Dr. Rasool and team have given me excellent care for over 15 years. My dental health is excellent and Dr. Rasool’s oversight is much of that. I have been a patient at Brookline Dental Center even before it was called Brookline Dental Center 🙂 and have only had great experiences regarding the care that is taken by all of the Doctors, hygienists and administrative staff. The attention to my dental needs has far surpassed my expectations when it comes to healthy teeth and gums and a gentle approach to any dental work or teeth cleaning. I have even had some minor cosmetic work done based on the suggestions from the Docs which has really made a difference in how confident I feel about the appearance of my smile. I had previously been to another dentist in Boston and had a not so great experience. He told me I had all sorts of problems and recommended a slew of (expensive) procedures. I’d been meaning to find another dentist for a few years and never seemed to get around to it. I finally chose this one due to proximity to my work office and positive reviews. After going a few years without a cleaning, I was super nervous to go and was expecting to receive a lecture and more bad news about the state of my teeth. From the moment I walked in, I had the greatest experience. They were busy, but I didn’t have to wait. My hygienist, Michelle, was amazing! She was as gentle as she could be, but still got the job done and was so nice to chat with as we were getting started. I felt respected and at ease the entire time. After a quick review with Dr. Rasool at the end, they confirmed that I didn’t have the issues the previous dentist told me I had. I’ve found my new dentist and will be back, as instructed, every 6 months! My friend also went to see them after a 10 year dental care hiatus for an infected tooth. They fit her on the day she called complaining of tooth pain as a new patient and treated her respectfully from start to finish. They were kind, but provided enough tough love that she will also continue to return to their practice, as prescribed. Great practice! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I have been a patient at Brookline Dental since 2004. Like many people I dont like the dentist. However, I always feel very comfortable and at ease while at Brookline Dental. The staff is great, from Sonya at the front desk to my hygienist Michelle. I have very sensitive teeth and she is always cautious of the most sensitive areas and my teeth feel great when I leave there. Dr. Rahsool is great and when getting a filing or any work done he is very professional and I have never had any issues after. I strongly recommend Brookline Dental.

I hate going to the dentist. I’ve always had mouth problems ranging from teeth that don’t fit in my jaw, to wisdom teeth, to bad enamel, to TMJ. I have seen two different dentists here and both have always listened to my concerns and fears and responded appropriately. I feel listened to by my dentists here in a way that I certainly wasn’t at my previous dentist. My entire family sees one of the dentists here and we all love him, even though none of us like having to go to the dentist.

My dental hygienist (whose name I cannot recall, was very professional, nice and provided good advice on how to take better care of my teeth. I admit that when I realized I was getting a different hygienist from the one I had last time back in March of 2014, I was a little apprehensive, because I had really liked the gentleness of the hygienist who’d cleaned my teeth back then. But not to worry, my fears were allayed when I experienced no pain throughout the cleaning today. Overall, I had a great experience. Next time I won’t wait as long in between cleanings. I’ve been a patient at this practice for several years. I’ve seen three of the dentists – Drs. Shah-Hosseini, Rasool and Crohin. Each of these providers has demonstrated exceptional skill. I went to Brookline Dental Center after many years of dental problems. I am so grateful to have found them. They have up to the minute technology and know how – for example, if you need a crown, they make it in a 3-D printer based on exact computer based images. The best thing is the whole thing gets done in a single visit. They are also unfailingly courteous – actual people answer the phone, and if you call with a problem they will fit you right in. I have referred two friends who also had extensive dental problems and they are still thanking me!

I have been going to Brookline Dental Center for 12 years. I came with a mouth full of dental work that was causing problems and they fixed everything that was broken. Since that time, I have needed to have crowns replaced. They have state of the art equipment that makes teeth in a 3D printer so the whole thing is done in one visit and because the crown is made from a computer image, it fits perfectly. If you have an emergency someone will see you right away. Every single person in the office is courteous and competent. Other people I have referred have been similarly thrilled with the care they have received.

I have been using the Brookline Dental Center since it began, and I have always been well treated and well cared for. Michelle West, who is my dental hygienist, does a great job and is most pleasant. Drs. Rasool, Wucherpfenig, Crohin, and Shah-Hosseini have been especially good at giving me emergency care when I had painful tooth problems. I have had extractions, tooth implants, fillings, and root canals (a result of childhood cavities and fillings some 60 plus years ago). The team manages medications so that I have had no pain, and I have been pleased with the follow up provided. I recommend them without reservation.

his review is for Dr. Faheem Rasool and the office staff. He is the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever had. I’ve been thru several dentists and have a slight panic when I need treatment done,(thanks to some prev. bad experiences) but Dr. Rasool is the first dentist to make me feel comfortable before we start and walks me throughout exactly what I am going to experience. The office is modern and chic. The receptionists are the sweetest. Calling my old dentist’s office was literally like pulling teeth, no pun intended, just to schedule appointment – but it’s the smoothest process here and they are very accommodating with appointments. I always have the same dental assistant doing my cleaning and remembers me, which is a great feeling. If you’re looking for a good, clean, modern, and caring dentist-this is the place for you.

Drs. Rasool and Shah are leaders in their field and practice careful, state-of-the-art and patient centered dentistry; Dr. Rasool is on an Advisory Board for Harvard Dental School. They prefer minimalist approaches, do not push procedures, and are respected in their broad community for the quality of their work. The technicians share this goal of excellence. I have been coming to Brookline Dental Center for nearly 8 years, and each time I go for a cleaning the hygienists and Dr. Rasool (or whichever dentist examines me) are friendly, tell me exactly what’s going on in my mouth, and know me as a person, asking after my kids and husband. They are professional and make going to the dentist less of a chore and more if something I don’t mind doing twice a year. I highly recommend this practice!
