during their off time to make sure you are feeling okay and healing well if you’ve received a procedure.  They don’t force any procedures on you and they give you the utmost care when it comes to your health! Thank you all!

I’m a relatively new patient at Bridle Trails Dentistry. Dr. Russell Nomi is outstanding, and I could not be happier. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had. At a recent check-up it was determined that I had fractured my 2 front teeth, and need a deep filling replacement on a back molar. Front teeth are the toughest thing in restorative dental work. Dr. Nomi did this with ease. First I didn’t feel a thing, not even the numbing injections! Carla administered the anesthetic – wow! Connie assisted Dr. Nomi and has an extensive background in restorative work. She went out of her way to ensure my comfort and happiness with the work. Thank you Dr. Nomi, Carla and Connie for having such deep caring for your patients and going out of your way to ensure my comfort and confidence in the procedures. My new front teeth look AMAZING!!

Dr. Nomi is the most compassionate, gentle and detailed oriented dentist I have ever had!! All my dental work is exceptional (I’m a dental hygienist and very particular). I have recommended him to family and friends and they are very satisfied with all the dental work he has done for them. He also has the BEST staff…Accommodating, open and friendly beyond compare. I would give more than 5 stars if I could !

Dr. Wes Nomi and his staff are spectacular! I am always thankful for the helpful advice and feedback, as I truly feel my oral health is being treated as though it were Dr. Nomi’s. The level of care given is phenomenal. While operating, he thoroughly checks through for anything that may not have been found in the dental exam, and will have options for addressing it on the spot (if possible). With a true eye for detail, Dr. Wes’ approach to oral health exemplifies care with a compassionate touch.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Nomi for several years and we could not be happier with our treatment by Dr. Nomi. He has cosmetically improved (fixed gap in front teeth), but more importantly has fixed dental work that was done long before becoming a patient of Dr. Nomi. I have been no stranger to dentists in the past, but the quality of care and most current technology employed is unsurpassed. When an old bridge broke off a tooth while I was in Maui, Dr. Nomi thought I should see a local dentist for a root canal since I would not be back to Seattle for months. The Maui dentist commented on the excellent quality of workmanship done by Dr. Nomi! Our nephew (from MT) was in need of extensive dental work, so while he stayed with us Dr. Nomi and his assistant, Connie, went far beyond the call of duty to make sure he was taken care of during his short stay with us. It makes a huge difference on his quality of life. So yes, we whole heartedly recommend Dr. Nomi and his excellent staff!

I’m not very old but I’ve had a lot of dental work done on me in my lifetime. He really is as good as it gets! 🙂 The clinic is very well organized. The decorations inside are pretty and neat. The receptionist is pretty and thorough in her work. The first time I arrived, they took my picture to remember me. Once I got into the chair, they checked all of my teeth, gums, and gave me an x-ray. At the end of the appointment, they told me everything that I needed to know about what they did that they and what I needed to schedule more time for. A couple of days later I got a letter in the mail letting me know again everything that happened and what I still needed to get fixed. I was surprised at how clear everything was. I had scheduled an appointment to get my old fillings replaced. I told them that I get very nervous when I get work done on my teeth but the whole staff made me feel very comfortable. After the appointment, Dr. Nomi made sure that I was ok, and even had a follow up call from the receptionist the day after. Thank you for your care Nomi Office and Staff. 🙂

Dr. Russ Nomi, Dr. Wes Nomi and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure I feel welcome and comfortable during my visits. They take the time to answer any questions and always ask if I have any other concerns. They do not over treat but instead perform thorough exams and provide preventative care so you don’t end up spending thousands of dollars later! They also have TVs you can watch while you’re in the chair.

Bridle Trails Family Dentistry is hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. They stand by their name and are not only a family based practice but also treat their clients like family.The ladies that run the front of the office are the kindest and most caring people I have ever met in a doctors office. I am always warmly greeted with questions about my family and life from previous visits showing how much they care. They have been willing to work around my busy and hectic schedule always making it a priority that I am taken care of. Also, Dr. Nomi has taken his time to fix previous dentists mistakes showing his passion for what he does and how much he cares about each client that walks through the door! I would recommend to anyone to come join this family!

The dentists and hygienists are very friendly and caring. They are very sensitive to their patient’s discomfort. In my previous dental works, Dr. Russ & Dr. Wes followed up with a call to see how I was doing, and recommended to call back if I had any discomfort. I’ve been with this office about 30 years and always received great care.

