I wish I would of came here first. Started off with some shady dental offices that left me a bit skeptical to the dental field but after a few referral from friends and family I decided to check out Bristol Dental. I have not been disappointed. From the beginning with Joanna who took my call and was able to speed up my time by providing me the patient forms online to the amazingly sweet girls, Rocio and Diana, who welcomed me with warms smiles and a quick entry (aka not waiting there for 1 hr to get attended like the previous location) to the incredible hygienists Jen and Claudia who took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was getting x-rays and cleanings, to the Dr. Shalaby who gave me a plan and was patient with every question I had. Every single person in there was kind, and was able to answer every question I threw at them. They always had straight forward answer and were never hesitant. They were even able to schedule in some filings I needed done that same day and help me with some other procedures I needed. My trust in the dental field has been reestablish .

So, had a bad experience with a different doctor (…) – but Dr. Shalaby fixed me.  For the first time in two years I was pain free.  He was great…he sincerely cared about the pain I was in and went out of his way to make it better.  The entire office was gentle and professional.  I truly recommend Bristol Dental and Ortho!

I’ve been coming to Bristol Dental and Orthodontics for about 5 years now. They are the place to go for any of you dental needs. I’ve gotten fillings, xrays, wisdom teeth removed, cleanings, and braces. Everyone I’ve ever met there has been so sweet to me.

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Shalaby, Lino, Claudia and all the rest of the staff of Bristol Dental & Orthodontics.  My husband and I started going to Bristol Dental in 2015, after a couple of bad and traumatizing experiences with other dentists earlier that year. And all I have to say is what a difference! Dr. Shalaby and his staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and made me feel taken care of, explaining me every step of the way and answering my inumeroues questions sometimes. And that definitely won me over, after having bad experiences and feeling a little afraid of going to the dentist. And the work they do is impeccable, class A without any doubts! The fact that the front desk really works with you to try to accommodate what you need to do and your finances is a great plus as well! I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Shalaby and his staff, they definitely made my husband and I feel at hom

This was my first visit to the Dentist in many years and Dr. Shalaby made me feel very much at ease. His bedside manner is amazing and the staff is wonderful and helpful and explained all my payment options clearly. Im looking forward to establishing a long term relationship and loose my fear of the dentist.

I have been coming here for several years and they are the best team I have ever gone to! I have needed extensive work done and have other complications and their work is impeccable. They also are very friendly, accommodating and I always love to see everyone as they make you feel like family. I’ve been to Bristol Dental twice now and both times has been great. My (almost) 7 year old son had to get a filling today and the crew went about it amazingly. They were gentle and quick to get things done all while talking to him and telling him how great he was doing. I’m glad his first filling experience wasn’t scary or painful. I was referred to Bristol by my mom who, if SHE likes a dentist, I know I’ll be happy.

I was referred to this Dental office through a friend, thankful she did. Having now the brightest smile and perfect bite 🙂 Dr. Shalaby is very professional,considerate and knowledgeable. During my treatment and Journey  with Invisalign  , I was taken care for 2 years with exceptional care as if its my first visit, kindness and most of all professionalism. Lino,He is the best, whenever i went made my day with encouragement and most reliable follow up and treatment, will miss my visits. Front Staff Joanna and Liz ..made it just a piece of cake for scheduling or rescheduling always with a care and a smile, Thank you ladies. Claudia is awesome and gentle. Thankful for everyone

