A truly great team of professionals. The team that Dr Kavianpour has assembled is attentive to every need that my family has had as patients. We transitioned from another local dental group that was constantly attempting to “up sale” all types of related activities. This is not Dr Kavianpour’s focus. Her priority is quality dental care. We originally had a tooth emergency that led us to Brighter Smiles. We found that very few dental offices have Saturday services, but after we found Dr Kavianpour that Saturday morning, we made the decision to move all of our dental needs. I would most definitely recommend giving her a try.

Best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming! The office manager is so gentle when he talks to you & the gal at the front makes it a mission to get to know the patients on a personal level (always a plus when you’re already nervous at the dentist). The doctor herself: AMAZING! She is the sweetest and most personable lady I have ever met! She explained EVERYTHING as she was doing it & even showed me how to read my XRays to follow along with her and know why she created the plan she created for me! Her assistant is awesome as well. She made me feel like I didn’t have a worry in the world! The moment I left the office the first time, I told EVERYONE how awesome my experience was with the doctor and the office! I always had a fear of going to the dentist (and the same worry with the people I referred), but I actually look forward to my visits with her! Best experience ever! So glad I found her 🙂

I found Dr. Kavianpour through Zocdoc when I needed to take care of a dental emergency. I booked my appointment for the day after news Years day. The Dr’s office called me right after I booked my appointment to see exactly what my emergency was and how they could help me out. I ended up cancelling my appointment because my problem got better (for now). Dr. Kavianpour listened to me explain the whole history of my problem and was so patient! I have been going to Dr. Kavianpour for 3 years and have been very satisfied. Dr. Kavianpour filled several cavities for me and she calmed me down by talking me through each procedure. After my cavity was filled Dr. Kavianpour asked me to bite down and tell her how it felt. She worked with me until my tooth and bite were feeling great. Like many people I have neglected going to the dentist for many reasons but I’m so glad that I have now found my regular dentist. The office atmosphere is comfortable with a wonderful friendly staff that greets you and immediately outs your mind at ease. Dr. Kavianpour is very kind and thoughtful of your feelings & concerns of going to the dentist. Upon finishing my initial dental exam she explained what corrective procedures were needed to bring me “up to par” with my teeth. She uses the latest in computer / dental technology showing what corrective procedures I would need, and explaining in detail what to expect during the procedure and the final result. She is so very gentle in every phase of the procedure, I’m always so very nervous about the numbing process but she and her dental assistant Mildred are so calming & gentle, I no longer “fear the needle!” I have used many dentists in my life but I have to say that Dr. Kavianpour and her staff are the very best dental group that I have ever used. I highly recommend Dr. Kavianpour and Brighter Smile Dentistry!

Visits to my previous dentist always felt impersonal and seemed to drag on, but ever since I started coming here, I haven’t had any issues: * I’ve never had to wait long to be seen * The staff is very friendly and courteous and treat me more like a member of the family than a “patient” * The office is always very clean and has newer equipment than other offices I’m used to. (like arm-mounted LCD’s above the chair so that they can discuss your x-rays and records with you.) * The hygienists are all very skilled. At my last dentist, they would sometimes “slip” while cleaning your teeth and hurt your gums, but I’ve never had an issue here. I’m not sure if I’d classify dental exams as “fun”, but Brighter Smile has made them a much less painful experience (both figuratively and literally).

She is very personable and knowledgeable about various dental treatments. I received Invisalign and absolutely loved it! I had a k9 “snaggle” tooth that I have hated since childhood and with some hard work we were able to move it down to be on level with the rest of my teeth. It did take longer than we all expected but the k9 is hard to move. This office was great about getting me new trays or taking new imprints when needed. I would definitely recommend anyone considering Invisalign to come to this office and give it a try!