I visited this office after I was unhappy with the new dentist who purchased my old dentist’s office. The front office staff was very warm and friendly on the phone and in person. When walking into the office the first time as a patient they called me by name. The office is modern and very clean. I found the clinical team and Dr Nomi to be very professional. They took time to discuss my X-rays and their recommendations. The doctor took the time to explain what treatment they recommended and why. I have now visited their office for a couple of appointments and each appointment they carefully explained the treatment being performed, the benefits of the treatment and how to maintain my oral health post treatment. I got the feeling from the doctor that I was being treated in the same manner he would treat a member of his family. The entire office staff is professional and passionate about patient oral health and it shows. I would totally recommend them.

I know everyone says this but I HATE DENTAL WORK. I have only seen one dentist my entire life and was nervous to try out a new one since I moved out of state but Dr Nomi was amazing. His team was amazing and I felt so comfortable and my procedures have been easy, painless and as enjoyable as the dentist can possibly be. I’m so happy I’ve found my new dentist in Washington!

My wife, kids and I have been coming to Russ Nomi for over a decade now. He’s an excellent dentist and a great, caring person. I trust him implicitly. Many times over the years after a more serious procedure he has called to make sure the person who received treatment was doing OK. And it’s so great that his son Wes has joined the practice!

This has been my dentist for 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier. Both Dr. Nomi’s (father and son team) clearly care so much for there patients, staff and community. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with smiles and genuine greetings, after always a very brief wait the person that does your cleaning is nice, prompt and takes a lot of pride in their craft! By the time you see one of the Nomi’s they always remember the last conversation you had with them and want to know how you’re doing, again it feels like they actually care. They look at your X-rays and teeth and never act or seemed rushed, they take the time to let you ask questions and give you simplified answers that don’t make you feel dumb! If you want whitening trays or something like that, if your a current patient I’m sure they’ll find a way to give you a deal. Even when there is a billing situation (it’s still a dental office and insurance companies) the lady in the billing office (next to the front desk) is so sweet and helpful you never feel like they are trying to take you for your last cent. Great office made up of great people. All good at there jobs and take great pride in that fact while still being from all account great people!

I continue to not dread going to the dentist! The staff is super fantastic. They may be too nice for their own good as they kept telling me to just bring my baby while I get a filling repaired. Queue epic epic baby meltdown while mom was getting her tooth drilled. They passed my baby around and made a valiant attempt at calming him down and didn’t hassle me when I had to cancel the second half of my appointment. I highly recommend going to Dr. Nomi. I highly do not recommend bringing a 5 month old to the dentists with you unless they are asleep.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Russ Nomi for years now. He is a quiet, thoughtful man who sincerely cares about his patients’ well-being. Whether we’ve simply had a cleaning and checkup, or something major like a crown, we’ve always been pleased with our treatment. Whenever we have work done (other than cleaning or a checkup) Dr. Nomi will call or text that evening to see if we are alright. We were equally impressed with the newest addition to the office, Dr. Wes Nomi, who is Russ Nomi’s son. In December my son broke his two front teeth in half while skateboarding. Dr. Wes saw him that day and was incredibly calm, reassuring and thorough in talking with us. My son’s teeth looked perfect by the time Dr. Wes was done, and my son looks forward to seeing him again the next time he goes to the dentist! Really, the entire team here is terrific, including the hygienists, assistants and office staff who always greet me with a smile and ask about my family! I feel so lucky to have found a place where I know I am in great hands!

I have been going to Bridle Trails Family Dentistry for going on 30 years, spanning everything from routine cleaning to crowns, and have never once had a bad experience. For over 20 of those 30 years I have not lived anywhere near the office but cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental work. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Nomi has been thorough, patient and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We just relocated to Kirkland from out of state and were referred to Dr. Nomi by a friend who has gone there for many years with her family. My children are 9 and 6 and are not a huge fan of the going to the dentist but they had an amazing experience with Dr. Nomi for their cleaning. They commented how nice and gentle he was. After their cleaning Dr. Nomi came out and spent about 15 minutes talking to me about the kids, their interests, the health of their teeth and just general small talk. What a nice touch! My youngest child had a chipped filling that needed repaired so we made an appointment for the following week to get it fixed. After Dr. Nomi fixed the filling he informed me that beings it appeared to be a new filling that had been done by our old dentist he didn’t feel right charging me so he fixed it for free!!! An added bonus – he called that evening to ask how my son was doing after having his tooth worked on. In addition to our great experience, the friends who referred us got an awesome referral gift from Dr. Nomi and I was surprised to find a handwritten thank you note from Dr. Nomi in the mail a couple days after our 1st appointment!!! We will absolutely be returning to Dr. Nomi and would refer him to anyone of our friends looking for a good dentist!