I would first like to begin by giving Dana Point Smiles, Dr. Shelby, and the entire staff the 5 star rating they so much deserve! My dilemma began last week when an infection manifested itself in a tooth and my first thoughts were OMG, not this, and not now! My wife had a root canal a week earlier with DPS (Dana Point Smiles), and were so quick to get her in, so I as well gave a call, and was in the chair practically in less than 24 hours in spite of the chaos of the Covit-19 fiasco! This was great news when mostly all other dental practices were either closed, or there was a 3 week wait. For the record, my HMO dentist never even got back to me so you can imagine the condition I would have been in right now. This incident in my mouth took place a week ago, the extraction was quick, painless, and healing well. I had a crown literally fall out the day before yesterday, in spite of being totally booked for yesterday they were able to get me in at the last moment, and, well, you know, I’m 100% back in the saddle with the repair, and eating like a horse! I can’t thank Dr. Shelby, and their professional and caring staff enough for helping in what I believed to be a pending nightmare, become a dream, and that’s for the two incidents that occurred within 7 days of one another! I’ve tried just about every dentist, and periodontist in San Clemente, and with them came quirks that had me assure them I’d never come back. In the case of DPS, I have found a professional practice who cares more about your comfort, and well being than squeezing you for every penny you have. Thank you DPS. I hope I won’t need to return anytime soon, but most assuredly I say to you, when the occasion ever again arises “and I know it will eventually with my teeth”, I’m coming back to YOU! I highly recommend DPS for ALL of your dental needs, and that’s coming right from the horses’ mouth! Thank you!!!!!

I am so happy that I found a new dentist, my previous dentist died tragically and I didn’t have the time to find a new one, but when a very close friend of mine mentioned Bristol Dental I had to check it out. I was super impressed with the advancement in technology this dental office possesses. I can’t handle the x-rays, but I was in for a nice surprise: no more radiation, just a digital image taken of your entire mouth! So then came the next part, the actual numbing of the mouth, which I must say I fear so much and is the primary reason I hated the dentist, but I just want to say that the dentist is a pro at giving those shots, the injection was painless! I felt nothing. I have visited 5 times now and I am completely satisfied with the friendly customer service, the prompt attention to me when I am there (mind you I go on my lunch break), and high-quality service. I am a super happy customer and I am content to say that I have found the best group of professionals to care for my teeth.

I have been a patient here for over (1) year having (2) implants, (1) root canal and several crowns the quality of work is excellent, the entire staff is very friendly, professional and proficient. I will continue to have my dental requirements perform at Bristol Dental & Orthodontics, I would highly recommend this dental establishment to anyone specially, to those who have had bad experience’s else where.

This is an amazing, welcoming and fun dentist office. The staff is amazing from Liz, Lino and Lesly they are 1# in my book! Not going anywhere else to get any dental work for my kids or myself. Being a new patient and coming in to get only one of my girls to get seen it ended up getting both my girls getting seen and didn’t need to schedule an appointment. My daughter loved her cleaning and the amazing education Lino gave my daughter and I. My priority is always that my children feel comfortable, happy and not nervous and the staff did that and more ! The employees that love their job will ALWAYS DO THEIR JOB AMAZINGLY! Love this dentist office !

Excellent customer service, the office is very clean and all staff is very knowledgeable. Dr. Shalaby is great to work with, he completed my root canal and the entire process went well and calmed my nerves about visiting the dentist! Would recommend this dentist hands down.

Dr. Shalaby and his staff are professional and thorough, and I’m really happy I found them!  I was in and out in 30 minutes (X-rays, cleaning, and polishing)… Granted, I have good teeth that don’t take much work, but I was really impressed!

Dr. Shalaby is the best at Invisalign! I walked in on my first appointment feeling confident i was in professional, experienced, and trustable hands. Less than 1.5 years later my journey is over and my beautiful pearly white, straight teeth and smile has become reality. My confidence has boosted from a girl who never showed her teeth when smiling to excited to show teeth and smile even bigger now!!! Thank you Dr. Shalaby and your whole team. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming here since I 2010. Now my child comes here as well. I absolutely love the people here . They are always happy to see you and greet you . They always have a movie for the kids on . It’s very clean and they treat you with extra care. Lino is AMAZING along with Diana. I absolutely recommend it .

I’m glad I found Bristol dental for my dental care needs! I was one of those people who was terrified of going to the dentist and would put off going for as long as possible. I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 3 years before finding Bristol dental and they made sure my first visit there was as comfortable as possible. The front desk, techs and doctors are amazing and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. I’ve been going regularly now, about every 4-5 months for cleanings, have had a bunch of cavities filled in and recently got my wisdom teeth pulled out and it’s really not so scary anymore! Thanks to everyone at Bristol dental for getting me back on track with my dental health!