Kamyab review: I have been going to this dental practice since i first came to the states 5 years ago. I was recommended to Dr kavianpour by a friend, and i’m so happy I was. Her office is located right across my school, and she has many flexible office hours that cater to my class schedule. Her front desk is always so nice to me, they offer me coffee, water, and tea every time I go, and they always make me feel at home with pleasant small talk. In regards to the doctor, she has preformed 3 fillings for me and all of my routine cleanings. Getting a filling can be a little scary, but her staff made if very pleasant for me, and eased my stress. They even gave me a little gift baggie when I was leaving to encourage me to floss more. On a side note, I really love their office, has a cozy modern feeling to it.

BEST DENTIST/PRACTICE EVER! Seriously became my GO TO after only one appointment! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant and the doctor, everyone is so friendly, welcoming and clearly good at what they do! Dr. Kavianpour and her staff will make you want to go to the dentist! (I know it sounds crazy right?! But true!) They’re super affordable and very up-front about any cost, always explaining you the situation (with pictures and all) before letting you decide what you wanna opt for (always giving you the procedure prices ahead too). I don’t know what else to say to express how amazing they are and how awesome that experience was. Don’t keep looking for a dentist, just go there, seriously, you won’t regret a minute of it!

When I transitions from a career in the Navy to the civilian world I needed to find a Dentist. For years I was having difficulties with painful and sensitive teeth. The dentist in the military clinics would rarely go beyond routine dental procedure. Shortly after my transition I found a dentist close to my new civilian job location. At the time I considered the care suitable until one day things got complicated.. After several painful appointments things only got worse. It was at this point I decided to get another Dentist. In my search for another dentist I found Dr Kavianpour at Brighter Smile in Sterling. Without any exaggeration she is an outstanding Dentist. Not only did she correct the mistakes from the previous dentist she also gave some recommendation that would eliminate the discomfort I had in chewing never corrected when I was in the Navy. She noted it would take several appointment but I would feel involvement over time. Her other concern was keeping the cost within reason. Dr Kavianpour did a wonderful job. For the first time in years I can eat in comfort. She was able to correct issues that made it difficult floss and clean my teeth. No matter how complicated the dental procedure she made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I would highly recommend her to anyone and especially to a parent or grandparent who is taking a young child to the dentist for the first time.

Few things I really like about Dr.Kavainpours office is that everything is computerized & up to date, which helps keep me in the loop on what’s going on as I can see every tooth digitally in the computer screen & view my X-Rays live while sitting in the dental chair. It’s all digital , pretty cool. When you go to this office you don’t feel like it’s your typical dental office it feels more like a spa ( soft music is always on , colorful furniture , always greeted by the staff, very relaxing environment ) . Best part of all Dr. Kavianpour herself is very detail oriented and explains each procedure so I know what’s going on at all times . She is very friendly & good at what she does . I have been going to her office for many years now and recommend all my family and friends to her . They say a picture says a 1,000 words , what better way to show that with a perfect looking smile .

they are awesome! First off they took me in on a Saturday, I was in horrible pain and was referred to them by 1800 dentist. They took care of my pain right away and gave me antibiotics, that way i wouldn’t be in even more pain when the root canal was done (that is why people are in pain..its the infection). The next day i started feeling so much better, got that root canal done with no problems. However, through a full examination they pulled up more problems with my teeth. Apparently my old dentists was using old x-ray equipment why is why I ended up needing a root canal even though I was getting check ups and cleaning done regularly (every 6 months)..so because of my old shady dentist I actually needed 3 root canals, one of which I was referred to a specialist too, because it was a molar and I have really tiny teeth. (that specialist had me in and out 40 mins! Expensive but awesome guy) What I really like about them, is that they will explain everything to you, even what a cavity looks like from an infection. Their professionalism and care is awesome. They are also a really sweet practice and will totally treat you with respect. Also a response to Gene..and everyone else. You will see the sign for their office facing the road..but the entrance is around the back…I got their early on Saturday morning my first time..and they were wide awake ready to help a sister out of pain.
