When you want to know what dentist to go to ask someone in the dental field in the area. I worked as a clinician in the dental field for 10 years. One year ago, I chose this practice as my personal dentist because I witnessed how excellent their clinical work was years ago (I didn’t work for them. I just witnessed their work). Even though I knew dental offices near me, I chose to go to their dental office which was 45 minutes from where I live. Recently, I have discovered how innovative and compassionate both Dr. Roger Briggs and Dr. Brad Briggs are with philanthropy. Not as a gimmick. But because of their character. I also have had superior interactions with their support staff.

Great staff, clean facility! Both Dr. Brad and Dr. Briggs are amazingly nice people! Always make you feel so comfortable. I have had my fair share of dentists in the valley and I have hit home with Briggs Family Dentistry! When I was living in California they were very accommodating in getting me in for my cleanings on short notice and generally around the holidays!! Now that I am living in Scottsdale, I schedule my appointments accordingly! The staff always remembers me and that I’m in the fashion industry, very personable. Briggs Family Dentistry will turn into family.

BEST dentist EVER!! My old dentist said I have 5 cavities and I wanted another opinion so I went to Dr. Briggs. He gave me an evaluation and said he would only fill 3 cavities. I HATE cavities and was dreading getting them filled. I went today to get them filled and I couldn’t believe how quick, easy and painless it was!!! There were no shots, no drilling and no numbing!!! I was in and out in 30-40 min and my mouth when I left felt EXACTLY the same as when I arrived!! It was honestly easier and faster than a routine teeth cleaning!! The staff is so nice and the office is beautiful and clean!!!! I can’t say enough about Dr. Briggs!!!

Fabulous first visit. Was just in for a cleaning. Wendy is a great hygienist! The team around her, from the support staff to the dentist himself, are also friendly and confident. Briggs has the interpersonal chemistry and intimate feel of a small practice. There’s no pressure to get this or the other treatment you don’t really need. And yet they have all the latest technology, so if you do need some special care, they’re ready.

I hadn’t been to a dentist for quite a few years, so I tried one of those places that offers a $25.00 exam and cleaning special. The special ended up with a $2240.00 estimate for what was “discovered”. I decided to go to Dr. Briggs (I saw the son, Brad is his first name I think) for a second opinion before shelling out the thousands at the other place, and I am extremely happy that I did. Dr. Briggs didn’t even charge me for the opinion. The filling Dr. Briggs did for me only cost $313.00. I am a student without dental insurance so that is a major relief. I started out with a price comparison just because I feel like I dodged a bullet, but the entirety of the experience with this office was fantastic. As far as the physical space, the office is wonderfully decorated with a warm, homey feel. The office also has a nice coffee and water bar setup for the patients to enjoy while they wait, which I didn’t have to by the way: I arrived early and they called me back within 2 minutes of arrival. One of my favorite parts of the office was a wall decorated with pictures of adorable babies. The bathroom also has a butler statue with individually wrapped toothbrushes on a tray, too cool! In the actual exam room you can watch a TV that hangs over head instead of having to focus on a drab wall (like the other office I went to) or the tools that are being put in your mouth. The staff is rock solid as far as customer service and friendliness. I feel like I basically made friends by visiting. Both of the dental assistants were very open and welcoming and I had great conversation with them. Dr. Briggs has the feel of a pro and my friend who referred me calls him a “f***ing artist”. During my filling he and his assistant performed their work with precision and excellence. I wish I could just follow him around his office for a day and experience how he works with people, I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this office and doctor to anyone. The overall experience was probably the best I have had with any medical practitioner. I wish more M.D.’s had this approach to patient interaction. Everything was very caring and comforting, like what I would idealize for someone caring for such an intimate aspect of my life, my health. Did I mention that he was on time? Actually he was early, that’s almost unprecedented. The initial exam and cleaning may be more pricey than that “$25.00” special but the long term legitimate care (not just profit hounding) is far more valuable than saving a couple bucks up front. Go see Dr. Briggs!

I have been coming here for 2+ years. This review replaces my past negative review. Today I had a difficult crown and 2 fillings. Now, my mouth does ache a little, but not too bad. I have dental ANXIETY. Big time. They give me dark glasses, a neck roll, and a video to watch. Hate the sound of the drill, etc. Dr. Roger did the work today, and in the past Dr. Brad did everything. Serena is such a sweet gentle soul, she is my hygenist. I am glad I stayed with these dentists. Thanks so much for the almost painless visits.

5 stars isnt enough!!! I love the whole Briggs family. I have been going to this dentist since I was 8 years old and they have always been so amazing to me. I love that I walk in the door and they make me feel right at home. They are so sweet and everything in that place is actually super comforting. They use the most high tech things I have ever seen, and its good to know I’m getting A+ care for my pearly whites. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I LOVE this dental practice. I live in Anthem and it’s not the best commute to go to the dentist, but certainly worth the drive. Dr. Roger Briggs was beyond helpful, professional, and went well above and beyond in my dental care. I came to this practice after a horrible experience with another dentist in Anthem who gave me what I later found out to be an unnecessary crown on my back molar. Not only was it not necessary but three years later I found out just how horrible a job she did mining my tooth down which left no tooth structure for a crown. My options were an extraction with an oral surgeon or root canal and pin, but my case was not without complication and risk higher than normal because of the extreme curvature of my roots. Dr. Briggs meet with me and my husband a few times to discuss my options in detail, he called me, and even gave his cell phone number if I had any further questions or concerns. He is a conservative doctor who is truly concerned with the overall health of his patients and their long term dental care. He gave me sound advice and did a superb job! I have also had a great experience with the front office staff and the hygienist. Dr. Briggs is highly credentialed, and I would highly recommend this practice!

Mary Ann is my hygienist and she rocks! She really does care about her patients and it shows each time she cleans your teeth. She takes time to make sure you are always comfortable and is extremely gentle. I was attracted to Briggs Family Dentistry because they seem to be adopting the latest technology faster than any of the other AZ dentists. With their use of lasers, they are able to do fillings pain-free without any kind of shot in a fraction of the time other dentists do. Instead of walking out with a numb mouth and only having work in one quadrant at a time, call Dr. Briggs. They are also just really good people that you will enjoy doing business with.
